Upon entering, it's easy to find the counter towards the back of the store, and I was greeted by the blonde girl working. Letting her know an item was on hold, she directed me over to the fitting room. I saw two doors open but one had clothing in it, but another employee offered assistance, letting me in the other open room. I wanted to make sure the fit was proper, so I walked on out and the same employee was there to help. She was very informative, and said the fit depended on how you wanted the length to be, if you wanted them low or higher on the hips, etc. I knew I had made the right choice. Even though I had planned on wearing these primarily on flights, I have a feeling they'll be sneaking into my weekly wardrobe. Same girl rang me up, and this was a seamless transaction. She also sent me an offer code via email so I was able to save on my next purchase (which I already used on another pair of joggers). The name 'Shawn S' was on the bottom of the receipt, and I was here back in later March on a Monday. I'm starting to check out Vuori's site more now, and I'm happy my experiences with the company have improved immensely.

I remembered this store had a wedding section, so naturally I expected the staff to be helpful and understanding when I explained that I was a bride shopping for my wedding. Instead, I was completely dismissed and treated like I was an inconvenience. I found a dress I liked and was trying to find a size that might fit me when one of the sales associates approached me. Rather than actually listening to what I was looking for or acknowledging that I was a bride, she sent me across the store to a different dressing room. Because wedding dresses require clips, the associate helping me contacted the wedding section over the walkie to ask for clips. Nobody bothered to respond. She eventually had to walk across the store herself to ask, she came back to tell me they were brining it over and then after waiting another 5 min she was told that all of the clips were being used. At this point, I had already been waiting 15 minutes just to be able to try the dress properly and show my fiancé what it looked like. I finally told the associate that I just wanted to take the dress off because I was having an awful experience. And then it somehow got even worse. As my fiancé and I were WALKING OUT, the store manager had multiple employees following us out of the store. The way we were treated was absolutely humiliating and completely unnecessary. We were treated as though we were criminals or some kind of threat when we had literally walked into the store as a couple trying to shop for a wedding outfit. There was zero customer service, zero communication, and absolutely no effort to make a bride feel welcome. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and genuinely shocked by how poorly we were treated.

Most of the outfits run from $10 - $40 and the jewelry from $10 - $60. There's even a $10 rack with cute pieces! My favorite outfits have come from Accentz and I'm here about a couple times a year. This is a lot considering I never go shopping. I highly recommend Accentz for your next shopping spree or if you're trying to find someone a cute gift! Most places in this plaza didn't carry my size since my feet are too huge for asian standards (8.5). AND BUY YOUR UGGS HERE! Price is about ~$10 cheaper than Nordstrom and even cheaper when slap on the discount. They also carry more styles/colors than Nordstrom does. Make sure you ask if there are any discounts - they didn't have any signs. Any qualms about fakes were relieved when the owner came out. My mom was wearing these pair of shoes (which I thought were REALLY ugly by the way ) but the owner was very knowledgable and said she's only seen those in NY/Italy, etc. etc. And she even shared with us the best way to clean uggs (since she goes to shows/purchases directly). They assured me that they are an authorized dealer and gave me phone numbers of the corporate offices. The corporate assured me that Parashu is an authorized dealer!! I'm not sure if the other reviewers even took the time to find out or do any of this research before making such comments.
