I used that bike for 5 years and put 40000 miles on it. Bike Attack helped me above beyond the norm to reach that mileage with their technical excellence. I decided to change e-bike after achieving that mileage with the Stromer, this was 5 years ago. At that time Bike Attack didn't have anything that met my requirements for a new e-bike. I purchased an Bosch mid drive 28mph commuter e-bike. Yet when I needed technical help I went back to Bike Attack. They are the only guys I know that are friendly and have the technical knowledge to keep my e-bike. During these past 5 years Bike Attack have kept my e-bike running. I replaced, tires, chains, wheels, chain-ring, rear cassettes, brakes, lights. Everything that needed to be replaced was because of wear and tear. I now have more than 56000 miles on my second e-bike. Bike Attack is the only one I trust to keep me safe on the road.
