Classic Chinese fast food with delivery. A staple in Murray Hill. Fresh, fast, delicious and the order is always correct. Love the delivery guy. I've seen him so many times over the years I think we're on a first name basis.

The food is consistent and very large portions. We pretty much solely get our take out from Wok N Roll, even tho each one is individually owned we have found that they are pretty consistent. Food is done quick, hot and lots of it. I will say that the online ordering is frustrating. You pick all your items and it NEVER lets me log in, i have to switch to "phone style" order and then it will let me log in. I also never get the confirmation email. Not that big of a deal but it would be nice.

Still my go to Chinese delivery in Jacksonville. Lunch and dinner combos are a great value with plenty of food to share or enjoy later. Been on a Beef and Mixed Vegetables kick for a minute and I always get the General Tso's Chicken or Tofu. Comes with egg roll and fried rice or steamed rice... your choice. Really the best.

    Barnacle shells in wonton soup

I hate to even leave this review because we have frequented this place often and have never had issues, but after my most recent experience, I can't say that I will ever go back again. I just finished eating our leftover wonton soup and found what appears to be multiple BARNACLE shells at the bottom of my bowl. I honestly can't even fathom how these would have ended up in wonton soup to begin with and I find it deeply bothersome. I'm not sure that I could eat food from here without second guessing every bite I take.

Food was steaming hot how I like it, veggies were fresh and dish had a nice spice to it. Also, the combo is a huge portion. My new go to spot! Definitely recommend

The decor and vibe definitely give Asian street market -- I loved the neon signs. Thomas was our server and he was friendly, quick, and attentive throughout. We ordered the Twice Fried Korean Wings, Bonchon, and Chili Crisp Cucumbers to share. The wings were delicious with the best crunch, almost like candied chicken wings. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead. The star of the show was the Hong Kong Wonton Soup -- the broth was authentically Asian, distinctly different from a classic French-style broth built on onion, celery, and carrot mirepoix. It was so good we ordered another one to go and took it to our mom to enjoy. We will definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes.

I like more of American fusion and my friend likes vegan. We made a reservation considering the symphony was playing. When we arrived there were a few open tables so who knows if it mattered. Next was hostess getting us to the table. Sometimes I wonder if they like their jobs. I don't think it is too hard to walk someone to a table, help them sit down, smile a bit then do it again. You could be flipping burgers. But seriously just smile and fake it. Our server was nice yet he looked like he had been gaming all week and forgot to take a shower. I say this as a mom. If I'm going to fine dining, I'd like the staff to brush their hair. Boomers and Gen X appreciate well kept staff. I mean, you had to touch your greasy hair to get it out of your eyes then touch our plates. Plus we barely saw you. No refills. Now to the food. I forgot to take pics. My friend had a salad and I had the $20 chicken sandwich. We are foodies and prob could have cooked up same at home. When I eat out and dine at high rated places, I do have some expectations. It was subpar. And finally we had decaf and espresso after the meal. We know coffee. We've traveled the world. Her espresso was just off. I tried it and choked. And last the bathrooms. They were clean! However there was a line. Only one ladies, one men, one both. And it's in this weird narrow space. Prob not going back. Always love me a new adventure.

I was very tempted by the Butter Curry Over Fries but decided on the House Special Curry with beef. It was delicious with a great depth of flavor to the curry sauce. There are stairs, but if you walk straight through to the host/hostess stand at Dorothy's, there is a small elevator available. The décor was nice and there was a decent amount of seating available, enough to accommodate our group of 10 and another large group at the table next to ours. It looked like people came here with their families for special occasions. There was only one person working to cover everything from seating, take out, serving, etc., and he did an amazing job of staying on top of everything. He even took the time to explain to me that they recently decided to make their entire menu (save for the fried items) gluten free due to many requests they'd received from their customers. It was so nice to eat at a place that was so considerate! Their menu is definitely more fusion than authentic. I asked the server for a recommendation and he told me his favorite is the Curry Fried Rice, but it was a big portion, so I opted for his second favorite, the Drunken Noodles. I asked about the spice levels and asked for mine to be more spicy. It wasn't as spicy as I hoped, so I asked for a spice tray and added several spoonfuls of various chili flakes and peppers. My colleagues got the yellow curry and said it was basically flavorless, but they liked their Drunken Noodles. I'm thankful to have the gluten free option, but I was missing the essence of the classic/authentic flavor. Overall, the décor, ambience, and service was great, but the food was just okay.
