Lots of positives here. I was helped out by an associate named Ryan, and he was extremely supportive and welcoming with questions I had regarding World Cup and product knowledge. Associates were overwhelmed with customers, but were definitely prepared for the challenge that comes with customer service. When I inquired about the differences between jerseys he explained exactly what was the difference between the two options, ultimately I went with the player version for Mexico Home and I love it! It was amazing watching Ryan multitask with service on the register, customers asking about sizing and for shoes. He was wearing a cute put together throwback adidas outfit with a blue jersey, baggy pants, and vibrant red shoes. Adidas has an outstanding employee in Ryan! I will be back, thank you! read more

I bought a jersey as a Xmas gift that turned out to be faulty in its stitching. I didn't realize that a reversible jacket was wrongly manufactured on one side. I came to this store with the intention of switching it for the same item. Everything went smoothly until I unfortunately was assisted by a store manager named Jackie who was abrupt with me from the beginning of our interaction. She presented herself as a store manager and later corrected herself to be an "associate". She was gaslighting me into thinking nothing was wrong when even she was struggling to get her arm into the jacket and could clearly see the stripes were not aligned. I'll admit I did not have my receipt, however the jacket had its tags on, was in new condition and I could confirm my purchase. This person did not take any of that into consideration and treated me so disrespectfully, I'll be sure to not return to this store. Update: I went to the Santa Monica location and they were helpful with my request, and treated me with dignity. Watch out for Jackie! read more

I give a 3.5 for different reasons. Pros: The store is always clean. Easily accessible. Friendly staff. My issue is with this last visit. Now all the staff were friendly but the way service was handled bothered me. I went in to exchange an item and as the sales rep and I were struggling finding the item in my app she made a comment "wow you have a lot of orders. Hey if you want to waste money" ... (and something else I stopped listening). We joked about it and I know she meant no harm but I was like thinking... so is Adidas a waste of money. Maybe I should stop buying things here (which I do bc I am on a new fitness journey). I thought it was a weird comment to make to a regular. The second issue I had was as we were having this struggle another customer wanted to purchase something. She then proceeded to help them. Initially I understood the logic until it happened for the SECOND time with the same customer. I feel like the staff should have asked that customer to be patient and finished what we are doing. I was patient but annoyed. She should/could have called another associate to help rather than move on to help this customer. I know she was trying to be efficient but just a suggestion. Luckily another associate came out and commented that he saw me still standing there while this woman was helping this other customer. Once he came out it took 5 mins to finish what we were doing. Thank goodness he helped out bc who knows how long I would have been standing there. read more

Last Sunday, we ordered shoes for same day pickup @Adidas Culver City store. I called twice to confirm they had the shoe before placing the order and confirmed they had the shoe. The representative at the store even walked me through the process. As of today, NO SHOES! This is a really big deal because my daughter has been subjected to bullying at school for several years. We don't have a lot of money, so her shoes and clothes aren't usually the greatest, and the kids call her Dirty Girl. I finally was able to get her into a new school so she could start fresh without the Dirty Girl image following her. My daughter is panicked and keeps saying she wants to kill herself. School starts Monday, and we don't have the shoes even though my receipt says we will get the shoes AUGUST 13TH. I explained this to the online and in store representatives, and all I get is I'm sorry we don't have any information, BUT they won't refund the money so I can buy her shoes somewhere else. When I called customer service to try to fix this, they had no empathy, so I did use some bad words, may 4. Now they are saying I am in violation! MY DAUGHTER IS HAVING A PANIC ATTACK AND SUICIDAL because they failed, and I'm unreasonable. read more

Then I go to try on a sweater. She immediately shouts! The best location! I have been to this location numerous times and have consistently had wonderful customer service. I also have noticed that this location tends to have a large selection of sizes. Everyone is always so friendly and the check out process is always fast. Parking: This location is in the Century City mall so parking in the garage near the AMC theater entrance is best. Location: This Adidas is HUGE! You will definitely find what you need here. Customer Service: AMAZING Overall, I would definitely recommend this Adidas location be your first choice. This was about a year ago: Downright awful male employee who wasted my time for 15 minutes trying to prove to him I bought my sweatpants that the Century City store forgot to remove the beeper off of when I bought numerous items. I had a points receipt email and a member points level up, based on amount spent, in the app to prove my purchase. He wanted me to show me my app purchases, I said that only shows online orders but he made me anyway, and like just like I said, it wouldn't show in-person purchases. He acted like this was my fault. Then he made me show him the email, which clearly showed points from my purchase, then wouldn't take that either even though it was from -Adidas- and the other store. Acted like it was my fault again though I was just doing what he asked. He just yanked my chain and backtracked on everything he asked for even when the points evidence was right there just to accuse me of shoplifting ??? The shop girl next to him just stood there. There was no one else in the store and they had nothing better to do than harass a customer, apparently. If I had thought to get his name, I would include it here. I've never met employees so rude as this Adidas and I will never return to this location again. Enjoying my sweatpants now, btw! read more

