At first I didn't receive an email receipt and thought the order had been canceled, or worse, that the company was a sham and who did I give my credit card info to? But no money had been withdrawn on my credit card... I just couldn't seem to get anyone on the phone (there was a time difference), or a response to my emails. Finally I did speak to someone, who conveyed the problem up the chain, and the owner himself reached out to me. He apologized for the mistake and any ensuing confusion. Apparently my email address had been misspelled! He graciously extended the warranty for no added charge and threw in a lovely mat for under the unit. He called me twice to make sure the delivery from across the country went smoothly. As to the unit itself, I couldn't be happier. It's exactly like the one at my high-end gym-- very smooth action and looks brand new. This company is reputable, their staff is knowledgeable, and their owner is a mensch. I highly recommend.

As soon as everything was hooked up, by ArcTrainer came back to life. If it did not work, they were willing to accept a return of their lower board for a full refund (minus shipping). The board is warranted for a year, which is longer than any other vendor I found.
