Do not believe the 5 stars rating. They did my driveway/carport some years ago. Customers who had bad experience with them know why the 5 star rating is not deserved. Workers etiquette was not appropriate, rubber slippers, no safety equipment like safety glasses when busting old driveway. Messing up front curb and asphalt road with equipment. Needed to explain work procedures, like the footing for the carport columns, and installing rebar reinforcements, other stuff that they should already know. Good thing I was at home to watch over them. Had to point out that carport columns were not vertical. Had to tell them that they needed to install hurricane clips to the carport columns and carport roof, and they wanted to charge extra. I told them that is included in cost, being that they removed the existing for replacement. The driveway had shoe prints. thought it was just dirt, but when went to was down driveway found out it was shoe prints left there after the finishing. Left a mess which I needed to clean up and dump into the trash.After going through all that, don't want them to do any more work on my property. read more

Very professional, adaptive to my needs, and fantastic after-sales service! I wanted to redo our entire driveway and the sidewalks surrounding my house, and I called around asking for quotes. Most of the places that I called required a $100 non-refundable deposit for them to just come out and give an estimate. However, Elite Masons does not charge anything to come out and give an estimate, same day! Sione (the owner) came over and we talked about what we wanted done, what types of different concrete material are available for each area, and then we were quoted a very reasonable price. The full amount was broken down into 4 separate payments that I paid after they did a certain amount of work. Sione also explained their process and also that they include a 1 year warranty for anything that happens to the concrete, such as cracks. Later, I asked Sione if he could also help me remove a large patch trees and haul away a bunch construction trash, and he was more than willing to help me out. The old asphalt driveway also had to be demolished. They had everything removed in 3 days and WOW my house ready started to look much more brighter and appealing. When it came time to do the concrete pour, Sione explained every step of the process again and told me what was going to be done. They laid the wire mesh and started pouring and forming the concrete. Since I had a large area to pour, it took them 3 days for pouring everything. The end result is a night and day difference to what my home used to look like! Amazing! After sales service from Elite Masons has been superior. I've had them return a few times to do minor repairs and adjustments, and they've always come out within a few days. Furthermore, my neighbor was complaining about heavy rainwater running off into his property (which is not really our fault or Elite Masons) but they came the next day and helped me dig a trench so that my neighbor has nothing to complain about. They really take great care of their customers, and want you to be happy with the work. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone looking to have their driveway redone. read more

We hired Elite Masons last Sept - Oct 2018 to replace our vinyl lattice fence with concrete retaining wall and vinyl fencing. My husband got several quotes and found Elite Masons to be the most reasonable priced in trimming our tangerine tree to make room to build the vinyl fencing, digging and building the retaining cement wall, in addition to getting the building permits which took a little while to receive to due city and county backlog and NO fault of the company. But they did come through and provided us with an excellent job! Sione is a trustworthy owner and he also shares his expertise with my husband providing tips on how to paint to keep the cement wall protected and what to do in building a trench to have excess rain water drain. read more

Elite masons are really nice people but when it comes to work and professionalism they need major improvement. First they damaged my water pipes that bring water to my house even though I pointed those pipes out multiple times, secondly they destroyed my garage roof, thirdly they dented my mail box. They also were speeding through the work and ordered the concrete without my knowledge even though they were not ready to pour. They promised to do 6 in on the sides and four in the middle and they did not do it until I yelled at them, and that is why there was not enough concrete ordered for the job. The concrete was recycled and on the contract there was no mention that it was recycled. They did not let me have a plumber lower the water pipes in the ground because of the time limitation and that is why my driveway already cracked where the pipe is. Even though they repaired all the damage there should not be any damage in the first place, there was no communication. I would not hire them unless you gonna watch them every step of the way. read more

(Things had to set, it rained one day). The work they did was professional and so far is holding up. This is a family business as most of Sione's employees were his relatives (at least on our job). I am currently in the process of having Elite Masons do the fifth masonry job for us over the past seven years. We have had Elite Masons do a huge three-tiered retaining wall and then 43 winding pathway steps on a very steep grade, as well as side paths with patterns in the concrete and they were all done very professionally in a very short timeframe. The work they do is very never finished until their customer is happy - and I am a bit of a perfectionist! This is the second time I have hired this company. My experience from this time is excellent. Sione is easy going and very helpful. My house got leak badly a few days ago due to the storm. Coincidentally, Sione came to my house to check his first job. He and his workers helped me dig a few drainages and quoted me a fair price. They got the job done within two days. They also built a small curb underneath the house to block the rain water besides the drainages. It looks very nice now. I will definitely hire them again and refer them to people. We are very happy with the service that we received and the finish product! We had a 5' hollow tile wall broken down, hauled away and replaced with a brand new hollow tile wall. This wall was 93 feet long and 5 feet in height. The company started the job on a Monday and finished the job ahead of Hurricane Lane (on a Thursday). All employees of this company were very respectful and considerate and worked extremely hard on the wall continuously. I hired Elite Masons (Sione Manupule, owner) to pour a concrete slab where steps from a deck will be. He came the day I called to give me an estimate and returned the following day to build the forms and pour the concrete. He poured the concrete adding colors to it and stamping it to make it look like stone. He then returned two days later to remove the forms and grind the lines in to make it look like individual stones. He carefully painted it with three additional colors to make it look as realistic as possible. He is an artist. He carefully touched up every little flaw, over and over again until it was perfect. Then he sealed the contract. All of this was above and beyond what I had contracted for. I would hire this company again without hesitation. Excellent service. We had a cinder block retaining wall that was damaged by tree roots. Sione expediently assessed the damage and provided a very fair quote. The next day the Elite Mason crew came over and prepped the area, digging a trench along the wall where the infestation of roots resided. Then removed all the damaged cinder blocks and finished finalized the prep work. John and his crew are absolutely the best. Highly dependable and honest, we really felt they had our best interest in mind. We had a retaining wall issue which was impacting the integrity of the foundation of our house. Nice guys but I have a water fountain with a leaking they come and fix the concrete and it was still bad they come back to check and do something to the concrete but Still leaking I really didn't call them again because I think they never seal a concrete water fountain before so I'll just fix it my self and it was really expensive what they charge for so... read more
