    White Chocolate Mocha
    Nicole N.

Came here because my family wanted to get some coffee while we were in Bellevue. white chocolate mocha always and forever! this place is so cute from the outside and the inside looked spacious as well - drive thru experience and service was so nice and pretty fast, they gave us a free pastry and everyone was super nice. The drinks were so good had us wishing they had a location near us !! sad they have nothing south of Bellevue

Peppermint Bark Cold Brew w/Snowcap! After a delicious lunch at Din Tai Fung, I obviously wanted to enjoy a great coffee. I wandered around the shopping mall, but eventually ended up back at Woods Coffee, right next to Din Tai Fung. I tried the Peppermint Bark Cold Brew with Snowcap, which was recommended to me. It wasn't bad, but as someone who usually doesn't drink sweet coffee... hehe.

Lovely and quaint location of this coffee spot. Blueberry lemon scone was chef's kiss!

This Woods Coffee is located inside Lincoln Square next to the Container Store in downtown Bellevue. Parking is available in the Lincoln Square South parking garage but depending on what time you go you might have to pay (you can still get your parking validated). If you don't want to pay for parking there's another Woods Coffee with a dedicated lot a couple minutes away next to the Chick-fil-A. Like many of their other locations they have tables and free wifi for people to drink coffee and get work done or hang out. This is a convenient place if you're also planning on going to the mall to do some shopping or watch a movie.

Had the great pleasure of going to Woods Coffee last weekend and man, was it good! I'm from Chicago and was passing through on my way back from Whistler when we stumbled upon this gem. I ordered a cold brew along with apple crumble cake which was absolutely divine. In addition, I got the Woods Blend Medium Roast beans to bring home and they have been producing delicious coffee at home. In addition to the great food and drinks, I really enjoyed sitting down and enjoying the vibe of Woods Coffee (and I normally am a to-go type of gal). I definitely recommend Woods Coffee and I hope to be back sometime soon when I am in the area!

Nice place to stop and grab coffee while wandering around downtown. Had a dirty Chai latte that tasted great. Place was clean and the staff are super friendly. I would recommend this place for grabbing some great coffee in downtown Bellevue.

    Pog Rush 10/10

Pog Rush is a 10/10 I really just wanted something refreshing to drink since it was so hot out and I got the POG rush which is just passion juice orange juice guava juice I'm literally so obsessed with it now and again all it is, is the juice and they top it off with seltzer and it's a delicious drink! I don't know if it has caffeine in it.

    Iced Mocha

Woods Coffee is located within Bellevue Mall. It felt warm, relaxed, and most of the tables were occupied with people on their laptop or reading. There was no wait, and it only took the barista a few minutes to make the coffee. * 16oz Iced Mocha - While the drink looked nice, it was very, very sweet. There was not much of a coffee taste. I generally like mochas that have a strong chocolate flavor, with a subtle coffee taste. However, this drink had neither. It oddly didn't have much chocolate taste, just like a sweet, almost vanilla syrup flavor. Even the whipped crème had the syrup flavor. I couldn't even drink 1/4 of it, and sadly had to throw it out. An iced mocha I really like is from Fulcrum Cafe for reference (that's a 5/5). Maybe the other coffees are better, but I don't recommend the iced mocha. The overall coffee shop is nice though. Overall, I'd try out other coffee shops before coming back.

I ordered their matcha latte and a coffee with vanilla cinnamon. They were both delicious. The right amount of sweetness for my taste. It's not too sweet, just enough to taste it's there. I also ordered a puppuccino for my dog Rocky, and he also enjoyed his. Service: The service was excellent, I was staying at the Westin and was here on a daily basis for an entire week. The service stayed consistent with all the employees. Ambiance: The ambiance was relaxing. I enjoyed drinking my matcha in the morning before the hustle and bustle.

I am a coffee snob and this place has very good coffee. Very good customer service too. Their breakfast options are awesome and delicious. I highly recommend the cream cheese filled bagel bites and the grilled cheese sandwich.

The presentation was absolutely brilliant! However I thought the taste fell short of the visual delight. The Ube S'mores was more like a light Ube foam instead of Marshmallow Ube S'mores. I didn't think the the Thai Tea or Ube flavor was impactful, I felt both flavors were muted and fairly light. I'll try this place again and order a few items just to be sure... but I won't have high expectations. I do wish to them well and hope they continue to thrive...

Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run. This is the largest Mercury's Coffee location in Washington. I've been to the Kirkland location, which is drive-thru only, but this café offers a completely different experience. A fun fact is that Mercury's headquarters is located right next door to this location. One of my favorite things is that many of their pastries are made fresh in-house, and you can actually watch the staff preparing them. Their croissants are always a great choice, and I also highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches. They even serve pizza if you're looking for something more filling. When it comes to drinks, Mercury's has some of my favorite organic coffee beverages. The Caramel Macchiato is my go-to and one of the best drinks on the menu. The café has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great place to meet up with friends, study, or get some work done. It's easily twice the size of the Redmond or Kirkland locations, so it feels much more spacious and comfortable. The staff are always friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. After waiting 10 minutes while several customers who ordered after me received their drinks, I went back to ask about it. Instead of apologizing, the cashier was rude and argumentative. I asked for a refund since I had to leave, but they accidentally charged my card a second time instead. Eventually, another employee tried to process the refund and told me to check my card in a couple of days. Mr. Brioche ($11) - This sandwich starts with a rich toasted brioche bun, which is then slathered with some creamy and fatty aioli. A soft and tender, spiced breakfast patty is placed on top, charred just a tad to give some browning and develop flavor. Some eggs, cooked on the flat top in a circular mold which makes it perfectly conform to the size of the bun, is carefully placed on top of the meat, and then finally some swiss cheese cements the sweet vegetal microgreens atop. The bun is voluminous, especially noteworthy in height. The interior ingredients only reaches perhaps 1/3 the height of the bun, making it appear that the sandwich will be dry. But that's an impression soon deemed to be false, as there's more than enough moisture from the aioli and melted cheese to smooth things over.
