Service is great with the staff , they are all very friendly helpful And attentive . My review is reflecting the poor quality of the work shoe, style 6338. I purchased the pair in December. They have holes in the right shoe And wear is almost flat on the sole . I would not recommend this shoe as they do not stand behind the warranty. It isn't good when the shoe is falling apart, only a few months from purchase. I work in an environment that requires walking a lot . I'm not satisfied with the quality and not standing behind their product.

Awesome people!!!!!! Best costumer service I live in the city of Whittier I have 4 red wings locations near me but I work in the city of Lawndale. I bought my boots here at at this store!!! Wow!!! I recommended this place guys best people and best costumer service here and thank you to Johanna great person I got my shoes laces replaced and she help me with some information Come to this store !!!!!

My husband has been buying Red Wings Boots for many years. In fact, when you purchase shoes, they keep your size and purchase on file so you can just have them find your new boots for you. The quality of their boots is great. When you wear out the soles, you can pay to get them re-soled as long as the tops are not torn. The salespeople were very friendly and helpful today. If you belong to a Union, you may get a discount.

This Redwings location was the first and only location I ever visited and the workers there are suspiciously too kind. My first visit was to buy a pair of work boots, the sales rep asked all the questions needed to get me a pair I felt comfortable with, set me up with a pair of insoles, and gave me two free pair of shoe strings. Extremely friendly, an experience I knew for certain was going to be, once in a lifetime. A few days later I received the same high quality, suspicious service. Not going to provide details on my second visit as the sales associate told me to keep it a secret, but Im legit about to email someone from redwings right now about this super unheard of service. Picture is just proof Im a real customer and not a associate trying to improve yelp reviews.

Same shitty customer service. When I come in to ask for boots to be oiled don't tell me to come back in 24 hours and that you're busy! You're not busy, you're standing there doing nothing so if you don't like oiling boots for a living maybe you should better yourself and don't be mad at me!

Small but mighty if you're looking into some construction, hunting type of shoe. They have other random type of selections. Customer service is superb I didn't catch her name but she knew her product and very sure on her shoes. Very polite and helpful.

When I went into the store and started to look around, a gentleman came out & said someone would be right with me. A few seconds later, Tehani (Assistant Manager) approached me and asked how she could help me. Well she did just that and more!! We did the scan and I was so shocked when she told me my shoe size! I've been wrong all 40 yrs of my life! My right foot is a half size bigger She also had me walk and noticed that my feet leaned inward. Based on the results of the scan & her observation, she recommended Hokas and Brooks. I initially came into the store for the Hoka Gaviota but she suggested the Arahis for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size in the color that I wanted so I'll order them online. however, she did also help me with some shoe inserts for my current pair of tennis shoes and some Oofa slides to wear in the house. I'm so used to wear slippers but these slides feel so great on my achy heel and arches. Honestly, my feet already feel a lot better from just from walking with the new inserts. The Oofas were a little more in cost than I saw online but it was so worth the experience and the knowledge I received from Tehani. I would definitely shop with them again. The store is very easy to find when you're driving down Hawthorne and there's PLENTY of parking. All of the staff were welcoming! 5 stars

This was my first time at front runners and I'm so happy I decided to come in here! The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and with their help I was finally able to find a shoe that works! I asked if they carried the 1080s in a size 7.5 in black. She asked if I wanted the regular width or wide version. I didn't know there were options, but having wider feet, I asked for the wide one. She left and returned with two pair of shoes in different widths. One regular and one extra wide. The extra wide one fit like a glove. She gave me time to try them on and walk around. She then came back to check up on me. The selection here is very good. I had scouted the 1080s in a specific color and size online and this store had them. In terms of value, I would also say I got a good deal on these shoes. Six months ago, on the website, these shoes were selling for $165. I got mine here for $100. Some final thoughts: The man at checkout was very nice. He did want us to provide an email for the receipt. Apparently if you lose your physical receipt, you can still return your shoes with the emailed receipt. I had no intention of returning the shoes so passed on providing the email, but this may be something for you to consider if you're not entirely sure those shoes you're buying are keepers. Also, please be aware that the shoes are organized on the walls by shoe models, not male or female.

