Mr. Kim is incredibly meticulous and detailed oriented. When altering skirts and dresses, he doesn't just shorten or lengthen them, he thoughtfully adjusts them with your body shape and fit in mind, which makes a huge difference. He clearly knows fabrics well and understands exactly how each material should be cleaned and handled. Although his English is not fluent, he is always friendly and professional and takes great care with everything--from everyday clothing to more delicate items. Turnaround time has always been reasonable, and my clothes consistently come back clean, pressed, and looking fabulous. :)

Pretty decent and quick service…read more I thought the pricing for dry cleaning was good. Since this is my first dry cleaning experience in the area, I cannot compare it to other places. But, the cost for three shirts, two suit jackets, and one pair of pants was about $37. Also, extra points because my items were ready first thing the following day. I'll admit that I originally came here because I needed a pair of pants altered. Unfortunately, I could not use the alteration services because I need 2- to 3-business day turnaround. While I have not tried a lot of dry cleaning places in the area, I have a feeling this will be my go to spot.

She asked me fine details like if I wanted original hemming or to simply cut to the length I needed and go from there. It's a $10 difference so I rather keep the original hemming but I appreciated the subtle details. Unfortunately though, she isn't able to get ink stains out, so I do need to find someone who might specialize in that.

I came back to pick it up, and when I paid for it the owner rebuked me and was extremely hostile. He got in my face and said the price was not right and the next time I came in the dress would cost me three times the price I paid this time. I would not have been upset if he had just said there was a mistake in the pricing and been slightly kind, but he was so incredibly rude and made us feel threatened we left in a hurry. If he treats customers like this, can only imagine how he treats his employees The staff members were wonderful and so friendly, but I can not support a business who treats clients so poorly and then tells me, "OH WEll" when confronted later about his abusive behavior.

Communication is key. 3. The ethos upheld by the owner- I feel like Mr. Rami cares about my clothing as much as I do, and I trust that my clothing is in very good hands- and I am very discerning when it comes to communication, professionalism and knowledge about how to handle high maintenance people like myself- I admit it- In these times, I think having pickup and delivery for dry cleaning is a luxury- the price points are fair, and you never end up talking with a robot. You won't be disappointed.

They NEED TO CHANGE THEIR NAME TO $2.25 CLEANERS!!!…read more I have been using this place for about 2 years now they seem to be doing a pretty good job on my husband's suits and shirts don't like the fact that the price have gone up but it is what it is. If you drop off before noon your dry cleaning will be ready the next day by 5 p.m. which is great and normally it is ready by the time they promised. If you're dropping off something with stains be sure to point it out to the cashier so she can label it otherwise it may be overlooked and you will receive your dry cleaning with the same spot back. They do not accept debit or credit cards only cash so make sure to be prepared when bringing your items to be dry cleaned. They have an ATM inside the store with a ridiculous $3 fee for withdrawal. They have a recycling bin in store for your old hangers. Service is usually fast and there are no lines. There is an ATM on site which has a $3.00 surcharge not to mention what your bank will hit u with. Lastly, two of my dress shirts were damaged. The buttons on the sleeves were either missing or broken in half. This could only have happened during their pressing services as all of my shirts when dropped off were not missing buttons. I was then told the company is not responsible for damaged buttons although they acknowledged it "probably" happened when they were pressed. I was told I had to pay $1.00 per button. Really??? If my clothes were fine dropped off, I expect them to return the same way. The search continues as I will not be returning to this cleaners and taking my business elsewhere.
