The communication upfront was good in the beginning but that started to fade a little along the way. I had to reach out to get any information on the work schedule. But I like to know what's going on to schedule my day out and when the leave the side gate unlocked. Sione was able to schedule Randy to spray for underground termites prior to the pour. The work was completed in 3 days. There were some finishing touch issues with the completed work but Sione sent a couple guys out to fix the issue.

That was over a month ago. Now he won't answer my phone calls. He has no showed twice when he was supposed to clean it up. I've used other concrete contractors in the past and it's a very different experience. He did pour the concrete though, so there is that. Speaking with Parris and getting the initial quote was a quick and easy process. Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before--no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn't be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money. That being said, my husband and I would make the same decision over and over again to go with Vinyl Tech & Masonry because of their professionalism and the quality of their work. They clearly stand by their work and want to make sure their customers are happy. He was able to brainstorm with us to help us imagine a completely new yard. He gave us ideas that we would either agree or disagree with. For the early stages of the project Angel was the primary foreman of the job. Angel was very friendly and respectful. He would give us updates on what they would be doing for the next couple of days, or if they wouldn't be coming due to weather conditions. As a client this was great because we never had to wonder whether the contractors were coming or not. Our Project consisted of removing existing cement pavers and vegetation. And installation of new turf, irrigation system, and vinyl fence. JBL took care of hauling away all the old materials and bringing all the new materials/plants for our project.
