However, after the two pick ups & bringing them home, the Button placement was changed on the opposite side of the original Button by their Tailor (because he thought it would look better appearance-wise) and those placements were both on the too tight side of the original Button. I returned pair #1 & that pair was correctly serviced. Later pair 2 was brought into the store separately & that pair was denied Service, saying "we cannot take any more Buttons from you". I would stay away from dealing with this Tailor since he cannot follow my original instructions.

She asked me fine details like if I wanted original hemming or to simply cut to the length I needed and go from there. It's a $10 difference so I rather keep the original hemming but I appreciated the subtle details. Unfortunately though, she isn't able to get ink stains out, so I do need to find someone who might specialize in that.

Mr. Kim is incredibly meticulous and detailed oriented. When altering skirts and dresses, he doesn't just shorten or lengthen them, he thoughtfully adjusts them with your body shape and fit in mind, which makes a huge difference. He clearly knows fabrics well and understands exactly how each material should be cleaned and handled. Although his English is not fluent, he is always friendly and professional and takes great care with everything--from everyday clothing to more delicate items. Turnaround time has always been reasonable, and my clothes consistently come back clean, pressed, and looking fabulous. :)

But, the cost for three shirts, two suit jackets, and one pair of pants was about $37. Also, extra points because my items were ready first thing the following day. I'll admit that I originally came here because I needed a pair of pants altered. Unfortunately, I could not use the alteration services because I need 2- to 3-business day turnaround. While I have not tried a lot of dry cleaning places in the area, I have a feeling this will be my go to spot.

My daughter visited today to help me drop off clothes for dry cleaning. She politely asked for pricing and was met with vague responses from the owner, who said prices for women's dress suits "depend on how she feels," the material, or whether she was "in the mood to work." Despite my daughter stating she was happy to pay, the owner still refused service or to provide a clear price. Concerned, I stopped by myself after work. The owner again would not commit to a clear price, saying she "might have to do too much work" and arbitrarily quoted $20 or more per suit. When I asked if her prices change based on who walks in, what car they drive, or what their skin color is, she offered no reassurance. As a local resident, I'm extremely disappointed to see this kind of inconsistent and discriminatory behavior from a small business meant to serve the community. Everyone deserves fair treatment--regardless of appearance. I urge others to consider this when deciding whether to support this establishment.

If you drop off before noon your dry cleaning will be ready the next day by 5 p.m. which is great and normally it is ready by the time they promised. If you're dropping off something with stains be sure to point it out to the cashier so she can label it otherwise it may be overlooked and you will receive your dry cleaning with the same spot back. They do not accept debit or credit cards only cash so make sure to be prepared when bringing your items to be dry cleaned. They have an ATM inside the store with a ridiculous $3 fee for withdrawal. They have a recycling bin in store for your old hangers. Service is usually fast and there are no lines. (Being always in a hurry helps because you get very quick service) The location is very convenient it's right on Georgia Avenue.

The buttons on the sleeves were either missing or broken in half. This could only have happened during their pressing services as all of my shirts when dropped off were not missing buttons. I was then told the company is not responsible for damaged buttons although they acknowledged it "probably" happened when they were pressed. I was told I had to pay $1.00 per button. Really??? If my clothes were fine dropped off, I expect them to return the same way. The search continues as I will not be returning to this cleaners and taking my business elsewhere.

I came back to pick it up, and when I paid for it the owner rebuked me and was extremely hostile.
