Title: No Customer Service, No Shoes, No Respect - Stay the Hell Away I ordered a pair of boxing shoes from Fight2Finish over a month ago, and guess what? Still no shoes. No updates. No communication. Not a damn thing. I emailed them multiple times--got nothing back. I called them on several occasions--not one call answered. No voicemail, no follow-up, no tracking number. Just radio silence. They straight-up ghosted me like a shady ex, and the only reason I got ANY kind of help is because I filed a dispute with Affirm. And guess what? Affirm had my back--I finally got my money refunded. Not a single word from Fight2Finish the entire time. Zero customer service. Zero professionalism. Zero effort. This wasn't just bad business... it was no business. They literally pulled a no-call, no-show on a paying customer. I don't care how dope their gear looks--what's the point if they don't deliver it, don't respond, and don't give a damn once they've got your money? Avoid this place like ringworm at a jiu-jitsu gym. I'll never spend another dollar here, and if you've got sense, you won't either. The whole time all I really wanted was some type of Accountability and Reciprocity. Because, hey, I did actually spend my money. I'm wondering if they were doing the whole: Bye from us and we'll go to the official website for you and have them send it to your house type of situation. I mention this because I went to the website and the product that I ordered was out of stock on there. Who knows? But listen, if they would have told me that the item was out of stock, or whatever the case was, then I wouldn't even be writing this Review. read more

Fight 2 Finish is a great spot for boxing gear. The manager and staff here are super friendly and really know their stuff, they helped me pick the right gloves and clothes and treated me more like a friend. They've got a great selection of legit brands and everything feels top quality. You can tell they actually care about the sport and about helping people find what fits best. Ordered Some Rival Boxing Shoes: Rival RSX-Genesis Boxing Boots 2.0 Unbeknownst to me, This shoe had been discontinued. I had not subscribed to the delivery process with my contact info, so Fight2Finish had no way to let me know ahead of time. So instead of Leaving me in the dark. The guys at F2F went ahead and sent me the more expensive RSX-Genesis 03's for the SAME PRICE as the 2.0's! The 03's didn't have the black outlined Rival Logo that I thought I was buying so I called F2F to see what happened. They answered my call in 2 seconds flat, were Very Polite and easy to deal with, and explained what the situation. Customer experience was refreshing in this post pandemic service world. Zabih and Ali were the ones who hooked me up. Will be buying from them again. 5/5. Would Recommend read more

Zee is the man. I called in about a pair of gloves on this past Sunday that recently got discontinued and he had the exact pair in the style I was looking for. He made the process quick and painless and I must say he has superior customer service skills and he's extremely personable. Not only did the I receive the same pair I called in about 3 days later via UPS, I drove up there to the store my self and got the same pair in a different color and size. Overall it was an amazing experience interacting with Zee and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get exactly what I was asking for. read more

Took my 12yo special needs kid in there and the gentleman "Z" behind the counter couldn't have done more for us. So helpful, patient, kind and he gave us a great deal on a set of gloves and wraps for a young man totally new to the sport. The shop has EVERYTHING in there and I knew I was in good hands while waiting on another customer who'd flown in from Seattle just to 'stock up'. Thanks for making us even more excited about trying this new sport. read more

This is from an online experience. I was searching high and low for a much sought after pair of Rival Sparring Gloves. After asking my coach what his dream pair of gloves were I learned his were breaking and decided to buy him his dream pair. The only place to get them was Fight 2 Finish! Ordering process was smooth and the gloves came quickly too. After the first use though, the gloves began to break down. Stitching broke and so I contacted Fight 2 Finish by email. Someone immediately called me to resolve the issue. Since I was at work and couldn't answer I called back and spoke to Z. Z let me know he would reach out to Rival and ask them for help with the quality issue. When Rival wouldn't budge, blaming it on user error, Z worked with me still. He had mail the faulty gloves back to the shop so he could swap them for a replacement. He even offered to help me find a new pair of gloves for myself to send with the replacements and save on shipping costs. Z was a class act and his help was paramount in making my coach's dream come true and for me to get something special for myself too! Online or in store, I highly recommend Fight 2 Finish for all your combat sports needs. Their customer service and help is second to none and you'd be hard pressed to find a better stocked store like this anywhere in California at the very least! Don't hesitate to check Fight 2 Finish out! read more

