Giving two stars because the food is fine, but just had a VERY unsaisfactory customer sevice experience. I had ordered contactless delivery and was waiting nearly an hour so I called to check the status of my order. I was not rude or angry, just wanted to inquire. I spoke to a somewhat pushy man who claimed to be a supervisor insisting it had already been dropped off. Instead of placing me on hold to resolve the issue, he was just yelling at his delivery driver across the store. He told me according to the driver it had been left at the front door, but upon checking it had been left at my back door AND off to the side so I wouldn't have seen it looking out the window I had to actually go around to the back of my house. When I said to the supervisor "Ok I did find the food at my back door." He gave me a very monotone "ok great." and immediately hung up without offering so much as an apology. This is a review for the Brambelton location. First a shoutout to the Chantilly location the young lady was going to fix my order without hesitation until I figured out it was the wrong location. So thank you you were amazing and the customer service did not stop there. Called the Brambelton location about the order that I believed was someone else's order. The Manager (I wish I got her name but we had a poor phone connection). I didnt recieve my drinks the door dashers fault he brought them back about 15 min later after I got off the phone. My order was wrong because I didnt read I wanted a half cheese pizza for the kids and the other half with stuff adults like vegetables. She was so cool. I knew about them in Chantilly and ordered their pizza and salads accordingly... it was LOVE AT FIRST BITE but more so even the phone call. I really like Marco's. It has become our go-to pizza place for delivery. We stopped in to pick a pizza up and the staff was really nice and the restaurant was spotless. On 09/05/2020, I ordered a Chef Salad with grilled chicken and an Italian sandwich for my wife and myself. The sandwich was tasty. When I opened the salad, the lettuce was yellow, stale, and old. The chicken was not newly grilled but looked refrigerated. I had asked the young lady when paying, whether the salad was just freshly made. She stated that the salad was made a few minutes ago. I did not even open the plastic lid and took it back to Marco's Pizza. The same lady came up to the counter and did not say anything. I politely explained that I could not eat this salad because it looked terrible and stale. She did not apologize. I asked her to please make me a grilled chicken sandwich. She again asked me what was wrong with the salad? She did not even bother to open the plastic container and try to see what was wrong with the salad. She yelled for someone at the back and looked annoyed. I repeated to the young lady that the salad looked disgusting and I could not eat it. Finally, as I was pressed for time, I told her "Keep the money. I will get some Chinese food from next door." She did not even bother to respond. I would not recommend this Pizza place to anyone!
