The customer service was TOP TIER!! The young lady greeted us as soon as we walked in, helped us order and sat us down fairly quickly but calmly. We got crab Rangoon's as an entree and it came super fresh and actually before our meal. It was so good with a lot of filling. The fried rice tasted to clean and light. The salad and portions were soo good!!! My sister got yakisoba and it was just as delicious filling and light!! The sonora roll was HUGE and sooo worth it!!! One of my besties frequently passes by this Latino-owned sushi and teriyaki spot, and we decided to come here in a group of three on a Friday evening around 4:30pm. Actually it's afternoon, but we get less sunlight around this time hence it feels like the evening even at 4pm. Anyway, the inside is brightly lit and is very casual, with the interior feeling like a fast-food joint but with much better seating quality. Their menu consists of teriyaki, Chinese food, sushi, bento boxes, fried rice, yakisoba and many others. They also have a special sushi menu located behind the counter, and one particular kind caught my friend's eye. Servers were patient with us and would come by once in a while to refill our water cups. Now for the food: - We each got our own bento box. For mines, i got their box with hot crispy chicken, spicy tuna rolls and four pieces of gyoza. The hot crispy chicken is already filling on its own, and they don't skimp on the spices. It was really crispy, sometimes to the point of scratching the inside of my mouth. Spicy tuna rolls were standard but also hit the spot, with the mayo sauce and even the tuna being spicy. The gyozas were also standard but were cooked well. Portions here are huge, and I almost asked for a to-go box for my remaining chicken. They didn't provide me with a side of salad as they advertise on their menu, though. It only came with my other friend's bento with chicken teriyaki, California roll and four pieces of gyoza. He did enjoy the teriyaki here, though. - My friend got a Diablo roll, which has a similar mayo sauce on it but is covered on the outside by a layer of Flaming Hot Cheetos. This was even spicier than the spicy tuna rolls which was actually even better. It gets really filling because of all the filling and sauces above it, and carries a familiar crunch with the Hot Cheetos covering. This place has some big portions for their food and needs more exposure! I'd be back for their other dishes and offerings. read more

The server was super nice, my review has nothing really bad to say really, the price just didn't really reflect the value for me. The food was pretty run if the mill for a teryaki/sushi place. I'll never understand $10+ for a California roll but I had a hankering for one so that's that. The restaurant itself was very clean and I did enjoy the food but there really wasn't anything that stood out, which is fine, but $34 for teryaki, a Cali roll and a sprite isn't really appealing imo. I was craving for sushi and decided to give this place a shot. Parking is not too bad. Would I say this is authentic sushi? Probably not, but honestly it was a lot better than I expected. HOWEVER, for the price... not really. We got the Diablo roll ( the fried Cheeto rolls), the 10 piece Nigiri rolls, and the caterpillar roll plus the crab Rangoon. That came out to about $80 before tip which is insane. Be prepared to order enough drinks/ water to stay hydrated because you have to pay for your own water bottle. IF they're busy, good luck trying to get something to drink . I would suggest a water station or something. That brings me to the next issue. They have only one server/cashier/busser. We waited about 40 minutes for our food. I wanted spicy Mayo and never got it. We were starving and she was so busy to even get her attention. You pay upfront and is asked to tip on the screen however, you are your own server because you will get absolutely no service so FYI. Overall, food was alright. Will we be back? The young lady who took my order was so kind and her and the chef were very accommodating for my order request. The food came out piping hot and so delicious, I'll let the photo speak for itself. Stopped by this newish Kent teriyaki spot because we loved the fun name Wok & Roll and wanted to see how their teriyaki compared to the rest. Teriyaki is big business and very competitve even in this area when you got Bucks, Kings teriyaki, Tokyo Town, and Saya and Chopsticks just further down the street. We got the tempura california roll and teriyaki chicken. I do feel the prices here are higher than they should be BUT the food was very good and the young workers who welcomed us were friendly and welcoming. Good food, friendly service, clean and casual environment. My partner and I took our 7yr old to try out this new spot in Kent. We each got a little something to share to make this review. My kid got the kids meal. He devours the chicken in seconds flat (sadly not a fan of the noodles but, the chicken was the hero of that). Sushi was fresh and properly assembled. The Miso was HUGE and a great remedy for the morning blues. The spicy chicken was perfectly on point (and the spicy kicked into high gear after as leftovers were an inevitability). Extremely over priced, I ordered a spicy chicken teriyaki and a Miami roll and I was not pleased. This was my first and only time I'll order. The spicy chicken tasted like carnitas and the rice had a certain weird taste to it. The Miami roll was just not good at all, I really tried to like it but I just could not. read more

First time coming in and was told unfortunately that I had to pay extra for sauce since I was doing take out I asked if I could put some sauce over the food in the box and was told no I feel places shouldn't do that because as someone that's physically coming in I should be able to have the same as someone who is sitting in there to dine in. Reasoning was because the sauce was expensive but if I was to sit in the establishment i could have as much sauce for no extra charge. Other establishments are okay with me doing that so I was taken off guard. If I had ordered through a third party then I'd be fine for the extra charges. Foods good but I just didn't like that they acted like I was gonna throw the whole bottle of sauce in my food which I wasn't I just wanted to drizzle. Pretty good teriyaki with a nice char flavor on it, although the chicken was a little bit dry. Wasn't mind blowing with the flavors, the portion of chicken is generous for the price. Service is very friendly and recommend using their special chili oil for that much needed spice. read more

My biggest complaint is that they use the same soup bases for different soups. they used the same broth and inclusions that are in the won ton soup as they do for the egg flour soup (which they look and taste nothing alike) I've ordered both now and can confirm these are the same broths for the same price. this is not egg flower soup. read more
