I have been having the most difficult time finding school uniforms. Either the sizes I needed was sold out, or limited quantity with a shipment date of well after the start of the school year. This year would be my tiny humans first year at a private school so I am building a wardrobe from scratch. After many months of online and in store fails, I finally came across Banana Tree. Mr. Franklin was absolutely beyond amazing. He was incredibly kind and patient with my high energy tiny human. As my daughter is 4 feet tall and 39 pounds (mini super model!) we literally had to try on everything to ensure it would fit. After many sizing attempts we were able to piece some items together to start her new journey at her new big school! The prices were very affordable, and the quality of the clothing looked and felt great. Mr. Franklin I humbly appreciate you staying late so we could ensure we left with the items that are required by the school. I have found a new home for when I am in need of school uniforms. The gentleman that waited on us was very patient polite. Some of the stuff was still in boxes. He didn't mind going through them to look for the size it didn't seem like it was forced. Seems like this was this every day professional behavior. I just wanna start by saying the service is incredible. my daughter is transitioning to high school and we had to get her school uniforms from here and she's a little on the thicker side by her legs so she has a tough time finding pants that fit her well, and lucky enough they had her size and I'm so glad that he didn't get annoyed by having to constantly switch the sizes up to find her right size. but overall this service was amazing read more

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. I've been coming here for three years for school uniforms and the service is always fast and friendly. The quality of material is great as well. I've been able to hold on to some of the skirts for a long time. It's a small shop and I'm sure the owner gets overwhelmed with all of the work so I try to avoid coming during the rush (first two weeks of school). **Amazing Customer Service and Affordable Prices** That pretty much sums up my experience with Banana Tree. I visited here because I was in need of uniforms for my tween. She is hard to size so I was not able to find what I needed at chain stores and department stores. After visiting BT, I was very happy! Customer Service was fantastic. Employees here were super helpful and patient. Selection was great! I was able to find what I needed...in the sizes that I needed. Embroidery Service was convenient. I was able to get the school's emblem embroidered on the garments. Hemming services are also available. I'll definitely be back. FYI: Parking was a little tricky. I advise to park on a side street or across the street by McDonalds. All forms of payment accepted. Closed on Sundays. read more

Bad service !!!!!!! Don't answer phones and hours are INCONSISTENT! Will NEVER support them again ! Thank God for other uniform storms or my child would not have been able to attend the first day . 2 weeks later still no answer .. Mr. Franklin was amazing! After I told him our urgency to get a uniform, he waited a little after closing and helped us out. He hires students from King Drew HS, and they were not only providing great customer service but also answered some school related questions also. I have to say... i hardly ever write reviews, but i do read them and based my decisions on review here. i am writing this review bc i am still impress on the amazing customer service they offer. it is customize. not like the other places that they sell you what thehave and of it fits good or if doesn't you're on your own. They offer hemming and they are pretty fast. Quality is very very good. I am definitely coming back and i highly recommend this store. I made an online purchase since September 2019 and never received the items I order. They did call back within over a months later. They told me Supposedly they were going to deliver because they don't do deliveries anymore. But since then I haven't receive anything or heard anything back from them. It's been months . Not even a refund. I call store in regards of my order and never no answer .I to call mornings, afternoons ,and Evenings. This store should update phone number or answer phone. Amazing customer service here in our community at this place. Very polite and helpful with finding my daughters pants for school. I just drove by and called and was immediately greeted with kindness. I parked in their lot (they let me because of construction) and had my daughter try on pants. Bought a few pair and we're on our way! Can't beat being in and out in 10 minutes from uniform shopping!
