I asked about the special and gave me all the colors and sizes they had in stock, and told me that what ever I has looking for and they didn't have at that store they would ship to me for free from their second store.. WOW!! if that's not magnificent customer service I don't know what is. When I walked in they had such a well stocked and great selection. I went in a couple of weeks ago because I needed white leather shoes for clinicals. I went in wanting a specific brand and to my surprise (and good fortune) they had the exact brand I wanted and all shoes were 50% off. Great customer service, the woman at the counter encouraged me to try on the shoes, walk around, and I never felt pressured or rushed. I would definitely go back. I do have to echo the sentiment of the other reviews, I was looking around at the scrubs while trying on my shoes and I saw a lot of XXS, L, and XLs. This place has a HUGE selection of scrubs and tbey have super cute styles! Brenda helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I work at an animal hospital and she suggested polyester so that the hair wouldnt stick so much and she was right!! I went to this store to get new scrubs for work. They offer lots of great brands at good prices. I bought a few pairs of pants. I love the Cherokee brand. They are very soft and comfortable. SO happy I found this place with my sister! My sister referred me to this scrubs store as she found it driving home down Hawthorne. The staff is soooooo nice here. There are so many different brands and styles of scrubs, it's SCRUBS HEAVEN; Maevn, Greys Anatomy, Dickies, Cherokee, Koi, etc. Every possible color you can think of and in different shades too. First time I came here with my sister, the employee helped us find matching pants for the tops we chose. She was so helpful and nice and even gave us advice when we tried on the scrubs in their fitting rooms. Second time I came here, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I asked the employee for a pair of Maevn green scrubs and she directed me straight to where they were, I tried them on paid and went on home very happy with my purchase! DON"T GO THERE! Bought some clogs which I decided to return. They would not give me a refund because it states 'no returns' on the receipt. I told them that according to the state of CA it is not a legal way of telling customers of their return rights. You must have the return policy on a sign by the cash register or in the front of the store, or on each piece of clothing. read more

Went into Scrubility looking for scrubs for a class that begins Saturday. Was greeted by Thalia who asked us if she could help. We told her what we were looking for and right away she showed us the garments available in the color needed. She brought out the sizes we requested and directed us towards the fitting rooms.Her recommendation was right on point! Thalia also offered to call their other store because we needed two sets of the scrubs and there was only one of the tops available. She called and let us know the top would be delivered the next day and we would be notified once it was ready so we could stop by to pickup. I have been here a couple of times and every time I would go very nice staff. But today I encountered a very RUDE lady that claimed that I didn't buy my scubs there and that they smelled. How can they smell if they are still new?! She was arguing with me all this time. Until I told her that I wanted to talk to her manager. The manager Teresa gives very poor customer service. I ordered scrubs a month ago and paid for them. They now have no record of my order. The worst part is this company has an agreement with Torrance Memorial where I work. Why I do not know, but I just received the worst customer service. I do not recommend anyone goes to this store. They may have a large inventory but rude customer service is not worth it. They say they are "not allowed" to let customers speak with the owner so there is no way to escalate the problem. It is a horrible situation. In the meantime I do not have my scrubs I paid for a month ago and that I need for work. read more
