Very middle of the road pizza experience. I tried two slices and a stromboli . The Stromboli was mostly bread with very little filling, and the marinara sauce they gave on the side was extremely cold making it a pretty unpleasant experience overall. The slices were decent. Buffalo chicken had plenty of flavor from the buffalo and ranch sauces. The classic pep was what it was. I've been to a lot of slice shops and I felt like both slices were on the small side. Their method of reheating the pies was to put them on a conveyer belt toaster rather than put them back in the oven. Order didn't turn out very warm to begin with and was room temp by the time I got to my last item. Overall not a place where you feel like you're getting value for your money. read more

Being from New Jersey, I think the Wiseguys on Mass Ave is the closest I get to pizza back home, plus their house-made ranch is the perfect amount of spicy and delicious. I was thrilled to hear about a Wiseguy's opening near where I currently live in Herndon. I think they must be going through growing pains. The pizza was still good, good dough, good sauce, except they did not include the spicy aged pepperoni topping I paid extra for. The garlic knots were similar, good dough, less garlic than other locations, but overall not bad. I was extremely disappointed by the ranch, both in portion and "house made." I paid almost a dollar a piece for 5 extra ranches, and what I received was the attached pictures, which was absolutely not the ranch I have gotten from Wiseguys in the past, filled with red pepper flakes. I will try again in a few months, since the pizza is decent, but I was definitely disappointed with my first visit. read more

I got the thick crust pizza slice. When I asked if I could have an add on the guy said well we aren't supposed to do that, I have never heard of a pizza place that wouldn't add something for an extra charge. He did add what I asked for but only 4 mushrooms. If you go there ask them to put the pizza through the heater twice, mine was cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all. If I go back I will be trying the thin crust. But may not at $5.99 a slice and I can't get what I want on it. read more

Service is phenomenal as always, and Anton was really kind to us due to the large orders ahead of us, offering us free soda and appetizers.

The best pizza I ever had!!! A very nice and friendly gentleman named Hassan, believe he's the store manager, greeted me with a very warm smile as soon as I walked in and asked me what I feel like having today. I told him I feel like having mushroom pizza and he told me he got me and went back and made me the pizza shown here on the picture. Hassan just made my day today with this delicious pizza!!! Thank you Hassan and thank you Wiseguy!!! read more

Wiseguy Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Herndon, Virginia

I feel compelled to review this restaurant because the pizza was just so bad. After faithfully patronizing the Rosslyn location, I used to think Wiseguys was the best pizza in the DC area. Now I know that it varies drastically by location. Two weeks ago, I ordered two pizzas: pepperoni and supreme. Toppings were fine, but the pizzas were so undercooked, they were soggy in the middle. I hoped it was just a bad night and so I ordered two more pizzas: pepperoni and a Sicilian pepperoni. The Sicilian pepperoni is supposed to be like a Detroit style pizza, with a thick crunchy crust. What I got must've been a prebaked crust that was as thin as my hand tossed pizza. It was so tough I could barely chew it. When I entered the restaurant, there were a couple of pans sitting on the counter (facing customers). One was empty except for a piece of broccolini (?), and the other had two burnt, broken cookies. When I say burnt, I'm not exaggerating. They looked like charcoal briquettes. Was this what they were selling to customers? Even if not, why would you place that in the display area? Service behind the counter was friendly, but that can't overcome the poor food quality and apparent lack of management here. read more

Wiseguy Pizza - Very sad Sicilian Pepperoni crust. Tough and flattened. - Pizza Near Me - Herndon, Virginia

Excellent service! Ran out of pizza but made me new pizza that came out to be delicious too. Thank you :D

The pizza looked just like NY pizza and I was so excited! I went in and ordered 2 pies and 35 min later I was still without pizza!? When I asked they said they still did not have it ready. I think if you go in for a slice it's easy. It was just ridiculously slow and I had to ask for a refund. Very disappointed. read more

I ordered pizza + drink combo through Postmates but it didn't give me an option to select what type of drink. After placing the order I called the store to let them know which soda to send. The guy at the store first said he needed to charge extra (even though drink comes with the combo). After explaining the situation three times, he understood what I was saying. I asked for a Diet Coke, and he says "we don't have it". I said "anything is fine, whatever you have." He acknowledged, I thanked him and hung up. What did I get moments after? Cancelled order from the store. First and last time ordering from here. What a joke. read more

We've been to the dc location and this place is abysmal. Expect it to go out of business in under a year. The flavor and taste is lacking. Many of the flavors they have online are not even available. The second time we went, we ordered online for pickup through their site. They were pressed to get our home address but not email or phone. I go to pick it up and they say they ran out of mushrooms. Told them to make it anyways. Then they go to the back and say they are out of vegan cheese and if we want a non vegan pizza instead. I was frustrated they did not call and tell us this. I asked them why they couldn't call and tell us, and she said she didn't have my number. But my name, email and number is clearly on the order confirmation because it comes through from Apple Pay. It gets better, they don't have the ability to refund! So now I am mad that they can't give me my money back. They took down my number and said a manager would call me. Next day no one called. Day after I called and they were like, oh yeh, talked to the manager, do you want another pizza? I said no, I want my refund like I asked. I asked where the manager is and she said call back tomorrow. I then asked if they can have the manager call me like we agreed and she then said yes. I also asked when the manager is in and she said between 10am-12pm. Really? 2 hours? read more

We ordered online and were late picking up the pizza by 10 minutes from the quoted time, and i still had to wait another 5. The pizza sauce was good, tasted a little buttery. Got the cheese pizza and the mushroom truffle pizza. Great crust. Place was very clean. pizza slices were large, but not as large as i was expecting, given the advertising. We still prefer the pizza place closer to us read more

The pizzas were really expensive. We ordered 2 pizzas and garlic knots. We showed up right at pickup time and watched our pizzas get cold for 30 minutes while they said they were still making the garlic knots. One of our pizzas was both burnt and cold. We definitely expected more for $30/pizza. read more

The food was pretty good. The garlic knot (8/10) was much better than the pepperoni pizza roller(5/10). The service was the really good, the cashier not only gave recommendations but gave me free sauce as a compliment to the food. The vibes here are great with nice music and with cool customers. Overall a great new experience! read more

Fast service, great food, clean restaurant, and very friendly staff!! We will definitely be coming back!!

