I attempted to make a purchase, and the payment went through on my end it was even showing as pending on my bank account. However, the cashier told me that since no receipt printed, I couldn't take any merchandise. I explained that the charge was already showing on my card, but she insisted that I would need to swipe my card again, which I refused to do. At no point did anyone mention that their system might have been down or having issues. I left without my items and immediately called the store several times to have the transaction canceled, but no one helped or followed up. When I finally spoke with customer service, they told me they couldn't handle in-store transactions and to contact the store manager who also provided no real assistance and didn't seem to care about resolving the situation. Overall, the customer service here was extremely poor. Neither the cashier nor the manager took any initiative to fix the problem or even show concern. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I'm now having to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this Shiekh location until they improve their customer service and communication.

I literally drove down Crenshaw Blvd from Adams to Slauson, looking for a Dodger's jersey at the typical pop up stands that are there daily selling jerseys, because my mom was headed out on a cruise and they were having a sports dress up event. He said there were no Dodger jerseys. I was deflated. He told me to wait a moment, and he would check the back. Out he walks with an Otani jersey in men's size small. I knew I was going to get hit over the head for the price and would be ELATED if it was under $300. I tapped my card quickly so I would not have buyer's remorse. I had to look down and sign for the purchase. The jersey was $175. Okay, anything for my mom, but I noticed the total did not match the $175 price. My total was only $80 because a discount was applied. I was elated the jersey was less than half. I whisk it off to my mom with 30 minutes to spare before she had to leave for her flight. While rushing I did not take the tag off the jersey, I just slid it in her luggage. She called me while on the ship (which is about $3 a minute) and said I didn't wear that jersey, I saw the price tag it was $175! I wrapped it up and am bringing it back to you so you can return it. My only reply was mom, the jersey was not that much, and this phone call on your cell phone from the middle of the ocean will cost more than the jersey you DIDN'T wear.
