5 Piece Jumbo Shrimp Shumai
Abigail C.

Ono Korean BBQ is easily a new favorite of mine! I got to try the spicy pork bulgogi lunch box and I was super impressed. This dish comes with a variety of sides including soup, salad, rice, and more. Everything was great and the pork bulgogi was well done and had a smoky flavor. We also had the jumbo shrimp shumai as an appetizer. It comes out nice and hot, the filling is yummy and the exterior is the perfect amount of crunchy. This place easily provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. The employee here brought out food to our table very quickly, always checked on how we were doing, and went above and beyond in every way possible. This place is cozy and casual, but overall I really enjoyed dining here and I cannot wait to come back!

Cheap frozen chicken

Chicken katsu ... I was surprised when I I got my food because the guy across from me got the same thing and it look delicious. The chicken that I received was still discolored inside and look like it came from a freezer like Tyson or some brand like that. I was disappointed with that for the price I paid. Also my meal came with sautéed spinach and it was cold like they just took it out of the fridge. I had super high hopes for this place but came out disappointed.

Kal Kalbi Lunch Box. Ate half of it before the picture because it tasted so good

Affordable food that tastes great. This is the perfect place for a quick, clean lunch

(Top row L to R) bean sprout, potato in soy, kimchi, (Bottom row L to R) daikon, japchae, salad

The owner is lovely -- very kind & generous woman. I chose the garlic chicken entree which comes with four sides, but she gave me a salad and japchae to try as well which were both great. I loved the soy potatoes and the kimchi the most. Their kimchi tasted very unique to me in the best way, it was a mild spice and had more of a garlic flavor to it which I really enjoyed. The chicken was crispy, garlicky, and delicious, I ate my whole plate. I will definitely be back again for this dish.

If you're looking for good size portions of authentic Korean food, this is the place. Found this place on accident, but it was a very happy one. They're platters are full to the brim with a different sides, meat and rice. It's honestly everything you can ask for in a meal. The service was absolutely wonderful, the woman at the register was telling us about which items were the best sellers, and how they were made. She also gave us recommendations on what drinks we should get along side our platters. Out of everything we tried the win for the night was definitely the spicy garlic chicken. Definitely a place I would want to come back to. The only downside is the seating wasn't super great and even if you were eating and you got takeout containers.

We tried them for delivery, everything was delicious! Veggie Bibimbap, chicken katsu, SO excited they offer both brown and black rice - black is our fav though$3 up-charge is a bit much, when an entire bag of black rice at Whole Foods is only $7 and definitely much cheaper at restaurant supply. Kimchi and all of the sides we tried were so good; braised potatoes, Japchae and especially loved the pickled Daikon which paired well with the fried chicken as it cuts the fat. Our only negatives - the high up-charge for brown or black rice, as well it's a $1.50 for a tiny side of sauce. Also, they packaged the nice crispy chicken katsu on-top of the hot, steamy rice so it was no longer crispy katsu.. please wrap it in foil or pack separate so you can enjoy that crispy chicken in take out. Can't wait to try some other dishes! Give them a try!

Rabokki (Ramen tteokbokki)

Obsessed. Oh how I wish this place was closer to Morristown. Can you guys have a second location? This place is heaven for me - all of my favorite foods. Ramen, rice cakes, bubble tea, kimchi, sushi/poke, dumplings. Delicious Asian comfort foods. I was in the area and I stopped in for lunch. I had the ra-bokki (ramen and rice cakes). Omg. Perfect sweet and spicy balance. Perfect chew on the rice cakes. Great portion where I was able to take a little home (love Korean left overs!). This place is amazing. More for take out, but they do have a decent amount of tables. Person who was working at the counter was very nice! Thank you for your delicious food!!!

Poke Crunch Bowl

I ordered via Uber Eats and expected a subpar poke bowl, as I haven't found anything decent in the area. Ono Korean BBQ exceeded my expectations. Everything is extremely fresh, their serving is more than enough for two people, and delicious. 10/10 recommend

Ok this place is amazing. I always order from here via grubhub. The food is authentic and delicious. Their bubble teas are also top notch. Please order from here!

The House of Poke has so many incredible dishes on their menu besides actual poke bowls: Sushi burritos, poke nachos, chicken teriyaki, sushi pizza, the list goes on. On my last visit here, I was in a bit of a rush and wanted something super quick and luckily, the poke bar saved my day. The server helping me out was so patient and friendly as I mentally built my bowl. My half brown rice, half zucchini noodle base with lots of fixing and tuna as my protein was a perfect dinner. It was ready in literally no time at all, was incredibly delicious and just as wonderful the next day when I snacked on the leftovers for lunch. If you haven't tried The House of Poke yet, this is your sign to make the visit. The place was nice, quaint with your typical Japanese Restaurant flare. Not pretentious. Comfortable and seemingly spacious enough for 6 people. The food was very good. I had the Chirashi Sashimi and the fish was fresh. Didn't feel like it was frozen for days. My wife and son enjoyed the Steak Teriyaki Bento Box, My other son found his Sushi Roll very satisfying. Even my daughter, who is very picky, like her Chicken Katsu. I also had the Tokyo IPA. It was surprisingly good! It didn't have that tiresome bitter IPA taste. I was delightfully refreshing. This place is definitely worth visiting. I should really explore the back roads of my area more and not just go up-and-down Route 9 or 18 or trekking to NYC. There could be more hidden gems that I haven't discovered.

Started out with coconut lemonade and a blood sausage appetizer that came with 2 mini arepas. It was our first time trying blood sausage and we were happy we did! Casing had a nice char and snap to it. Filling was well seasoned and delicious. Arepitas were light, crispy and had a very good sweet corn taste to them. Coconut lemonade was slightly tart which is how I like it and also had a sweet coconut finish to it. I would definitely order it again. For the entree we shared the Parradilla Milina Marinera which came with grilled steak, chicken, pork loin, shrimp and salted fried plantains. We added rice and beans. Grill taste on everything was terrific! Meats were tender and flavorful. Rice and beans were ok. They had free dessert for Mother's Day so my wife ordered chocolate cake which was delicious. It wasn't our first time at Milina and it definitely won't be our last. Servers were very attentive, courteous and accommodating.

The chicken empanada was also good. However, the CANASTICAS (3) DE TOSTONES RELLENOS appetizer was disappointing. It was $10 for three tiny cups, which was not what we expected. It wasn't worth the price, and we could barely taste any plantain. I accepted the conclusion. We also ordered a side of FRIED PLANTIANS (tostones). We received only three pieces, and they were extremely thin--so thin they could bend like taco shells. They were not the traditional thick, crispy tostones we expected. My husband's BANDEJA PAISA was also disappointing. The chicharrón was thin, hard, and difficult to chew. The steak was thin but good. The beans- good. Sausage-ok. A lot of rice on the plate. Then the receipt came with an automatic 18% gratuity. We don't recall seeing this noted on the menu, although it may have been listed somewhere. We were only a party of two, so we were surprised to see an automatic gratuity added. Be sure to check your bill carefully so you don't accidentally leave an extra tip. Overall, the food and value did not meet our expectations. It's simply not for us, though it may match other people's expectations, and that's okay.

We were greeted at the door and were aloud to pick our seat. The ambience is such a cool Asian inspired atmosphere. The menu is very sushi dense, with the whole first 3 pages being sushi. I got the shrimp tempura, dragon roll, and Philly roll with a miso soup.
