Gotta give credit where it's due and these guys handled their Doernbecher drop today like champs. They made sure that all the people that were there the night before got in the order they were there and didn't let a bunch of people that tried to cut get in front. Wish more shoe places made sure to take care of the people that put in the effort to get there early instead of reward people who try to take advantage. Will make sure to cop even the non hype stuff I want here cause I'll for sure support businesses like this that do the right thing! First time I've been to a drop and they ran it like this so it' made a positive impression on me. read more

Ordered online and this location fulfilled my order they shipped my shoes in a bag! Of course shoe box came ripped! If you are charging shipping the least you can do is ship them properly! Properly meaning in a shipping box and not a bag! Common sense ain't too common nowadays! read more

Shoe Palace - Ripped box because it was shipped in a bag. - Shoe Stores Near Me - Inglewood, California

This place absolutely sucks. They NEVER answer the phone, or they just pick up the line and then immediately hang up. Corporate needs to close this pointless location. The people who work here act like you're bothering them by simply entering the store. Close down already, I'll never return or even try to call this worthless store. read more

Came in to purchase and spend money on shoes to find a gift for the holidays worst experience ever employees on their cell phone not acknowledging customers their all going to the back having you sitting down and waiting taking there sweet time when the store was not even busy I guess I have to shop elsewhere. My personal experience , they need staff that actually wants to represent the company and be attentive with customer service. Having a strong leader that values the store to improve this location. read more

I would like to just take a minute to speak on how amazing the manager Cameron is. I called the store to inquire about a shoe and he had the most amazing customer service that I have ever had. His etiquette was on point and even though he did not have what I wanted in stock he found it at another location for me without me even asking. Cameron please please please don't let rude customers change the great job that you do. I hope you higher ups see this review and reward you accordingly. I am coming to your store just to meet you I person and to buy a pair of shoes just based on this one experience. Thank you again. read more

Exceptional customer service! I visited this location after not having great luck with other shoe stores, and LUQ was very friendly and helpful! He not only made sure I was taken care of, but he was also very attentive to other consumers as well! I will most definitely be returning, great customer service is hard to come by now a days! Thanks LUQ read more

Imagine being a shoe place... that doesn't sell shoe strings. Or has a shoe horn for you to try their shoes on. I must be in narnia.

Tried calling the store. Someone picked up and hung up. Tried calling back twice and the phone rang and rang. We just wanted to check for stock on some sneakers. If they had them we would've went in and spent some schmoney. I'm sorry but that's some lazy ass shit to not simply pick up the damn phone and say "Shoe Palace can you hold please?" If you're too busy at the moment. But don't just fucking hang up. ASSHOLE!!! read more

This Staff was Amazing... I was coming in to do an exchange and didn't know what I wanted. They went out of their way to assist me. I was ready to leave without anything but they didn't let me leave and they took the time out to help me pick the perfect Tennis Shoe. Very professional and respectful. Thank you SP Inglewood Team. These guys will bait you with a sale, charge your car, and then not honor their advertised price. Bad Business STAY AWAY!!!

Those fucking employees are fucking beyond lazy!! I came to this damn store two days in a row looking for Nike Air max 97 black and gold and on this day a woman told me while I was inside to call in two hours. I this was at 1:52pm I just called and they are giving me the nicest run around and the last time I just called and she told me they won't finish breaking down today's shipment because it's a lot of boxes read more

Extremely slow, chooses publicity over customers. They were suppose to open at 9 am but opened until 11:12 am. They lie and make it seem like they got inventory when they don't sometimes. read more

Horrible customer service there hours say they close at 8 I got there at 7 and there was still people shopping inside and the door was locked I literally had the bag in my hand to exchange a size and the guy just did a hand gesture basically saying he wasn't going to let me in.... If you're going to be racist and let some people keep shopping and not let me in then u should update your hours online for holiday hours read more

Bought some shoes today. Spent over $140. I get back home take them out of the box and the shoes were dirty. Instead of driving 40 minutes to exchange or return I was able to just clean them, but to spend that amount of money it's very annoying to receive a pair of shoes that looked used a few times. Maybe the pair I got was a return or something, but very disappointed with this experience read more

I went in not knowing what I wanted to get to treat myself, Luqman made sure he went above and beyond ! Thank you again for your help . $600 later and I'm happy with everything you picked out read more

Luqman is honestly the only reason why I keep returning to this store . He gets me ! Knows what I like for both my son and myself . He needs a raise ASAP ! If it wasn't for him I'd probably just window shop cause half the time the shoes on the walls aren't what I like . read more

