The store is run very efficiently for consignors as well -- I've consigned many men's designer that have sold quickly here. I'd say it's easier to find nice designer womenswear. Men's designer is harder to find, but at times you'l get lucky with designer menswear.

Odd amount to call about, but I was out of town and didn't call back right away. The next day I answered a call (that turned out to be from them) asking for someone else entirely. Assuming the number was possibly spam, I googled the number, saw it was Trove, and then emailed them directly, saying I understood I owed 33 cents and asking for an invoice. They corrected me. I actually owed $33, not 33 cents, they couldn't send an invoice by email, and wanted me to call and give my card info over the phone instead. After everything already off with this (the wrong number call, the 33-cent voicemail, no email invoicing), I didn't feel comfortable reading my card number to someone over the phone. I offered to stop by in person instead, and asked in advance if they could have a receipt ready showing my original 33 cent charge, so I wouldn't be making the trip for nothing. I rearranged my lunch break to make this happen and showed up as planned. No receipt. They said they'd emailed it, but I'd specifically asked for a printed copy, the least they could do given this was their error to begin with. That request took several days notice and still didn't happen. Their printer was "acting up," so I got no receipt for the original charge and none for the new $33 charge, either! An error on their end turned into a special trip, wasted time on my lunch break, and still no paperwork to show for any of it. Disappointing customer service, especially when the customer is the one who has to burn their own time fixing your mistake. Edited to add, following their reply: I was never contesting the dollar amount being charged. I was happy to pay for what I purchased. I stated that they asked me to call in my card over the phone. I addressed why I was uncomfortable with doing that, and had asked for a way to provide payment electronically. When that option was not available I offered to come in. My disappointment is that despite their error, the wrong amount owed left on my voicemail, a random "wrong number" phone call from them, and inability to accept payment over something like square invoicing / Venmo / etc., all I asked for was a printed receipt. If someone has to make time to come in and fix your error, it's the least you could have done. I'm now even more disappointed in them after this response.

The best is to call (which I have) if you have any questions. However there are times when calling is not option but sending an email is. She then spent over an hour with me, going back and forth to the fitting room countless times, pulling pieces, helping me put outfits together, and even making sure everything stayed within my budget. She was incredibly patient, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find something I felt good in. It honestly felt like having a personal shopper! I walked in stressed and ready to give up, and walked out feeling taken care of and excited about what I found. I was actually given really good service with regards to getting a room and getting the last pair of shoes. I even bought the last sweater which is super adorable for fall. Previously, I gave the store 3 stars for not having the right change and having me wait over 15 minutes because my mom was waiting on me to have dinner, but I am letting that incident go. Yes I wished they carried more change, but I guess there are things we cannot control in life. This store has beyond cute stuff and for reasonable prices, so I will definitely come back to shop. One small incident is not enough to make me stop shopping. The staff is really helpful and nice. The clothes are just casual and reasonably priced in a great location, so I am just grateful that it is close enough to my work to be able to come here on lunch or after work.

This grand opening does include similar treats like a free UNIQLO tote, free goodies like chips and mochi, and a Taiko Drum performance. I did buy some more stuff because this store location did provide a nice deal on the cotton boxer briefs. You can tell that the black was popular and so there was only a few navy left, so I was able to grab a few. I think the store still needs to work out its kinks with the self register because it was still adding items to my cart that I clearly did not have. This has happened in the other UNIQLO stores too, so I think it's a bit too sensitive. Overall, I really like UNIQLO and welcome the addition to the mall!

This case was unique. There were two employees, who took a break simultaneously because they'd rather the clients wait. & when they came back, they did not let customers in immediately. It was hot outside. Not terrible, but waiting an hour out there was not fun. One other customer was not as patient. She had exploded over the phone with maybe customer service (or her friend) regarding the same experience. I was confused when the employees entered without paying any mind to the people who had been waiting. Sure, it only took them a few more minutes to reopen the business. but what? Never mind the people who had been waiting. Bottom line is, I would never return to this store. It was a shit experience. Not everyone is here out of a desire for luxury, but this was pretty low on any customer service I had ever experienced. There was not a single considerate thought for the customers. I appreciate a brand like Reformation for its sustainability efforts & a price point that isn't too far out of reach for some people.
