The customer service representative, Emely, was very rude and had a noticeably condescending tone throughout the interaction. I understand that customer service can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The way I was spoken to made what should have been a simple purchase feel uncomfortable and completely took away from my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training. A little professionalism and kindness would go a long way. Unfortunately, because of this interaction, my visit was awful.

Deb was amazing and helpful and amazing was scanning boxes to help me find the right size for my son. While we tried different sizes and shoes to find the right fit. I highly recommend her. After we decided on 2 shoes my son put on the new shoes and we put the old ones on the boxes she provided a bag for us to walk up and pay. It's a nice big store with a cool mural in the front, different from any Nike store I've been to. Parking was super easy and accessible. She was able to assist me on the Nike app to order it on line, getting me a 15% discount using the app and free shipping. The staff was welcoming and we were directed to the side of the store that had my son's size. Ashley greeted us and was just a pleasure to work with. She made sure the shoe fit properly which is a huge plus for me because I have a growing pre-teen. Ashley really showed us personalized attention and she sold us another pair of cross trainer shoes for just everyday school use. We came in for one pair and left with two! And to top it off, Cassandra at check-out was so nice and patient as my son gathered his gift card and cash to pay for his birthday purchase.