However, the Torrance CHAMPS location did not have it in his size, so one of the employees made an effort to contact another Champs store and placed an order for a 2pcs 1X male jogger in Olive Green (top & bottom) to be delivered directly to our home, for the next business day. The delivery was not received the next day as promised. In addition, the following 2nd day, only 1 of the 2pcs jogger arrived in the color Black, instead of Olive Green. I called & alerted the store of what we received "Black" vs. "Olive Green", Olive Green was actually requested. The person who placed the outsourced order, forgot to list OLIVE GREEN Within the description. (We all have made mistakes). She owned up to it, apologized and made efforts to alert the other store of the color error. We were still waiting for the 2nd piece and later informed of a delay. The delay was an inconvenience due to a family day event with our specific color. Needless to say, both items did not arrive on time. So, we contacted the store to address the matter & request a full refund. The following day, I visited the store and met the store manager Adrian @ CHAMPS, Del Almo, Torrance, CA. I returned the items for a refund, as well as for a resolution. Adrian immediately took the initiative to review, respond and resolve the matter. He made all efforts to follow up with their Sister-Locations, and immediately alerting the Customer Service Team and his upper management team to resolve the matter, along with an apology for the mix up and compensation through their customer service team, which issued an e-gift card for the inconvenience. Thank you Adrian for handling the matter, along with all of your efforts, professionalism & diligence. Despite the matter, my husband and I were impressed with your efforts and actions. This is a beautifully designed store with a good selection of products but the staff doesn't seem all that interested in providing customers with a good experience. The first time we came in to buy shoes we had to actively search for someone to help us. While they were friendly and responsive to our requests to try on shoes the person seemed a bit distracted and not that knowledgeable about the products. The second time we were there, we had a problem with the shoes we bought on our first visit and were looking for a solution. The shoes were about four months old and the inside of the heel had collapsed. We wanted to just exchange them for a new pair since it had been such a short time since the original purchase. The person at the counter was dismissive. When I explained the problem with the product she did not acknowledge the defect even though it was quite easy to see. She explained that the in-store exchange/return policy was 60 days I asked if they might be able to help me online or at their customer service phone number and she said she didn't know but that I should leave and Google it. Not a great experience. I sat down inside the store and called customer service and connected with the nicest, most helpful customer service person ever who immediately did her best to understand the issue with the shoes and let me know she would do everything she could to help me. Since the product failed, we were well within the time limit to return the shoes for a full refund. The return window is much longer online or on the phone. She also made me aware that the original product we purchased was now on sale so she helped me return the defective product and then helped me purchase a replacement at the new sale price. It could not have been a more perfect experience. I would recommend trying products on in the store and then buying online or over the phone. The customer service in the store doesn't make shopping there worthwhile unless you don't want to wait for the shoes to be shipped to you. Love all the Nike styles just would like a better in-store experience.

After a terrible experience at LA Uniform and Tailoring -- where we were hovered over, treated…read morerudely, and shown low-quality gear that wouldn't meet even the most basic EMT safety standards -- we found ourselves at Shoeteria on Artesia and Hawthorne. The difference was night and day. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with professionalism and respect. The employees didn't crowd us or make us feel watched -- instead, they gave us space to browse but were quick to help the moment we had a question or needed assistance. It was a calm, comfortable shopping experience from start to finish. What truly stood out was the exceptional quality of the gear. My son found everything he needed for his EMT program -- and most importantly, he found real safety footwear. Shoeteria carries an impressive selection of steel toe and polycarbonate-toe boots, all of which are puncture resistant -- exactly the type of protection EMT students need for their training and future work in the field. Brands like Dr. Martens, Timberland, Reebok, New Balance, Puma, Burnt, Thorogood, Wolverines, and Skechers lined the shelves -- all built for durability and safety. You simply cannot say the same about LA Uniform and Tailoring. Their shoes had no visible safety features, no steel or composite protection, and felt cheap and flimsy in comparison. It's shocking that a school would allow students to be directed to a store that sells such substandard gear. On top of everything, my son also picked up a high-quality belt, and we still spent less money at Shoeteria than what the other store was charging for basic, low-grade items. My son left feeling confident, properly equipped, and actually excited about his gear -- something every student deserves. I sincerely hope El Camino College reevaluates their current contract and seriously considers Shoeteria for their students' needs. The safety, quality, professionalism, and pricing here are unmatched. If you want gear that protects, lasts, and is priced fairly -- this is the place.