When you first come in, your expectation is to be harassed by sales people wanting a commission; eyeballed by security; and overwhelmed with high prices on last years's styles. Well, not the case! The ambience is simple, not too noisy. The layout is extremely simple and the lighting is perfect. The selection of shoes is smaller than some of the nearby outlets but they have really interesting and good sales on some nice styles! (They do not usually have much choices in wide feet/sizes 12 & up however. There is also a decent selection of sports and outerwear and of course socks and the like align the shelves from top to bottom. Adidas; Jordan's; Nike; You name it! The sales associate there Austin was extremely helpful! No pressure at all. Thank you for going back to the stockroom 3 times for me and giving me plenty of space to relax and try several different pairs on. Bottom line; I highly recommend coming here instead of a larger, less personal warehouse-type chain where the sales are not much more available than the coupon flyer they rush to hand you! Five stars all the way baby!! read more

First off I'd like to say the customer service is 100 .my man Luqman was on top of his job went above and beyond to make my pregnant picky wife happy and satisfied so i thank him for that..definitely will return oh and the store is clean and neat.. read more

I'm very new to the area. I recently moved from ATL & we don't have a Shoe Palace there so I had to ask a employee about getting a certain pair of sneakers through a raffle. Luq went above and beyond to make sure that every question that I had was answered. I'm a bit of a hat fanatic and he even showed me a few of those that I somehow passed by. Great customer service is everything & I think great work should be rewarded. I'll be coming to this Shoe Palace from now on! It's become my favorite place to sneaker shop thanks to Luq!! read more

I've only been in this location three times and every time I come I'm greeted and treated the same was by all of the staff. The young men are very nice and courteous to my 3 1/2 yr old and myself. I a issue with a pair of shoes I bought him at another store (over 50 miles away) and one of the store managers helped me and was just great. So I went back and bought my son two pairs of shoes from there. I will only be purchasing his shoes from here at this location only (as long as they have his size) Thank you Inglewood Shoe Palace read more

The staff are helpful at this location but they should try and do a better job with assisting more than being pushy, as a customer I like to feel like I'm being guided not pushed. read more

They have a great selection of shoes here and it's never overcrowded like the mall locations are

Came here to buy some shoes for work and personal use. I also picked up shoes for my son and daughter. The employee named DJ was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was my second time here and will be coming back again. read more

so today I came in with my mother. Luqman was helping us and as we get to the register. The manager in front wanted luqman to stop helping us to assist another customer when he wasn't even done with us. Service was great. We were well taken care of by Luqman who was an employee at this establishment. Need to put him as manager!

This is by far my fav shoe palace location. They have the best selection of shoes especially during the summer of 2021. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I typically stop in 1- 2x a a week just to check out their selection and luke who is one of their most knowledgeable employees when it comes to jordan drops , helps me out normally. Love the new store design as well. Its a good look for the community. read more

I received excellent service from Luq ! He made shoe shopping 10x easier. Even when there wasn't a shoe in my size , he made sure to show me alternative options. Even during checkout he ensured that all of my shoes were the correct sizes and boxed properly. Very very helpful. Thank you Luq. I'll be back. read more

I was looking for some some AJ1s (low, mid, high, any pair..almost ). Upon entering, I was immediately addressed and asked if I needed assistance by Luqmon, who didn't call me "Bro or Boss" which is always a plus in any store in any area. Luqmon let me know the shoe was out of stock in my size and recommended a few other potential pick ups. I appreciated his authenticity. I'll definitely come by more often or call and ask for Luqmon when I am looking for something specific. read more

I was in love with this store.. I was coming so much that the employees knew me. I was quick to spend my money here I'm a shoe head for sure. After this experience I had the day the jordan 11 "bred" came out dec 14 2019. I did not want them but me and my son went in to the store not looking for anything specific just looking and they had the shoe in the store so. I asked one of the employees can I try them. I asked for 6y 6.5y 12c 13c the guy went to grab them from the back brought them to me I told my son to sit down and he was take the shoe off. Then he stops me and say you can't try them on I'm like what the hell. I was so confused I'm like what you bring them out for if we can't try them. I'm like I would like to speak to a manager. It was to of them there so I walk up to the front and I'm like which one he point to both of them. One was on his cell phone and the other was helping someone so I walk up to the one with the cell phone call and I'm waiting patiently well he's on this personal phone call on the floor. He finally get off the phone and I asked is there any Particular reason why we can't try on the shoes. He tells me yeah because we've been having a lot of Stealing. I'm like OK but the guy is standing right here in my face but I can try on the shoes because people steal them so you're stereotyping me because I'm a black woman and I want to try on the shoes I just came out he's like no it's not that it just was the company decision all the shoe palace is our like that with the shoes blah blah blah. It was a LIEEE i went to a shoe palace on Long Beach and they said that was not true and I got to try the shoe on and everything. I been calling Corporate but nobody has reached out to me this is horrible!!!!!!!!!! read more
