Twice I ordered from here and while the wings are "ok" the customer service is so bad I will not be returning... I like mayonnaise with my french fries and they refused to give me any, even though I offered to pay for it. You only can have mayo if you order a sandwich and nothing will change their mind... This is the worst run Wingstop I have ever been to. Informally give a place at least 3 tries before I don't go back but I will not be back to this one. The first time I went, I called in my order 20 mins before I got there. After I arrived, I paid and waited for my order. After a while I went to check and hey had lost my order. I asked to refund my card and instead thy charged my card $100.00. I asked for the manager and she came out finally but her employee HAD TO TRANSLATE FOR HER!!! I asked to speak with the area manager. Later that day they finally got everything corrected. 2nd try. So I called in an order after work and get a call back saying I'm sorry but we are out of wing sauce! REALLY?!?! It was just the regular wing sauce! How does that happen?!?! Got an email from an area manager for follow up on my poor experience. I requested a refund and received a refund in the form of a gift card that was mailed. Looked like whomever sent it wasn't very happy the way the address information was scrawled on the envelope. Maybe someone got lectured, who knows? Looks like it was written by an angry five year old. Inside was a gift card, with no amount written on it, no letter/apology note whatsoever, just a loose piece of plastic. The return address was the Temple location. Very unprofessional presentation. If you're not truly remorseful to a loyal customer at least pretend to be. This reaffirmed my decision not to go back. I would have much rather had a better experience from the beginning and got my money's worth than have to get a refund from disgruntled staff. While I appreciate the refund the half assed efforts are obviously the same as the food prep. Whomever the manager delegated for the task probably shouldn't handle customer service tasks. read more

I love the wings here. Louisiana rub are our all time fav. We even liked lemon pepper,atomic(spicyyy),teriyaki,koren spicy. Jonathan(?) is helpful and knows the menu well, which helps with phone orders, since the online menu is pretty useless unless you're actively placing an order online. Sometimes it takes a little longer than they predict to make the food, but it's never too bad of a wait. Decent amount of choices. read more

We normally make the effort to drive to Temple to eat at the WingStop in Temple than in Killeen but after the experience we had in Temple...guess we will be removing Wing Stop permanently after the HORRIBLE customer service. We walked into the door, stood away from the counter as we reviewed the menu since the menu board had taken a bit of a different look then a flat and disinterested voice steps up to ask "to go or pick up?" My daughter answered "for here" as I continued to look at the menu board. The waitress/ counter person then in a rude, impatient, and curt manner asked "what name is on the ticket?" Folks, we were away from the menu board and very clearly reading the new menu board. No one was standing behind us, no one was waiting to be served and there were 2 tables with customers eating...that's it (it was 3pm) and the waitress was rushing us and VERY IMPATIENT. We had been inside the establishment door less than 1 minute! WOW and being rushed. By this time I had had enough of the rude and impatient behavior and held my hand up making a STOP gesture saying "can you just give me a minute to decide?" (I will not be addressed in a rude and impatient fashion much less rushed!) The young lady became upset and put her head down & then began to draw on her piece of paper as if she was sulking after I voiced my side and asked for her to exercise some common sense customer service manners. When I decided I was ready to order, I then stepped up to the counter to order, expressed verbally "ok, I am ready to order." She then looked up and with a flat tone and a truly, folk...really a screw you face, then I just had thought...NO WAY! I vocalized in a stern tone, "you know, forget it" then walked out with my daughter. Folks...I could not believe that this type of behavior is allowed much less tolerated anywhere and to pay for this...no way. Wing Stop manager needs to truly get a grasp on these types of people they have chosen to greet their paying customers and tell them this type of behavior is NOT tolerated. The staff here is rude. They messed up my order, overcharged me and then acted like it was my fault. This place is an obvious example of poor management. I would still give them more stars if the wings were really good but they're not. They don't taste fresh. They do have good wing sauce though so I guess that earns them a 2nd star. read more

We just sat here for half an hour, than watched a family who walked in 15 minutes after us receive their food first. My husband asked how much longer our food would take and they apparently forgot to make it. We were offered a refund that I will not get for 5 days since I payed with a card. (with tax) i got to the store, the person said that will be $27.07. This review is on timeliness. I've been to multiple wing stops and this one consistently takes the longest. Within the 40 minutes we were there, they managed to screw up four orders. Two families were waiting 40+ minutes for ~30 wings and ended up having to leave. Despite ordering before us, we got our food on time before them. They were also taking phone orders despite not even being able to stay on to of the orders at the actual restaurant. Won't be going back to this location any time soon. read more

This restaurant has poor customer service and a manager that couldn't manage his way out of bed yet alone a restaurant. After spending over $50 for a Wings Package online on Super Bowl Sunday, they were trying to cheat me out of 3 Cups of Ranch that was promised with the 50 Piece Wings Package. But because the online system rang it up separately, they said we are only allowed to give you one cup of ranch. So after I failed them on their survey, the manager called me all asshurt saying he wanted to hear it directly from my mouth. And I told him. He blamed me and my phone for not ordering it right. Even though I spent about the same amount of money, that it was my fault and not the systems fault. Not sure where they got this manager unless they recruited him out of a Nolanville Trailer Park, but for better customer service I'd tell you to go to Pizza, Wings, and Things. This Wingstop has messed up our order 3 of the last 5 times that we've been there. Tonight I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up, they were completely confused. They had given my order away to the wrong person. They offered to remake the order. I waited 30 minutes and finally the girl handed me my order. I had a baby in my arms and I asked her to look in the bag and double check everything was there. Was ordering our food at one of the registers & in the middle ordering another female employee said "can you move over" in the rudest way because I was standing in the wrong spot I guess. Very rude & not nice AT ALL. The employee rolled her eyes at me as I moved out of the way. Definitely need to think about hiring a new staff. read more
