I wish I had found this scrub place over the weekend. None the less a friend mentioned this location to me just yesterday. It was also close to work. I walked in and I was the only patron there. A woman named Abigail asked me what was I looking for and what style or brand name was I searching for. I mentioned I was open on brands just really searching for something that had a bit of length I specified the colors I was searching for. Within minutes she handed me 5 different brands. She guided me to the fitting room. I tried on each piece she handed to me and I walked out purchasing 3 top scrubs and a long sleeve shirt to wear under my scrub tops. Had a great experience here. I saw others write about the staff but I only saw the girl at the front desk. I called beforehand to confirm if they had short white coats and she said they did. I came in tried some on and looked at a variety of scrubs. Didn't feel rushed or pressured like some places and there was no other people shopping at the same time so it felt very relaxed. Everything was very organized too so easy to find and a variety of options and colors. Each item (top, bottom, coat) was about $30-35 which I feel like is typical value for decent quality. I walked in today to get a refund on just one out of the two pairs of scrubs I bought not having noticed they had a no refund policy which I wasn't made aware of before I purchased. The girl at the register had terrible customer service and attitude, didn't give me any contact info for the manager. If I wanted my money back before I walked in I want it even more now but she gave me no solution to my problem and how can a manager run a store when he only comes in before or after hours according to the cashier ??? This place is such a gem. They have so many cute scrubs! They carry all the great brands: Grey's anatomy, Cherokee, blossom, red panda.. you name it. I love that they carry all the new modern cutting edge styles, such as, cropped pants, fitted cargo, and fitted joggers. This is a great place for any health professional because they have everything for everyone. Christian was so helpful when I stopped by during a short break between classes. Location: 7/10 parking can be a little difficult to find because of surrounding business so I'd suggest going on less busy days so that parking isn't an issue. weekdays seems less busy and parking is easy to find on those days! Service: 10/10 every time I go, the store is complete empty (maybe 1 other person) which allows the employees to easily help out. They also have a lot of great suggestions based on what you're looking for (ex: if your sweaty, if you work long long shifts, popular brands, etc). Quality: 10/10 so so so many options. My favorite have been the greys anatomy line brand!! They're cute, stylish, and spark conversation at work. All of their scrubs are quality and are priced as so. I needed some scrubs ASAP! Came across this place on Yelp haha and it was right off the freeway from where I was coming from. This place is HUGE. And the Disneyland of scrubs, I came in at 5 and didn't leave till almost 6. Thalia greeted me the second I came in and asked if I needed assistance, at first I thought I didn't but oh man I did. She helped me look for the style/size in all different brands. She was patient, and provided EXCELLENT customer service. I was able to try on scrubs too, eventually I found the brand with the best fit. I left with 2 sets, and will DEFINITELY be coming here for all my scrub needs. Prices range from low to high. So there's something for everyone, there's also a sales rack that has a nice selection too. Finding my size in the brand I like was a bit difficult...they seem to be in abundance of the L-XXL sizes, even carrying up to 5X sizes. The girl working 10/6/15 (I wish I got her name), was extremely helpful and incredibly nice. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and she told me they could order anything I wanted (including the Tall sizes for certain brands). Store is large, fairly well organized. There's a rack in back for 50% off scrubs (final sale) and I found a top that I liked. HUGE store and selection. Found this place on Yelp and it's down the street from my house. Parking right on Hawthorne or on the small neighborhood streets. Like I said the store is big and it's only one lady working but she managed to greet me as she was restocking near the back. As advertised, $12.99 scrub sets!!! Nothing fancy but good enough! She asked if I wanted to try some on and I'm glad I did because the size I originally picked was too big.. And the size that fit didn't have the colors I wanted! :( She said she could call other stores and have them shipped TO MY HOUSE! That's what we call customer service. I ended up buying three sets total for about $41. I should be receiving the two that weren't in stock by the end of the week (I'll update if it does not arrive). Besides the cheaper sets they have reasonably priced items per piece. Disney, floral, hearts, butterflies, etc. What I really wanted was Hello Kitty haha but I didn't see any and forgot to ask since I was just trying to get the basics. Went by yesterday as a first time customer. My experience with Brenda was fantastic. I walked in and felt very welcome. Brenda asked me if I had a brand in mind grab. I informed her that I have never gone scrub shopping before. This was my first time and I'm hoping to find what I'm looking for. I just wanted something comfortable and the color burgundy. Immediately I saw burgundy scrubs and I was excited about that. Brenda pulled a few options in different sizes for me to try on. I'm normally a size 16 in pants with very wide hips and a small waist. I first tried on an XL in pants. They were great around the waist but just too tight around the hips. Went up a size to make room for my big thighs. Brenda was so great at accommodating me with proper sizes. She checked in on me while I was trying things on. Brought other sizes to see how I felt in them. The employee was very helpful with helping me find a good pair of scrubs. The dressing rooms are always very clean. I haven't been here in a while because I was pleasantly surprised to find a sitting area near the dressing room. This is perfect since I brought my mom and she just made herself comfortable and sat down while I tried on Scrubs. The store carries my favorite line called: WonderWink Scrubs. I did see one top With deodorant stains but surely thats expected cause there is a fitting room to try on things ....but the owner and this boy were soo nice !
