My boyfriend and I have had excellent experiences each time we come into the store. All the employees have been great and very attentive. They've had great purchase deals as well. We recently bought two jersey's and one of them was 25% off, which we could not find anywhere online for them. The hat options are great and also come with a deal. Even our one return experience was great too. We'll definitely keep shopping here for our sports items. Thanks guys! read more

Came here and new manager was rude when I was asking about jerseys. Manager had attitude and I'm not sure why I was just asking about jerseys. At one point I asked to speak to a higher up and she said her dad is the higher up and it wouldn't matter because she can't get fired and he was able to get her the job as a manager. read more

Fanzz - Thank you Chris and crew for your help getting us some fun items for SUPERBOWL! - Sporting Goods Near Me - Culver City, California

Best burgers in town good deals and great customer service went to the beach in Santa Monica got hungry nice place to enjoy the day '

I was shocked when the sales boy, probably named Jose, told me to stop messing up his t-shirts on display; I replied that it is called shopping.... Needles to say in all my 30+ years shopping I have never come across such an unhappy/rude sales person... shame on you. I will no longer shop in a store where customer service doesn't matter! read more

WARNING: 1. Do not let them spray your hats. The guy at the register sprayed my hats telling me it was hat protection but did not mention that he also charged a $1/hat. I didn't ask for hat protector. 2. Same register guy threw a small hockey puck in my bag with a wink acting as if it was a complimentary gift. Found it later charged on my receipt. I didn't want that stupid hockey puck. I found all these extra charges when I changed my mind and went back to return. The girl at the register was not only unfriendly but rude and snarky about my return. When you have more competitors in the mall you should be better to your customers. Go to Champs, Image Pro Sports and/or Foot Locker before Fanzz. read more

Austin gave me the greatest customer service! He is so genuine and kind. They have the best sports gear, made my brothers very happy for there bday gift. I'll be back ;) read more

When I made my purchase, I asked about their return/refund policy. An employee told me that they accept returns as long as the original tags are on the item. So I come back a few days later, to return the hat I bought for my husband. I had lost my receipt but the item had original tags. I thought they would accept a return with my ID, but the employee said no. I was upset but I understood and asked for store credit instead. He said, "You have to pick something today because we don't give gift cards or store credit." Right now, Lebron James just came to the Lakers and the Dodgers were playing in the 2018 World Series, so all the LA merch is gone and the store looked like a tornado hit. I didn't want to lose my money, so I settled for something I didn't even really want. Wouldn't shop here again. The store is poorly managed and employees give contradicting return policy. read more

Got a discount on my 2nd item ,didn't need or was offered any help while shopping I had to literally use there ladder to get a jersey from the very top no one cared but still I saved some $$ shopping here read more

Came in for a simple return, they tell me to come back tomorrow or wait until the lead gets in, manager either needs to hire more people that can handle returns or they need to authorize/train all employees on how to process a simple return. read more

I walked in here on a non-busy Sunday morning walked around for a bit and when I was ready to pay, both employees were busy folding clothes. How many people does it take to fold clothes? Apparently TWO. On top of that they're were both busy talking. I stood there for a bit waiting for one of the workers to notice that I'm ready to pay and none of these bothered to look up. One employee should be folding and the other employee stay close to the register to help any customer ready to pay. After waiting for about a minute, I decided to put my items down and walk out. I went to a different Sports store on the first floor. read more

I went in to purchase an order and two days later decided to return my stuff and get my money back. I paid half cash and half credit. Susangeline the register messed up on refunding my money and put it all on credit instead of slitting half like I did when I made the purchase. She didn't bothered on looking at my receipt. She also insult me by saying I smoke weed, what kind of service is this?! Smh bad! read more

I ordered online and had to pick up my order, once I got there, an employee started helping me asking for my first and last name so she can look in the back for my order. She comes back with a box and there are only 2 things out of the 4 I had ordered. I show her the emails I had received of my items arriving and she starts calling someone. At first, it was a really casual conversation as if they were on their break and then she starts asking about my order and she says that someone named Andrea signed my order or whatever but there's no Andrea working there and she's constantly repeating that until I realize she's actually telling me. I politely tell her that it's not my problem and that my items are Christmas gifts that I had already paid and waited for. She tells me "well there's nothing I can do, call customer service so you can get your refund." I was upset, extremely upset. As someone that works for customer service I understand we all have our bad days but you don't let it out on customers, especially if they've been nice to you. However, the employee finally thinks and asks some other employee to check the back just in case it's there and the employee just made a weird face and was mad because she had to do her job .... But she found my items, they were in the back like the email had said but these employees are lazy I'm sorry Like if I was able to get my items myself I would've. I should've clocked in just to get the items I guess since it was a big deal. NEVER ordering from Lids again. Y'all annoying read more

Walked in with my Son on a week day. No one else was in the store. After walking in circles, obviously needing assistance, i noticed one guy folding shirts while the guy behind the counter held a phone conversation bragging on how great his fantasy draft was. i made eye contact with him 3 times. Not a "can I help you", "finding what you need Sir"..nothing. At least his fantasy team sounded great. SMH.... read more

Would never again shop here, even with original receipt and unused hat they would not offer a credit for the right size hat. Total jerks

I called yesterday afternoon see if an item was in stock and then put that item on hold. When I arrived later the item had been sold. There was no apologies just an "we've been busy." I understand the object of a business is to make money and it is hard to resist selling an item to make money versus taking a chance that the person who placed the hold will actually come in. However their selfish error has lost them more business then it was probably worth as I won't shop there again. read more

Great customer service! Chris was the associate that helped me. He was knowledgeable about sports and the product at his store. He was both kind and just happy to work there. What a great guy. We bought more because of him. Go Dodgers! read more

Walking into this store on Friday (3/16/18) was the highlight of our vacation! Chris A. met us with a friendly smile and a very helpful attitude. Once my husband told him that we were Lakers fans that live in Dallas, he made sure that we knew all about the sales. He even helped us pick out shirts and hats. He was very personal and friendly. His assistant Paola B. was so patient while we piled up the register with merchandise. She made sure that I saw all the options for ladies shirts. They were AWESOME! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME! We will definitely be visiting this store again when we come back to LA! THANKS CHRIS A. & PAOLA B. read more
