    Jajang-myun

Authentic Korean restaurant nestled in a small location off Woodbridge Ave. Due to it being offsite and not near other restaurants, you don't have to worry about waiting for a table. Arriving at noon, we were seated right away. After ordering, we noticed the kitchen does get quite busy with a lot of take out orders. Always a good sign when this happens to signify good food! The jajang-myun is so tasty with bits of seafood and onions. Sauce has just the right amount of flavoring and the noodles with just the right amount of chewiness and bounce. Loved the beef intestine stew! Not overly spicy and warmed me up on a cold winter's day. The ox bone soup came with spices and salt so you could taylor to your liking. Last new item we tried was the tang-su-yuk, which was flavorful but was more breading than pork. It is deep fried with a side of sweet and sour sauce. I liked having the sauce on the side instead of already dipped so you could add as much or as little as you'd like. There are a few parking spots behind the building amd to the side but we've never had any issues with getting a spot. Cozy place to eat and highly recommend!

A no-frills Korean restaurant serving classics that hit just the right spot, exactly what you were craving. Wooram used to be located in Hmart's food court, where we would religiously order their deokkbeokki with egg and cheese and spicy stir-fry pork. Excited to see the spot's new standalone location and relive all of our favorite dishes!!! The space is pretty small, with a counter area opening up to a dining area with only a handful of tables. Specials (including fun calligraphy and illustrations!) are written on a chalkboard wall serving as decoration for the dining area. Unfortunately this makes it pretty hard to see the specials from the ordering counter. We had to wait a while for a table of four to be ready, but we ordered ahead - so all of our dishes came right when we were seated! Awesome! The waiter provided us with cold tea once we sat down, which was a great cold contrast to the bubbling warmth of our dishes. APPETIZERS: Deokkbeokki -- Perfect. Absolutely perfect. The spicy flavor and chewy texture of the rice cakes were the best, even better than in my memory. One callout is I do wish cheese would be an available upgrade to the dish. I'll make sure to ask next time! MAINS: Ox bone soup -- The seollongtang was exactly what I wanted on a cold day. It came bubbling hot in its bowl, with thin noodles, pieces of meat, and scallion garnish in the broth. I really loved the warm and savory taste of the soup! I wasn't too big a fan of the noodle texture - a bit too chewy for my tastes - but it came with a bowl of rice that I ate with the soup instead. Comes with an accompanying portion of salt and spicy bean paste for you to flavor the soup to your liking. The bibimbap and spicy squid and pork stir-fry came with hot stone bowl upgrades for $1. Super worth it for the crispy texture and experience! The beef intestine soup was also delicious, would recommend if you're a fan of intestine. Overall - if you're looking for classic Korean dishes, I would really recommend Wooram!!!

Small hole in the wall with friendly quick service. It's cold inside, so keep that in mind in the winter. We ordered a jjambbong and a jajjangmyun. Definitely don't get the jajjangmyun, the jjambbong is only $2 more and well worth it. The black bean noodles barely come with any seafood while the jjambbong noodles are plentiful with seafood. The black bean sauce is also very thin, and sweet.

I was shocked to see cakes that looked like wedding cakes!! Definitely on the pricey side, but well worth it. Gianni was our server and he did great for a party of 8. Everyone was pleased with their Harold's New York Deli experience. This was a first time experience for 6 of us, 2 return visitors (they recommended we stop to experience the good food). It was a pleasant atmosphere and restroom gets a 5 star on its own! Very clean and fresh! Harold's New York Deli definitely gets high recommendations to try.

I've been there at least 2 dozen times. The place was empty like I've never seen before. Their signature Pastrami has always been top notch. Yesterday it was tastless, barely warm, water logged. We decided were never goingback and are on the hunt for a new Pastrami palace. Since Harold is not around to run it like he always has done so fo so many years; the folks running it cannot deliver the Deli experience I have craved for. I won't be surprised to learn they went out of business.