Over the years we have bought punching bags and several boxing gloves here, both adult and kids sizes. They have a full wall of glove selections. They were very helpful in picking out the right glove sizes and letting us try everything, even when we were beginners and just starting out. As of June 2022 they are now a Fight 2 Finish store (changed during COVID), instead of the previous "Pro Boxing Supplies." My husband likes the Pro brand because they are not overpriced, but fortunately the staff informed us that they will continue to carry their products as well. I'm glad they survived COVID, even with the changes, and we look forward to coming here again when we need more boxing equipment! The store is located at the corner of Westwood and Rochester. They have murals of boxers and fighters on the side of their building. read more

Love this store. It might seem small, but there have everything you could want as a fighter. Not just their own brand, but all the other high name brands, too. I just bought a pair of Hayabusa T3's in a color you can't even find on the Hayabusa site!!!! Very helpful staff and pricing is right in line with what you would pay online. read more

Solid staff no doubt. Ali is helpful and knows his store. However, I went in for a mouthguard and case which came up $38. I walked out of the store after purchasing and thought, wow, that's a lot for a mouthguard. I went to Amazon on my phone standing out front and found the same quality guards for 10 to 15 bucks with many have the case included. With the difference being about $25, I figured I go back in and return the item. Not at F2F. No returns with refunds...only exchanges and store credit. Hate to give a 1 star because Ali is a cool and nice dude doing a good job. But if store policies don't let me confidently buy, it's 1 star and I won't be back. First and last purchase at Fight to Finish for me. I'll stick with other local stores or Amazon. read more

Great customer service and selection of high quality gloves and gear. It was time to replace my 9-yr old boxing gloves and Benjamin was super helpful in letting me try on several gloves and hit against the heavy bag for feel. I was leaning towards the Hayabusa T3's which he had given a very strong recommendation for as well. This made the decision process easier along with their competitive pricing (on par with Amazon). So happy to support a local boxing/MMA supplies store locally and glad that it survived Covid. Highly recommend you check out this place! read more

I had previously owned some boxing gloves, MMA gloves and head protection from Big 5 and Sports Authority. After not using them for some time, I pulled them out of my gym bag last week and all the outer layer was somehow both sticky and flaking off. In the same bag were a pair of Karate competition style gloves I'd bought at Pro Boxing Supplies over a decade ago which were still in excellent condition. So to replace the MMA gloves I went to Pro Boxing supplies in Westwood. Annie (sp) was very helpful in getting me the correct size for my hands (I was convinced I'd be a medium for some reason). Considering these are leather gloves, the prices are very reasonable. If I managed to keep up in my training this time around, I will definitely be buying more gear from them. read more

I can't say enough about the customer service that I received from ollie this morning. Big shout out to Z as well. I had purchased a pair of Rival gloves last month and when I tried them out, my hands started to cramp within the palm where that inner bar is. I let Ollie know and he said no problem. He then recommended the Fight 2 Finish 16oz gloves and let me try them on. They were light, well cushioned around the knuckle and snug. I'm very happy and am looking forward to training with them tomorrow. For the amateur and professional fighter as well as the guy who just wants to stay in shape, the quality of the boxing gear that you purchase is extremely important. I would encourage anyone interested in fighting, to explore your options at this location. Ollie is very knowledgeable and will help you to find the brand thats comfortable for you! read more

Stopped in for some new gear as I recently took up Muay Thai, and Ali was incredibly helpful! Showed me a range of gloves based on what I told him and answered all my questions. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything and was honest about the quality of gloves. He even gave me information about the surrounding schools which I appreciated! Overall a great experience, they have a large selection of gear to choose from (100+ gloves) and amazing service. read more

Always satisfied with their customer service. Whenever I need gear for combat sports I go to fight 2 finish and leave with what I need.

So starting I will say I am a picky person when it comes down to purchasing an item I check retail prices then to other shops near by and do have to say they prices are competitive to the other shops I do like the fact that they have more options that you wouldn't find in store fight in the LA area as of winning accessories ex wraps and laces replacement. The person working on the counter was very nice and helpful with giving additional information about other items and making sure that I left the shop with what I wanted or better at the end of purchasing I did mention that it was my first time coming and he decided to gift me a pair of hand wraps for me shopping. I can truly say that this is one of the best experiences I've had in a fight shop and do highly recommend to check when looking for fight gear I know I will read more

Don't trust these people. They say and do anything to sell to you however don't stand by their word. I didn't try the boxing shorts before purchase and didn't know they're defictive. When they didn't have an identical one to exchange, I asked for my money back but they would give only store credit. I would have been fine for exchange for the exact item but shouldn't be forced to take something else instead. A fair return policy builds loyalty but when all you care about is money, customers walks. read more
