I went inside for coffee and to check out the food at this place (the photos of the breakfast items looked promising) only to my surprise that there were bugs crawling all over the glass box food items . Obviously i changed my mind on the food after that. Service was fine -- cashiers were nice. Coffee wise i ordered the seasonal cold brew option and it was about a 5/10.

Grabbed coffee while driving from Seattle to Vancouver. Tried their chai tea latte. The service was quick and the drink was good. A nice cozy place as well. I didn't have time to stop there but would have loved to. The restrooms were clean too!

It tastes better than it looks; trust me!

It really just depends on the day whether I think Woods is a nice local alternative to global coffeemonster Starbucks, or it is a local ripoff owned by conservative christians who donated money to fight against marriage equality. Regardless, they have really good ham/egg/cheese biscuits! I stopped in here to get coffee and something hot for breakfast, and i was impressed at the thick juicy piece a ham on the sandwich! It was like it was carved off of some Thanksgiving dinner table or something! The biscuit was gluten-free which tasted odd like all gluten-free bread does, but the ham and cheese made up for it. I definitely recommend Woods if you need a hot breakfast sandwich!

The Woods Coffee is a small local coffee shop chain. When I arrived in Bellingham and checked in at my hotel, the first thing I asked the hotel clerk was "what is your recommendation for really good coffee and espresso?" She pointed me to The Woods Coffee. So I hit The Woods Coffee several times while in Bellingham, WA. I visited this location once the afternoon I arrived. I ordered a double shot iced latte with whole milk. It was strong, tasty, and delicious! I desperately needed some caffeine after three flights - I hate drinking a lot of caffeine when I am cooped up on planes all day - so I need brain fuel to get going once off the plane! The folks working the counter were very friendly and outgoing. And I love the ambiance of the place - lots of natural wood, fireplace, and more. It would be a great place to socialize with friends or sit and work on your Mac, iPad, etc.

I wish they had these shops in San Diego! The decor is super cute and the baristas were awesome! I asked for a recommendation for a blended drink and she recommended the caramel frapp, which was perfectly creamy and sweet. I absolutely loved it.

Very nice location. Drive thru is not the most convenient if it's busy due to design. Good coffee and very pleasant staff.

While the atmosphere is superb the quality is not. The breakfast sandwiches are really poor quality.

I went on a Sunday morning with my dear friend to do studying and we needed to get straight to work and thankfully with the quick service we were able to receive we did just that. The lady who took our order and made our drinks was quite pleasant to confer with and had a great attitude. People would walk in and out to order their food or drink but other than that it was relatively quiet. Another thing not often seen at other places was the variety of seating, Maple bar has high chairs, big tables with benches, cozy chairs, and even small sectioned off areas to sit. Inside was colorful, bright, and warm. It definitely put me in a bright mood for the day! Great study spot! I would recommend!

The blueberry maple bars were amazing. It's nice that they're half size so you can eat 2 flavors easily. They also have day old donuts at a discount. Fun merchandise, cute cafe with tons of seating. Fun place to hang out with friends. But it is also just a regular coffee shop? Nothing mind blowing. I wish the donuts were made in house! That would have lived up to the name.

Having opened its doors only days prior, I was eager to join them for a cuppa java! Type of cuisine: Coffeehouse meets beer taproom in this bright, pastel-colored, vibrant space that is more reminiscent of a children's playroom than a chill-vibe coffee and beer establishment. "Bellingham-based Forecast Coffee as their java provider. A new brand from Tony's Coffee, Forecast "fights climate change" by sourcing coffee from farms using agroforestry. Tea comes from Flying Bird Botanicals and pastries are made by Mount Bakery. The soft opening menu also included breakfast croissants and sourdough grilled sandwiches." Ambiance: "The building has been repainted, landscaping is redone; we built new patios and the walk-in cooler out back, redid the parking lot layout -- everything except new floors," Chad Kuehl said. "We built out the benching along the windows, built out the bar -- it was just a big white room when we got it." When we entered, my first thought, too was that of the owners, "beachy farmhouse" -- combining natural wood elements and bright pops of color for a laid-back yet energetic vibe." What I ordered: A cortado, the perfect, tiny blend of espresso and milk. What I loved: The smooth sweetness of the espresso, and the lightly sweetened warmed milk which went down easily. Why I loved it: It's a family friendly spot, with plenty of seating indoors and out, windows on three sides of the establishment offering beautiful, natural light, and coffee worth the drive (but maybe not the wait). Cost: Average to high.
