Title: No Customer Service, No Shoes, No Respect - Stay the Hell Away I ordered a pair of boxing shoes from Fight2Finish over a month ago, and guess what? Still no shoes. No updates. No communication. Not a damn thing. I emailed them multiple times--got nothing back. I called them on several occasions--not one call answered. No voicemail, no follow-up, no tracking number. Just radio silence. They straight-up ghosted me like a shady ex, and the only reason I got ANY kind of help is because I filed a dispute with Affirm. And guess what? This is from an online experience. I was searching high and low for a much sought after pair of Rival Sparring Gloves. After asking my coach what his dream pair of gloves were I learned his were breaking and decided to buy him his dream pair. The only place to get them was Fight 2 Finish! Ordering process was smooth and the gloves came quickly too. After the first use though, the gloves began to break down. Stitching broke and so I contacted Fight 2 Finish by email. Someone immediately called me to resolve the issue. Since I was at work and couldn't answer I called back and spoke to Z. Z let me know he would reach out to Rival and ask them for help with the quality issue. When Rival wouldn't budge, blaming it on user error, Z worked with me still. He had mail the faulty gloves back to the shop so he could swap them for a replacement. He even offered to help me find a new pair of gloves for myself to send with the replacements and save on shipping costs. Z was a class act and his help was paramount in making my coach's dream come true and for me to get something special for myself too! Over the years we have bought punching bags and several boxing gloves here, both adult and kids sizes. They have a full wall of glove selections. They were very helpful in picking out the right glove sizes and letting us try everything, even when we were beginners and just starting out. As of June 2022 they are now a Fight 2 Finish store (changed during COVID), instead of the previous "Pro Boxing Supplies." My husband likes the Pro brand because they are not overpriced, but fortunately the staff informed us that they will continue to carry their products as well. I'm glad they survived COVID, even with the changes, and we look forward to coming here again when we need more boxing equipment! The store is located at the corner of Westwood and Rochester. I walked out of the store after purchasing and thought, wow, that's a lot for a mouthguard. I went to Amazon on my phone standing out front and found the same quality guards for 10 to 15 bucks with many have the case included. With the difference being about $25, I figured I go back in and return the item. Not at F2F. No returns with refunds...only exchanges and store credit. I had previously owned some boxing gloves, MMA gloves and head protection from Big 5 and Sports Authority. After not using them for some time, I pulled them out of my gym bag last week and all the outer layer was somehow both sticky and flaking off. In the same bag were a pair of Karate competition style gloves I'd bought at Pro Boxing Supplies over a decade ago which were still in excellent condition. So to replace the MMA gloves I went to Pro Boxing supplies in Westwood. Annie (sp) was very helpful in getting me the correct size for my hands (I was convinced I'd be a medium for some reason). Considering these are leather gloves, the prices are very reasonable. If I managed to keep up in my training this time around, I will definitely be buying more gear from them. read more

So starting I will say I am a picky person when it comes down to purchasing an item I check retail prices then to other shops near by and do have to say they prices are competitive to the other shops I do like the fact that they have more options that you wouldn't find in store fight in the LA area as of winning accessories ex wraps and laces replacement. The person working on the counter was very nice and helpful with giving additional information about other items and making sure that I left the shop with what I wanted or better at the end of purchasing I did mention that it was my first time coming and he decided to gift me a pair of hand wraps for me shopping. When they didn't have an identical one to exchange, I asked for my money back but they would give only store credit. There's a ten minute parking meter right outside the store which is where we parked. Came here with the mister as he was looking for hand wraps to replace the ones he dropped at the gym. This store is small and compact but full of everything you'd need: gloves, shorts, wraps, training equipment (medicine balls, jump ropes, ankle weights), focus mitts and pads and boxing bags, shoes, etc . There's even motivational Bruce Lee posters to hang up in your gym or training space. We went in looking for hand wraps and came out with a pair of focus mitts and wraps. There's a check-in deal for 20% off but the guy at the register said you'd have to spend more than $20 to get the check-in deal. The focus mitts we got were labeled at $53 but he sold it to us for $35 so no complaints there. The staff were few but very helpful and kind. I'd definitely recommend stopping in if you're looking for equipment if you're just starting out in boxing or if you're looking for medicine balls and training equipment. read more
