The staff was very friendly and greeted every single customer that came through the door and was sure to inform every customer of the deals they were having that day and where all the sales racks were located. This store was very clean, and had plenty of hand sanitizers throughout for your convenience. I highly recommend this location, but be sure to bring your mask. As far as the clothes went, nothing really caught my wife's eye, but she did find a few pieces of jewelry that she liked. On both occasions I found that the store was super organized and had all the styles and sizes that I was looking for (note I went early on in the collaboration release, so if you go late you may not get what you're looking for) and also I found that this GAP usually had other deals had going on as well. Staff also was super helpful, both on the floor and also in the dressing room. I have to shout out one particular sales rep - Aileen - she was at the register and gave top notch service - was super friendly and helpful, such wonderful and gracious and friendly service, felt so at home, just lovely to be around. I would definitely shop there again just for her! The Grove has parking but it's usually paid, a few places validate, GAP will only validate with a larger purchase.

You could also park to the west and there are three large parking structures in the general vicinity. This is a really fun neighborhood to walk around in. Adrian actually took the time to measure my feet and show me a few different shoes with extra cushioning that would work better for what I needed. He also showed me some sock options, which I appreciated because I hadn't even thought about that. I ended up not buying anything that evening because I wanted to come back later in the week and try a few more styles, but what I appreciated most was that his attitude didn't change at all. He was just as friendly and helpful even knowing I wasn't making a purchase that day.
