The washes are a good value for the small machines at $2.99 per wash. The dry is only 25 cents for 8 minutes for the small machines. You add time by just taking your card off of the ledge that holds the card and placing it back on..it automatically adds another 8 minutes...

However, after the two pick ups & bringing them home, the Button placement was changed on the opposite side of the original Button by their Tailor (because he thought it would look better appearance-wise) and those placements were both on the too tight side of the original Button. I returned pair #1 & that pair was correctly serviced. Later pair 2 was brought into the store separately & that pair was denied Service, saying "we cannot take any more Buttons from you". I would stay away from dealing with this Tailor since he cannot follow my original instructions.

I overheard someone say that they took their drapes to be adjusted to Monami cleaners and there price was the best. I took 5 pair of old jeans that I LOVE and were ripped and had holes and I could not wear. These jeans sell in stores for a $100 with all the rips and the seamsress, Ms. Choi gave me prices for fixing pockets, for sewing rips, and made the jeans wearable. I actually went there to sew pockets and rips in the cloth of a good leather jacket and I was surprised at how her prices were realistic. Had to write this because even though their dry cleaning might be too high for some people, there alterations are outstanding! Thank you Ms.Choi! I shall return.

One of the women kindly helped me through each step of getting a laundry card, selecting the right sized machines, and using the machines. Even on a weekend, I was able to use a small and medium machine next to each other, and the loads only took about 30 minutes each. Even have carts you can use for your loads, or to bring stuff to your car after folding. I will say personally I've needed the extra rinse whenever that's an option. Every time I've filled the suds to their recommended level, my clothes always came out soapy. Either leaves you with doing that, add less soap, or an entire extra cycle depending on how bad it gets. But honestly, in-and-out experiences in a clean joint is all I need and I can get it here.

Enter SSDS! Our friends and family were able to easily get us gift certificates for the service and we called and emailed with them before I gave birth to set up the service. Every week they would drop fresh diapers off and we would set out the old ones to be picked up. They billed us automatically every two weeks. It was seamless. We are moving abroad so we can't continue the service but it was lifesaving especially for the earliest months. Also my baby almost never had any leaks! Like I can count on one hand how many leaks she had in the many months we used this service. They are high quality diapers. I highly recommended them!
