The concept is similar to hot pot except that they cook the food for you as opposed to cooking it yourself and everything is stir fried instead of boiled. You select your ingredients plus the spice/sauce that you want. they stir fry everything together into one big bowl. They can also cook this in a tomato broth instead of stir frying. The ingredients you pick are very similar to those for hot pot. There is a separate seafood menu where you can buy seafood by the pound. they put your seafood into a plastic bag, mixed with your selected spice. You get plastic gloves to eat your seafood. We ordered 3 stir fry bowls (you need to have a minimum of 5 ingredients for a bowl). It's new for us so we were excited to try this, but in reality, it's nothing more than just mixing everything up and stir frying it all together in a spicy sauce. We chose the spicy sweet sauce which was pretty good. There's practically no cooking skill required for this as everything is just thrown together.
