GREAT SERVICE, GREAT SELECTION! My Fiance and I stopped in this past Sunday and WOW I've never seen so many frickin workboots in my life! They've got every possible brand you can think of, and a great selection of jackets & work wear too. Our salesman was Luke and he was just awesome- he really listened and made great recommendations, showing us several different types of boots according to his preferences (he's also a runner and has wide, "runner's feet"). Anyway he found the perfect pair for Tony (he already wants to buy a back-up pair!), we had a great experience there and will definitely shop there from now on. If you read this one Luke, it's Tony FISH (and the almost-Mrs-Fish!). Thanks a lot man, you guys rock!!! :D read more

I was looking for some steel toe boots for work, however I am a very picky individual and had something in mind already. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for, however, there was a pair that was similar to what I had in mind. I was helped by Luke to find my size and he even answered a few questions I had about the boots themselves. Luke was very knowledgeable in work boots and also very helpful in answering all the questions I had. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for affordable boots with a variety of styles. If you happen to go make sure and ask for Luke, trust me you will be taken care of by him with his expertise and his patience. read more

I like that this place caters specifically to work boots. It's not some shoe store with a section of work boots. Therefore they have a large selection to choose from. As far as pricing goes, I feel like I paid regular retail price. Oh and the staff is knowledgeable and have good customer service. I'll most likely go back there for my next pair of boots. read more

The two young men that where helping me where very knowledgeable. My husband and I went in looking for some brand name shoes. We had very little knowledge about the different uses for each boot and the first guy took his time explaining everything to us. We weren't convinced at first because my husband kept trying on shoes size 11. Thing is, that isn't his real size and we only where able to figure this out because the other salesman Brayan came up to us and measured my husbands foot. Turns out he's a 91/2 in boots. As soon as we figured that out Brayan picked out some really nice boots and when my husband tried them out they where so snug and comfortable. This purchase was An overall great experience and customer service is great. We will be coming back for future boots. read more

I went in today to purchase a pair of boots because the ones I had purchased else where before had done some major damage to my feet. I must say the customer service I received was excellent from all four guys Luke, Alejandro, Fernando, and Bryan really took the time to analyze what the issue could have been what the boots I had previously purchased else where. I found their service to be beyond exceptional and will definitely return for my boot purchase needs. Thank you guys for your assistance I greatly appreciate it. read more

Went to look for steel toe shoes and they guided us, left us to browse and kept checking on us until we made a decision. We asked for a certain size then brought a size smaller, he said they usually run bigger and sure enough they did. We were very satisfied. Definitely come back and would recommend this place! read more

Good selection of boots, and friendly staff. The downside is, overpriced, and no money back on returned items (credit or exchange only). in my case. I purchased a pair of Thorogood's in black dyed leather. Prior to purchasing them and trying on sizes, I told them they seemed tight and asked for a wider width. The salesman said he didn't have a wider width in stock, yet assured me that they would stretch in about a week as I wore them. Anyways I have about a month in on them and they're still very tight on my feet. The last time I was there, I mentioned it to the same guy who sold me the boots, and he said it was going to take some time for them to break in because of the black dye. In my opinion, after putting a months worth of wear and tear on these boots, it ain't the dye at this point. The fact is, he convinced me to purchase some boots that were too tight and assured me they would stretch in a week and blamed it on the dye. read more