Awful awful customer service and the rudest, most condescending, unhelpful employees I've ran into at any clothing store and at any Adidas location. Came here today because the cashier at a different Adidas location forgot to remove the security tag on one of my items, and this Adidas is closest and I finally had time to come out to get it off. This tall male cashier with a hot pink hoodie first said he couldn't without a receipt and had a rude, accusatory tone to begin with, so I told him I had an email that showed I leveled up in the Creators Club from my purchase and he said that'd work. Continuing to be rude in body language and tone, he then said that no, I had to show my orders on the app. Even though I knew that the app only showed online orders, I showed him anyway per his request, and then he (still rude!) acted like it was my fault an in-store purchase didn't show up and asked if I had used a different email-- when I had literally just shown him The Same Email From Adidas giving me points. He was condescending the entire experience, and no other associate stepped in to help either despite not doing anything. Now I'm stuck with a $70 dollar pair of limited sweatpants with a tag I don't know how to get off, and so angry I'm writing a negative shopping review for the first time in my life. If I acted like this when I worked retail I would've been fired. Hire new employees who can at least speak without being incredibly unprofessional and don't get paid assume the worst and be assholes to customers. read more

I purchased shoes and realized several weeks later, that they in fact, were too big. This was well beyond the normal store policy of 30 days from purchase . I call the store spoke to the manager and they kindly said, it was no problem to exchange the shoe! So love good customer service!!! read more

Seems a little odd writing a review for a shoe store / athletic store, no? But I felt it had to be done. Left my workout shoes in a hotel in Chicago, they magically "disappeared" - in other words, they were new enough and expensive enough to be kept. Which, brought me to Culver City Mall where all the usual suspects are; Footaction, Finishline, Champs, Footlocker and well, Adidas - free standing store. When I saw the Adidas store, something triggers in my memory - about the Ultra Boosts and how amazing they are. I was skeptical, I mean seriously, the hype was through the roof on these sneakers. But, I figure what the heck, I am here, lets try them on. Long story short, the customer service level I received absolutely BLEW ME AWAY. Their (Laura and Ruben) knowledge of their products and their willingness to go above and beyond? Mind blowing. It's been awhile since you receive that level of customer service in a clothing / athletic store. Think Chick-Fil-A / In 'N Out, except replace the burgers and fries with athletic wear and sneakers. Went around the mall tried everything on and they were right - nothing came close to the Ultra Boosts. But besides all that, the pleasantness and just genuine love for their product / brand is what ultimately sold me. That and it feels like i'm walking on fluffy little clouds. Laura was amazing, just a sweetheart and Ruben went well out of his way to answer any and all questions. Did I also mention that none of the other shoe stores mentioned above had the level of dedication and customer service I received at the Adidas store? Really disappointed in my experience here. I called ahead of time to check stock on a specific shoe. I was told by the sales associate yes they have it in my size. I drove an hour to get here as no stores in my area had them. Upon arrival the shoe was not on the floor, when I asked about it they said they had it but were not allowed to sell it yet. Complete waste of time. Please train your sales associates to have better knowledge about your stock and what is available when. I could have ordered this shoe online sooner and had it delivered to me this week. read more

Also, my left feet is slightly different from my right, so its a hunt to find the right fit. I hate adidas for one reason. Gender profiling. They assume that I don't want women's clothing just because I am a man. When I asked them to direct me to the sports bra section, they looked at me with a strange expression before telling me to stop joking because they had a job to do. However, I wasn't joking. I was very serious. I need a sports bra to keep my large man titties in check. I was never ashamed of my body until I went to this store, but when I left, I cried for three hours. And forty two minutes. The only reason I stopped crying was because I had a ballet recital in five minutes but I couldn't even perform because my boobs were flopping everywhere. I am requiring adidas to pay for my therapy and cosmetic surgery or else I will sue. I am incredibly sad about this body shaming. I thought in the twenty first century we could get past this bigotry. I hope the rest of you have a pleasant day and don't be ashamed to be yourself. I am very triggered by this act of prejudice by the adidas brand.
