Socks. That's the only reason I came through here. But there have been multiple visits before, although it's been a minute since. Someone had Jordan socks on their wish list. Admitting, I am one of those who'd rather go online than go to a store to score stuff. But this is one of those rare occasions when online offers were priced completely ridiculous. Then I remembered this spot and remembered finding bargain buys for MJ stuff. Checked out their hours via Yelp and TADAH! Found myself in their store in no time. Parking is no issue - I found out right up front. It almost felt VIP. [Insert chuckle here.] They've done a little upgrade. The store looks a bit chicer and more modern. Tons of merchandise like the last visit. I got distracted for a few minutes (so many cool shoes!) but remained focused: I was here for socks and socks only! They had a bin of socks which I went through but couldn't find the specific ones I need. So, I asked a worker if they had any others. He guided me to a wall next to the cashier and BOOM: there they were, those specific ones I needed to get! And another great surprise: they were cheaper than anything I found online! (We're talking about at least 30% cheaper!) I walked around and found a lot of cool merchandise. Walked through the back and was told of the table with all items "on sale for 40% off." I found a couple of shoes, but even at 40%, it was still a little over my budget. They were so dang cool, though, I WANNNEETTT!!! They always come through at anytime I need anything Michael Jordan. So glad to know they still stand and hope they stick around for a loooong time! read more

Very bad non-existing exchange/ refund policy. They do not refund your money only store credit, even if they are unable to give you an even exchange. I of course was not told what sizes they carry when I purchased the shoes. All I need is an exchange for a bigger size, they can't provide that nor will they give me my money back. Kathryn (the owner) use to be a pleasant individual to deal with, I have been buying shoes from there since my son was born, but I think that they have been doing well for themselves and have forgotten the fundamentals of customer service. This is probably the reason they are succeeding, they strong arm their customer/ their customers money. I will never buy shoes/ anything else from this store. I will also make sure that ALL of my family does not go there anymore. I will just make the trip to the mall and deal with a named brand shoe store. Their customer service is A1 , I always appreciate their helpful customer care every time I come by the store. They are open daily, even on holidays. I been coming here since 88 or 89 , I used to buy 3 to 2 pairs of Jordan Every weeks , I'll put my Jordan's on and go run the SandDunne in Manhattan Beach or wear my Jordan to go play paintball in Corona . I'll wear them 1 or 2 times then throw them in the garage or the trash.... Because it had lots of sand or it was muddy.. I'll go back and buy another pairs of Jordan or some kind of Nike shoes or windbreakers . If you tryna get some nice kicks and don't want to drive all the way to the mall and stress about parking, this is the place to go. They get a decent amount of new release Jordan's, so I was able to pick up some new release Jordan XI's and V's without problems or having to wait in line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't believe i spent $ in this store! I came back in less than week to exchange shoes for for a bigger size. Apparently she will not exchange Retro Jordan's because "people have scammed her with fake ones" not sure what this has to do with me. I was so upset i was out of $160 + dollars and i was unable to get the size my daughter needed. It's very unfortunate that she conducts her business this way. She prides herself for being around "over 30 years" she didn't fail to mention that! Although the young man she had working for her on the day i purchased the shoes was knowledgeable and polite.
