My brother is a major sneaker head, so it's no surprise that we'd drive in from Anaheim just for shoes. A friend of his actually had told us to go to Supreme, but for some reason gave us the address to Millennium, which was cool since it was a store we wanted to check out anyway. We came here on Easter Sunday, and I was surprised and happy that they were open. Nothing like a 1-hour drive for nothing (especially since the actual Supreme that we also wanted to see was closed). When we walk in, there's a couple of other customers, who seemed like regulars, as well as a couple of employees. Right away, we were greeted, and asked if we needed assistance. We decided to look around first, and my sister and I found some shoes we wanted to buy. The employee who originally greeted us answered all of our questions and got us our shoes. He also helped us with some kids shoes that we wanted for my nieces. He was very personable as well. Sadly, my brother had all of the shoes that he liked in this place, but we still had a great experience here. The shoes were also reasonably priced, in-line with their competitors. read more

Came to the store, asked for manager regarding a shoe size and they said they don't have a manager. Someone from the back came and said they couldnt do nothing about it. that just gives me enough to say that their customer service is horrible. The "manager" supposedly gave me an alternative to a shoe size but she said i would still have to pay. So, bad customer service, they had attitudes, lack of communication, poor management. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

I don't really order from here but wanted to give it a try, the bad thing about this company is there no customer service support. Just email you can't reach anyone. I recently order shoes here for a size 9 in men. I wasn't able to track or check my order when I received my packed it was a size 4 in men. I have sent all the pictures. Reached out through email. But a response of this is what you ordered. Wow thanks a lot ! read more

Such a shitty company , excuse my language ... I should've took the reviews into consideration on how horrible and crap their customer service is .. I ordered a pair of dunks , and had my order on hold for safety reasons, I have placed tons of orders and never had an order placed on hold , so I emailed them my ID along with the address I want them to ship em at ... USPS decides to return the package because the billing address didn't have the apt # .. which mind you I already emailed them my ID with the exact address and apt # ... they got back weeks later and ask me to pay a delivery fee , which it was on them cus I stated the right address n everything .... They never responded or try to resolve the problem and just refunded me , this was suppose to be a gift and was suppose to be given out 3 weeks ago ... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE OR HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE , I recommend going to other shops if you can .... STAY AWAY !!!!! read more

You can trust them. Ordered online and got to me pretty quick once sent tracking number!

Millennium just needs to hire an entirely new staff. Ayesha has one of the nastiest attitude , every-time that I have gone in she has refused to treat me properly over the simplest things. The lack of customer service these people have amazes me. I'm not sure how management hasn't gotten rid of these people. read more

I ordered a pair of Jordan shoes from there website. I did not receive them and were contacting them via email and phone to see how we could solve the problem. They responded once and did not respond after several attempts to contact them. This is very unprofessional and discouraging. I did not receive any compensation for the lost sneakers even though when they send it via UPS they put insurance on the shoes. I would not recommend buying sneakers from them. read more

My mother ordered a pair of sneakers for my daughter and got a size too big. I asked if they could exchange for a smaller size and we would cover shipping and return. But they wouldn't have it. Just kept saying final sale. I understand final sales. We weren't trying to return and as a fist time customer you'd think they'd want the return of new clientele. They couldn't even respond to my last email. read more

John right the most unprofessional manager in the history of managers ; clicked on me two times because his employee gave me the shoe size 7 in men and I wanted size 7 in women . Couldn't give me the number for anyone higher then him . Go to customer service classes . These people are jokes. Said something about Covid yet has employees working with no mask, eating in the counter . Laughing stalk . And now I will take it as far as I can . read more

Millennium Shoes is one of the staples in the Los Angeles sneaker community. As one of the shops who provide sneakerheads with the latest footwear, they try their best accommodating to customers needs. As of late they have been holding contest and raffles for their shoes which helps those who don't have time to spend a week to camp out. Although they don't do this for every release, expect such things for the more limited releases which will give everyone an equal chance. Also, if you haven't notice on sneaker blogs and pages, Millennium Shoes is more than welcome to provide exclusive sneak peaks and reviews of upcoming releases as soon as they hit their stores. Expect them to be straight forward when they can, because this shop is a prime example of "giving the customers what they want". As a former contest winner of a pair of FREE Chicago X's, I'd like to give another thanks to the great people behind the counter for their hospitality. I may have lost the contest to reserve my pair of Cement IV's, but friendly competition between sneakerheads brings us a little closer in respect. Shoutout to Jeff Cross for that great sneaker pic battle! read more

The girl even said why does everyone keep saying we're not answering our phone clearly people are calling. urchased pants for full price and they were the wrong color as they were described on website... opened a return ticket and the companys customer service team never responded with getting that return processed...... kept trying and then opened a chargeback and the company fought the chargeback and won because I didnt respond in time. terrible customer service maybe you should put the energy into fighting valid chargebacks for terrible customer service into actually providing customer service for your customers.... shorts were also extremely over priced because they were on nike for $30 and this company sold for $70. $70 for shorts that were supposed to be brown but were poop green. read more

I've been shopping at millennium shoes since I could remember. From the day I wore GS shoe sizes to full out adult sizes. The carry a large array of styles brands, colors and sizes for the whole family. There customer service is great and they have ample parking available. Hey have some phantom deals at times they it's worth to ask on some clothing items. My only disregard on this place I used to be able to walk I and pick up my kicks with no hassles on and dips that came out now with the whole sneaker hype and drama there procedures and protocols and certain releases and launches are a bit sketchy. I still without a doubt shop and visit there assortment of merchandise but it has took a step back or two in the recent years in the way they just operate the store but still good service and good merchandise and worth any sneaker heads visit might find some gems and steals at times. read more

Very friendly and chill staff, however I expected a better selection of sneakers based on the reviews prior to arriving there, with the exception of some nice air max color ways and a few nice but oversized t shirts I was disappointed and left with my pockets full of cash I was ready to spend, next time I am on the way to the airport or Randy's donuts, I will give this place a second chance... Be aware that items on sale are not returnable. Trying to find size 14 shoes for a teenage boy is a challenge and I stumbled on this store online. Wish I never had, because now I own a pair of never worn, too small shoes that they won't take back because they were on sale. read more

Definitely one of the best sneaker shops in the LA area. Very helpful people especially Geovanni and Felice! @millenniumshoes @falicenyree

It's too expensive and cost a lot of money for just a pair of shoes and some clothes.

This is one of my favorite stores...they always have some fly ass new shit in there, when ever I'm going some where I'll make sure I'll stop there first to see what they have and 9 times out of ten I always end up getting something. It's very clean and organized and the customer service is good too...The store manager Ashley is fine ass hell and is always helpful read more

It's so unfortunate how this stores still continue to keep the new releases for them selfs. I was so upset when I reached the door and came to find out after I won the Rafael and waited in line for about 40 minutes that there was no pair of yeezy's for me. Leaving empty handed, Wasting my whole morning and chances of getting them somewhere else. Still not the most disappointing part which would have to be My hopes and excitement of being a winner was all for nothing. Thanks millinum shoes for making this day a sad one for me! read more