The pizza was awesome! This is the closest to New York City Pizza that I have found in Virginia. The work is a very friendly.. service is very fast and reliable. I would highly recommend wise guy Pizza in Herndon for Pizza or anything on the menu. read more

Not as good as the DC locations. Stingy with toppings. Garlic knots look and taste nothing like the ones they advertise on their site. Only the dc locations are worth going until things improve. read more

Best pizza around. Nothing beats it. Closest thing to a good old fashioned New York slice. Service was kind and welcoming. Hasan makes the best pizza, if he didn't make I'm not eating it! read more

I ordered a well done half pepperoni pizza. I paid $4.99 delivery charge and still tipped the driver $10.00 because I respect their game. I got this instead: a 4 hour old piece of leathery crap that they tried to reheat and spruce up with some barely melted cheese on it. Find another pizza place. read more

I loved the Wiseguy pizzeria, it has a cozy atmosphere with friendly customer service and a spotless place I love the varieties of pizza out there, I would recommend the buffalo chicken, one of the best in my opinion, keep it up guys I recommend you go to Herndon's read more

I always enjoy pizza at the Herndon location. I usually get the takeout large cheese pizza.

The pizza was good but a little thin. If you want to try some new flavors and interesting combinations.

Went in for a slice and soda. Pizzas displayed for slices looked old and dried out. Staff was inattentive, went in back to find them. Dining tables were dirty, had to do our own wipe-down. Floor was dirty. We should have left but we're hungry for something quick. Not going back. read more

Great pizza. Great service. The older gentleman behind the counter is a treasure and his energy is amazing! Great spot.

Pizza is only good with hot honey and toasted twice otherwise pizza is a hit or miss. Andy's pizza is better

Exceptional catering experience for our large group event. Pizzas arrived hot, crust was perfect, toppings fresh and flavorful. Professional, prompt service made the process seamless. Will definitely be using for our upcoming events, so good!!! read more

Cheap prices because the quality of the food absolutely disgusting. The pizzas oily has no Aut authentic flavor to it one step above 7-Eleven Pizza.. tried it once never again save your money folks go to the Pizza Hut across the street if you desperately want pizza. And can't wait. read more

i was so excited to hear that Wiseguy was opening up close to me since i love their DC location. however, i'm so sad ): the quality of the pizza is such a down grade. the crust isn't crispy and the toppings are skimpy for a $28 specialty pizza. ~maybe~ 3 little chunks of chicken on 1 piece of chicken parmesan pizza. my favorite part about wiseguy was their garlic knots but these were horrible! dry, not even a knot like the picture and other location has: just a round roll with dried parsley and garlic salt. hopefully it gets better with time but yikes read more

Fantastic pizza and great prices! I enjoyed the location in DC and am glad to have one out in Herndon!

So happy they finally opened in Herndon. Best NY pizza there is. Period. Love the buffalo chicken pizza as well as chicken paneer. I go for different slices but family likes whole pies. I'll be back! read more

Loved the pizza. The paneer chicken is delicious. Really like the cool soda they have too

Cannot find myself coming back after encountering such a rude experience my first visit. You can tell both the store manger and the shift manger had a nasty attitude. They both weren't too fond of the many questions I had for the new restaurant i haven't been too before. I had commentary about the high prices and they weren't fond of that either. I wanted to purchase a combo meal, but the store was currently out of canned soda, other than Diet Coke. I complained and the store manager asked "what do you want?" I asked if I could have the bottle of sprite with my combo meal, he agreed. The Latina lady, who I assume is the shift manger. Took it upon herself to not comply with meeting the substitution. She did not want to give me chips with my combo, and said it was because I received a bottled soda instead of a canned soda, as why I was not receiving chips with the combo. As why that was not communicated at first at all before the transaction done I do not know, but it's just highly unprofessional and A unsatisfying experience. And that lady is really stingy. If she's stingy about some $1 chips, imagine what else she's stingy with. read more

This place had the best pizza EVER!!! I was in a rush during lunch and went here since my friend suggested it, and I got my Buffalo ranch pizza super fast AND it was fresh. Hassan and Shane are the coolest people in there. 5/5 stars!!! read more

As a native New Yorker, I am delighted to report that this slice is the closest to a real slice of pie that I have had in Virginia since moving here 12 years ago. The cheese was gooey and flavorful, the sauce was just the right sweet with full tomato taste and there was the right amount, and the crust was thin and chewy on the bottom and crusty and fluffy at the end. I can't wait to go back. read more

Food was amazing fresh and hot and the crust was not soggy it was crispy just perfect. I would most definitely be returning.

La pizza estuvo bien pero no me entregaron los ingredientes extras que pedi prácticamente no me entregaron todo lo que pedi

Hasan asfar brought us three very delicious pizza that were warm, cheesy, and flavorful

The grandma slice was soggy with undercooked dough both times I've had it. The NY slices are okay, but I've had bad customer service, so not going back. read more
