This TJ Maxx has a good selection of cookware. They have name brands from All Clad to Lodge. When searching for a good pot or pan they have a wide selection to choose from, especially compared to the Ross Store next door to this TJ Maxx.

First of all, I visit this tjmaxx very often, at least once a week. And tonight was the first time I ever encountered such a rude employee. I didnt even get her name because I was so upset by her rudeness! I had a question so i saw her putting things away or cleaning, whatever she was doing. So i said "excuse ma'am.." in Spanish because she obviously speaks spanish and she turns to me and says " english only!" And i asked "oh , you dont speak spanish ?" She says "i speak english!" With a very heavy heavy spanish accent then she says "dont speak english?!" To which i replied "I speak 4 languages!" And she said "good for you!" At that point - i was flabbergasted that a person of her age group 60+ yrs of age - who is cleary not a US born citizen- to have such a rude response to a customer . If she refuses to speak spanish - thats fine but she needs to learn manners when spekimg to customers. She could have said " im sorry i prefer to speak english- or simply answer in english! I hope she never is put at the register because she lacks the professionalism and tact so as to have a pleasant interaction with the public. I want to thank Michael and Stacy (i hope i have her name correct) who were extremely polite and apologetic for this rude woman's behavior. Its unfortunate that i had this negative encounter but it will not deter from coming back to my local tj maxx ! I love this store! P.S. i have never written a review like this one- ever. Please re-train her.

Look are easily one can shop this section, the entire store is this way!

ALWAYS neat and tidy, great selection, EVEN THE SALE RACKS are maintained! The toy section which is usually a sheer disaster every where I shop also is always shoppable!

This place profiles people and makes it very uncomfortable to shop. They have cameras to see if people are stealing so why do they feel the need to follow and stare while talking on their earpiece, the only reaction someone could have is taking offense to this. I'll attach a photo of the very rude and unprofessional employee that ruined me and my husbands shopping experience. I would've preferred not to even buy anything at this location but it was an emergency zero stars for zero customer service. Train your employees to be a little more discreet and polite about who they watch if you're gonna watch don't be so rude about it. By the way, my husband had $1000 in his wallet that he was about to spend their guest night.

Y'all... this was a very different kind of shopping experience -- and not in a good way…read more The moment I walked through the door, a security guard stopped me and it looked like he had to get permission just to let me inside the store. Now listen... this is Burlington Coat Factory, a discount store, not a high-end Beverly Hills boutique. He told me it was "for my safety." And that immediately made me wonder -- what exactly is going on in Burlington that shoppers now need to be screened for safety? It felt uncomfortable, unnecessary, and honestly a bit unsettling. Shopping should not feel like entering a secured facility for clearance. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at this location again.

I normally don't like to give no to 1 star to anyone because I'm the kindest most understanding person since I was a toddler but the people I give that to, would have to be really horrible people especially with their customer service. Reviewing about tonight of the no stars but 1 star to the so called supervisor maria and another latina staff member on the floor who were so rude to me telling me with their very bad attitudes to go to the registers. Practically barking at me. Yuck. I was already on my way there after I was there already in their slow line. I had to go get a cart and put my stuff in and try on an item real quick in front of mirror to see if it fit. All the while the slow line was hardly moving. Maria is the same unpleasant woman employee who supervised this night and the night months ago when I was shopping here and a creepy tall black man who was light to medium colored skin they let in had followed me around and kept taking out his dick and kept grabbing at it all bare trying to literally ejaculate his cum out six to ten feet away from me in the same aisle as me when I was looking at the clothes. I told Maria about it right after that happened to me and the whole thing was so appalling and traumatizing. She didn't do anything about it and is just a VERY unprofessional and RUDE customer service. She has only given me awful experiences here and I shop here A LOT weekly. I have spent hundreds to more of thousands here over the years. Maria is so unqualified to be working here or anywhere with her terrible attitude. No one should be disrespected by her as I was tonight when my so much money among other consumers pay her ungrateful and ignorant self into her paychecks. Maria, Don't treat valuable customers especially as me who contribute much to this company like shit. Your attitude was so foul and a complete fail tonight that you deserve to be fired or stepped down from your very unqualified rank. You were so horrible with your service last time with the disgusting porn incident happening that this time, you were just as awful too. You really should never bark at and bite at the hands that feed you, Maria. In this case my consumer money that feeds you. Even I never treat any of my customers (the good and the bad ones) like the ways you VERY unprofessionally do. I get daily customers that are old and new from all over the world and locals that are so attached to me and not attached to me that they don't even want to leave that they take up my break time along with my staff to close but I and my staff never ever be rude to disrespect them and force them to quickly go pay and leave just like the appalling way you do. Get some class and manners, Maria. You apparently don't have any. You could've been nicer and more respectful to me to tell me nicely and not have a bad attitude towards me but you weren't and that's why I have to Yelp about how you made my shopping experiences there so horrible.

I never thought I'd ever write a review about Macy's but here we are…read more Not going to lie...this place rocks! The staff is always super friendly and professional. There's a huge selection of clothes, shoes, fragrances etc and often on sale! There is absolutely no pressure to buy anything from the staff (I'm a fan of that). I'll leave you with this...if you're looking for a place to that treats you right and has competitive prices you can't go wrong with Macys. Stop by and see for yourself. I said what I said! You can't make this stuff up folks!…read more I was just approached by a woman in the bed-matress-furniture dept up here on the 3rd floor and was asked to leave since I had "was seen sitting for too long and obviously not buying anything". Nevermind the fact that my mother and I spend thousands annually with the brand, and at this location in particular-(see my previous reviews here particularly the one where I dropped $300 plus on that new Channel Blue) not too long ago! No wonder why they're reviews and stars here so low. While the cologne Dept is staffed with pros, the furniture- bedding and mattress department leaves a lot to be desired-unless of course this timeline or deadline is to how long someone can stay seated is written into policy. I proceeded to make my way downstairs within another department entirely to ask about talking to a manager. Within less than ten minutes a Manager named Terry (female) came down to listen to my complaint, and informed me that she would have a "talk with the individual in question"-whatever that entails. I asked the manager wether or not there was an official Macy's policy that gave staff or associate's of Macy's (particularly within the mattress or furniture department) the ability or authority to actually TIME how long said person can be sitting at or within the furniture department and whether or not the staff had the authority to ask them to leave kindly or otherwise-she indicated there was in fact no such policy. I'll be reaching out to Macy's Corporate come this Monday to follow up-and ensure that no such policy exists, and just what the boundaries or limitations are going forward to save other people the awkwardness and embarrassment of having to get up and move off the furniture- particularly when all they were going to do was to be seated for a few more minutes anyways. What an overall embarrassment and a joke to the realm of customer service!
