OH PARASHU, I LOVE YOU! The first time I came, I took note that they carried many brands not often found out in the malls (most notably Mulberry). After reading other reviews I was REALLY wary about fakes. But my experience here completely changed my mind. So they expanded next door in a shoe section. I was looking for a while for the Selma Tory Burch boots AND they had it here. With a discount @ 20% off for the Holidays. You can't find these kinds of prices at malls. They even had my size! Most places in this plaza didn't carry my size since my feet are too huge for asian standards (8.5). AND BUY YOUR UGGS HERE! Price is about ~$10 cheaper than Nordstrom and even cheaper when slap on the discount. They also carry more styles/colors than Nordstrom does. Make sure you ask if there are any discounts - they didn't have any signs. Any qualms about fakes were relieved when the owner came out. My mom was wearing these pair of shoes (which I thought were REALLY ugly by the way ) but the owner was very knowledgable and said she's only seen those in NY/Italy, etc. etc. And she even shared with us the best way to clean uggs (since she goes to shows/purchases directly). Thank you thank you to the ladies at Parashu Handbags and shoes! I went (recommended by a friend) to treat myself to a nice birthday gift last week. They had all the latest styles in designer brands, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Lanvin, Givenchy, Celine, Chloe!! The place is a girl's heaven. The sales staff were so patient as I took over an hour trying to decide which bag and shoes I wanted to splurge on!!! I must have looked at every single bag. At the end, I found the perfect bag and there was absolutely no pressure. The sales ladies did not force me to buy the more expensive bag (which often happens at other places) but the one that was right for my lifestyle. I was going to write this review last week after I bought it but got worried after I read the reviews about fake bags. I went back to the store and inquired about it. They assured me that they are an authorized dealer and gave me phone numbers of the corporate offices. The corporate assured me that Parashu is an authorized dealer!! I'm not sure if the other reviewers even took the time to find out or do any of this research before making such comments. I should've read the comments before going in the store. They do not know the meaning of customer service. I'm on my feet all day, therefore ..... I don't like buying shoes on line because I like to try them on and yes I take my time because I want to make sure they're comfortable. They sales lady was very impatient. She had the nerve to say, "if you are spending that much time thinking about it, then you really can't afford it!" She took the shoes putting it behind the counter while I was talking to my sister. I was in the process of getting my money out when I realized what she had just said. I was appalled!!!!! We walked out of the store. I ended up buying the same pair of shoes from a different store. Omg whole store is fake!!!!! I went in there to ask if they have marc jacob and would buy my stam which is 10 collection. Also wanted to see the balenciaga....went in there and this person look at me from head to toe and deny my marc jacob right away by saying we dont have marc jacob....haha but it was on the table and it was 07 collection.(i did my homework)..moving on they had balenciaga on the table it all pie up juat like u r buying a fish from asian market...look at it right away and it was replica or fake but becareful ladies must have eagle to spot..ask her for the price and its same in the melrose store!!!!!!1895( the city) plus tax it was almost 2000...so I will not go here anymore and becareful coz no return...... read more

I'm so glad I found this store. I heard about it originally through some of my bag loving friends. I found the customer service to be lovely. I was in a grungy outfit and baseball hat (from helping outdoors at my daughter's school) AND not Korean. The salesperson was very sweet to me! She showed me every bag that I wanted to see with patience. They were offering an incredible sale for Mother's Day and I left with a smile on my face and a gorgeous new Balenciaga that I got at an incredible price. For anyone who questions if their bags are fake, THEY are NOT. No matter how good the fake is, they will always have a determining factor. The risk in a store like this is not worth the return. Trust me, you will not be disappointed going here in my opinion. I will definitely be using them for all of my future splurges. Very happy customer! read more

In search of a store in Korea town who carry the real genuine handbags and shoes such as Bottega Veneta, Lanvin, Balenciaga, Chloe and other 'high end' designer items, I was led to this beautiful store Parashu by a dealer in New York. I was not only greeted by a team of very friendly Korean ladies, but I was also taken by the bright and cheerful ambiance of the store. For a moment, I thought I was on Fifth Avenue in New York! It was such a pleasure to be shopping for a luxurious item in a setting that equals the merchandise they carry. The items are displayed in an exquisite artful manner, quite pleasing to the eye. I came up from San Diego where we live in casual attire but I didnt' experience any discrimination as the previous reviewer had mentioned. My shopping experience was no less than pleasant and professional. Regarding their Return Policy, Parashu isn't any different than any other small boutiques around the country where you enjoy the personal attention and service. Often times, they are 'store credit' only which is standard of these small specialty stores. If this is a concern to the shopper, then they should rely on the big department stores where any thing is returnable even if they have been worn and used! I love going to Parashu just to browse or to purchase something special which I know I will enjoy with the special sentiment. read more

I had the BEST experience at Parashu. I am a Lanvin ballet flats fan and I have been buying those pricey shoes in London; when I saw Lanvin shoes at Parashu, I jumped into JOY and they are NOT FAKES. Now, I do wear sweats and no makeup in everyday life and I don't speak Korean. When I walked into the store, all the ladies were very nice and tried to help me what I was looking for and I asked a lot of questions. They may not speak fluent English but they understood what I wanted and they were efficient. After that shopping trip, I went back for more: Clergerie, Celine, Rabotin, Jimmy Choo... you name it, Parashu got it. Plus I don't get an attitude from them but I do get an attitude when I walk into a BH department store without makeup and wearing sweats!! read more

This store is spectacular with outstanding brands. I can understand why people would be suspicious whether the bags are real or not, but they are - I personally called a few companies to make sure they were authorized dealers. You can't beat the selection - they have the hottest bags and shoes. read more
