Don't shop here. Rude workers lol! Might as well go to REI and get better service. Said thank you to a guy employee with long hair in a ponytail and said nothing back. Looked unimpressed, lacking customer service and looked like he did not want to work here. Save you time and money

Ready for a late Minnesota winter.

I demo'ed an expensive new racket here which I decided to buy afterward. I told the owner that I loved the settings on the demo racket. The owner then told me that the string tension on the demo is 52lbs, so i said "perfect, that sounds good, the demo felt great" I picked up my brand new, restrung racket yesterday. What he failed to mention is that the demo was strung months ago and now has a tension of 40lbs. My racket played so differently from the demo that I called to check if this was the case. Upon confirming that it indeed was, the owner, rather than admitting he'd made a mistake, told me it was my fault and said it'd be full price of materials and labor to string it again to match the demo, which is what I'd asked for originally. So my experience with Xisle is leaving totally dissatisfied after having spent $350. I would recommend going somewhere more knowledgeable or at least to someone willing to admit they've wronged a customer. It's really a poor way to conduct business.

I was worried they would be too busy the day before Ciclavia to do a same day repair service, but that was definitely not the case. The moment I walked in, Christopher greeted me with a friendly smile and asked how he could help me. I told him about the twisted bike chain on my brand new bike, and he said he could fix it immediately! He said "I need 5 minutes and is $20 ok?" I was thrilled! I ran out to get my bike, rolled it back in, and Christopher fixed my issue in about 3 minutes. He was amazing! The shop is well stocked with all kinds of brand new bikes, from road bikes to e-bikes. They also sell helmets (kids to adults), Kryptonite locks, seats, seat covers, and pretty much anything you could need for your biking adventure. They even do bike tours of LA! This is such a cool shop with a great team, excellent, knowledgeable service, and experienced bike technicians. I will be back for anything we need for our bikes, or, hopefully to book a bike tour of LA the next time we have friends in town. They're also the bike shop in Weho that opens the earliest on weekends - they open at 9am on Saturdays. Thank you for saving the day for us before Ciclavia, Christopher!

When I arrived, I was told they no longer provide alteration services. It would have been really helpful if this had been updated online beforehand since it would have saved me the trip. I've owned a number of outdoor patio mats (rugs) over the years and the issues were all the same - sand, dirt and debris were a constant maintenance concern and if a rain shower came through the heartache just increased. I must admit I was a little skeptic prior to making this purchase (8' x 20' RV sand free mat), there are lots of options in the market place and most that I've experienced were disappointing in some way or another, CGEAR's proprietary sand-free technology erased all the concerns I had. The soft yet durable material has consistently performed over a number of outings and this mat still looks like the day I removed it from the packaging. It's takes mere minutes to get it set up and it's just as easy to prepare it for storage. I think the most impressive feature besides its appearance is it's ability to filter out sand and dirt, it definitely works like magic and most importantly performs as advertised. I have a battery powered leaf blower that I use to remove leaf's and debris that the winds blows around, this is no more than a two minute exercise it's almost as if it's self-cleaning. I have also rolled it out at home in my driveway and power-washed it several times any dirt that may have temporarily stained it washes off and take only a few hours to completely dry and ready to be stored for our next adventure. I love the Mold-Free and Military-Grade Construction materials that is used to manufacture this mat and the fact that it is UV Resistant ensures no fading over time or at least up to this point. I'm confident I've found the last mat I'll ever need, my expectation is that this mat will last and perform for years to come...
