When altering skirts and dresses, he doesn't just shorten or lengthen them, he thoughtfully adjusts them with your body shape and fit in mind, which makes a huge difference. He clearly knows fabrics well and understands exactly how each material should be cleaned and handled. Although his English is not fluent, he is always friendly and professional and takes great care with everything--from everyday clothing to more delicate items. If you drop off before noon your dry cleaning will be ready the next day by 5 p.m. which is great and normally it is ready by the time they promised. If you're dropping off something with stains be sure to point it out to the cashier so she can label it otherwise it may be overlooked and you will receive your dry cleaning with the same spot back. They do not accept debit or credit cards only cash so make sure to be prepared when bringing your items to be dry cleaned. They have an ATM inside the store with a ridiculous $3 fee for withdrawal. They have a recycling bin in store for your old hangers. Service is usually fast and there are no lines. (Being always in a hurry helps because you get very quick service) The location is very convenient it's right on Georgia Avenue.

The buttons on the sleeves were either missing or broken in half. This could only have happened during their pressing services as all of my shirts when dropped off were not missing buttons. I was then told the company is not responsible for damaged buttons although they acknowledged it "probably" happened when they were pressed. I was told I had to pay $1.00 per button. Really??? If my clothes were fine dropped off, I expect them to return the same way. The search continues as I will not be returning to this cleaners and taking my business elsewhere.
