WARNING: 1. Do not let them spray your hats. The guy at the register sprayed my hats telling me it was hat protection but did not mention that he also charged a $1/hat. I didn't ask for hat protector. 2. Same register guy threw a small hockey puck in my bag with a wink acting as if it was a complimentary gift. Found it later charged on my receipt. I didn't want that stupid hockey puck. I found all these extra charges when I changed my mind and went back to return. The girl at the register was not only unfriendly but rude and snarky about my return. When you have more competitors in the mall you should be better to your customers. Go to Champs, Image Pro Sports and/or Foot Locker before Fanzz. read more

When I made my purchase, I asked about their return/refund policy. An employee told me that they accept returns as long as the original tags are on the item. So I come back a few days later, to return the hat I bought for my husband. I had lost my receipt but the item had original tags. I thought they would accept a return with my ID, but the employee said no. I was upset but I understood and asked for store credit instead. He said, "You have to pick something today because we don't give gift cards or store credit." Right now, Lebron James just came to the Lakers and the Dodgers were playing in the 2018 World Series, so all the LA merch is gone and the store looked like a tornado hit. I didn't want to lose my money, so I settled for something I didn't even really want. Wouldn't shop here again. The store is poorly managed and employees give contradicting return policy. read more

I walked in here on a non-busy Sunday morning walked around for a bit and when I was ready to pay, both employees were busy folding clothes. How many people does it take to fold clothes? Apparently TWO. On top of that they're were both busy talking. I stood there for a bit waiting for one of the workers to notice that I'm ready to pay and none of these bothered to look up. One employee should be folding and the other employee stay close to the register to help any customer ready to pay. After waiting for about a minute, I decided to put my items down and walk out. I ordered online and had to pick up my order, once I got there, an employee started helping me asking for my first and last name so she can look in the back for my order. She comes back with a box and there are only 2 things out of the 4 I had ordered. I show her the emails I had received of my items arriving and she starts calling someone. At first, it was a really casual conversation as if they were on their break and then she starts asking about my order and she says that someone named Andrea signed my order or whatever but there's no Andrea working there and she's constantly repeating that until I realize she's actually telling me. I politely tell her that it's not my problem and that my items are Christmas gifts that I had already paid and waited for. She tells me "well there's nothing I can do, call customer service so you can get your refund." I was upset, extremely upset. As someone that works for customer service I understand we all have our bad days but you don't let it out on customers, especially if they've been nice to you. However, the employee finally thinks and asks some other employee to check the back just in case it's there and the employee just made a weird face and was mad because she had to do her job .... But she found my items, they were in the back like the email had said but these employees are lazy I'm sorry Like if I was able to get my items myself I would've. Walked in with my Son on a week day. No one else was in the store. After walking in circles, obviously needing assistance, i noticed one guy folding shirts while the guy behind the counter held a phone conversation bragging on how great his fantasy draft was. i made eye contact with him 3 times. Not a "can I help you", "finding what you need Sir"..nothing. At least his fantasy team sounded great. SMH.... read more

I called yesterday afternoon see if an item was in stock and then put that item on hold. When I arrived later the item had been sold. There was no apologies just an "we've been busy." I understand the object of a business is to make money and it is hard to resist selling an item to make money versus taking a chance that the person who placed the hold will actually come in. However their selfish error has lost them more business then it was probably worth as I won't shop there again. read more
