Things were delayed due to rain outs on another job of his, and the plan changed as we had another contractor come that was originally scheduled after him. It actually changed the scope of work slightly because, we wanted the drainage to work on tandem with new downspouts and where the spouts were placed wasn't where we thought they'd be! Leo was great and flexible, he even explained why the rain gutters guys suggestion wouldn't work with our property, when the worker suggested something else. He also worked around the changed downspout area, which I should've let them know beforehand, but slipped my mind till an hour in. Thankfully, Leo came up with a great idea again and worked around it. His crew was super fast and the job was done within a day. I'd totally recommend them to anyone.

They were scheduled to complete the spall repairs, painting and tile in the lanais only, Is the work supposed to take this long?! We have 10 units on each floor and there are 22 floors. We were told to remove everything off our lanai in July 2024. They never got to my unit until right before Thanksgiving 2024. Mind you, I had lanai furnishings taking up space in my living room that entire time AND I was only able to put them back on the lanai after Christmas 2024, Didn't even have room for our Christmas tree. Additionally, they came back in July 2025 to paint the lanai. I had to call them to clean up the concrete left all over the lanai and it took them a couple weeks to send 2 guys. When they finally came back, these 2 guys didn't have the right "concrete cleaner" and had to come back another day. They took half a day and it still isn't as clean as it was before they started the spall work. The only saving grace is that the workers I've had contact with are friendly and respectful when interacting. Now we had to remove everything from our lanai again because they were going to redo / update the tiles. So many residents complained about the work, the cleanliness and the rate of completion it took! We had to have a special resident meeting about it. Hope they never call this company again!

Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before--no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn't be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money. For months, he was unresponsive despite multiple attempts to communicate to either finish the work or refund the payments made. After 5 months, he finally responded stating that he'll set up a repayment schedule to return the funds due to the breach of contract. Another 4 months have gone by and he has yet to repay any of the advance payments made. During those 4 months, multiple demands were made for the refund of payments made. He has been unresponsive. To date, 9 months later, he has failed to return the payments made. No effort at all to even set up a repayment schedule. His conduct has been unprofessional, unreliable, and has caused significant financial and personal inconvenience. I trusted him and paid him in advance when he asked for more money stating that he needed more funds to cover the rental equipment and pay his people. Never again with Maka. I plan to file a formal complaint with the appropriate licensing board and the BBB.
