I counted 12 customers come and go as I waited. I made it to my car before I realized it was the wrong order. Asked for an extra ranch and manager told me I could pay for it at the register. Employees were nice but manager was lacking in manners. Wings were good but not worth a 45 minute wait. Order Door Dash as you will definitely get it faster and save yourself the wait time. I needed to contact the store about an order, so I called them. They didn't answer. I kept calling them, nothing. I wait 30 min and call again, they answer and immediately hang out. I call back 4 more times. Eventually they answer and say "This is Popeyes how can I help you" and immediately hang up. They do this 3 more times before going back to just ignoring the calls. Do not do delivery for this location. If you physically go to the location and then receive your bags, go through it and count EVERY single wing you ordered if you want your moneys worth. On New Year's Day my family, as well as another family ordered Wingstop. It is a holiday, so we knew it would be busy and would take awhile, and we had a large order over $150. Our DoorDash driver waited over an hour and didn't bring half of what we ordered because Wingstop wouldn't give it to them. Obviously this was extremely disappointing but we fingered it was because it was a holiday. This last Saturday 1/20 we decided to give them another try. Big mistake. Once again we didn't get our full order (the order included a lemonade, how hard is it to at least send over the bottle of 'Simply lemonade'?! They aren't squeezing lemons to make it?!) Because we had a house full of hungry people we went over to Wingstop to get the rest of our food. We asked to speak to a manager and she was very nice and apologized, she was going to just refund us our money when the GM Nicole Hollowell stepped in. I could honestly write a full review on just her and how rude, disrespectful and absolutely hateful she is towards customers, her staff and anyone in the vicinity but I will try to keep this short. She would not let the manager refund us the money because she "knows" she made the food and it was just put in the wrong bags. So the manager was going to refund us our money out of her OWN paycheck because her GM would not allow her to refund us the money. WHAT?! We could not let this happen to this young girl, so we paid for the rest of our food AGAIN and went on our way. I have no idea how Nicole became a GM with the way she treats her customers and staff. I used to love this Wing Stop in Belton. My last order in November 2024 was over $60 and they messed up my order and only gave 1 out of 4 orders of wings. They wanted me to wait another "10 minutes" (after already waiting 20 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready) for the other orders of wings, which I was willing to do but they would not re-make the order that was already made. That meant one of my party would have to eat cold wings/fries. They offered a refund instead, which I said I would accept. They handed me the receipt and said it could take up to 7 days for the refund to go through. After 7 days and no credit on my statement, I looked at the receipt and it had refund "CASH", which they did not give me. Called the store to report the issue and talked with the general manager, provided the receipt and order information via text. Although the manager was nice, I called several times with no resolution. She said she was passing it on to her regional manager. No response. I called her back and she gave me the regional manager's number. Tried to call that individual and no answer. Sent a text...no answer. To top it off, couldn't even leave a voicemail to call me back because voicemail was full. Morale of the story...check your receipt if you ever need a refund and go to a different wing place. Literally the worst service I have ever received. TLDR: they don't pay attention, mess up your order, and when you say you didn't get what you ordered they accuse you of lying or tell you they read your order back to you several times when they didn't. If you're firm about what you want, they call the cops on you. Here's my experience. I ordered to-go over the phone. After picking up my order, I didn't realize until I got home that they gave me boneless instead of classic, and they did not give me the extra fries like they said they were going to ( they offered these when I asked for a refund on fries I ordered because they weren't going to honor my coupon). I called and the manager Amanda and told her I would be going back for a refund and she said "alright then". I drive all the way back with the food, Marlina lies and says she repeated my order "several times" and accused me of lying about not receiving the extra fries. Then she offered to charge me the difference for my correct order. Why would I want food from you after you treat me like this? I say "no I want a refund", she refuses and subsequently calls the cops on me because I am "making a disturbance". I wasn't cursing, swinging, or throwing anything. I was just speaking to her in a firm manner. I left my food there and they still owe me $30. The cops couldn't make them give me a refund because I took the food home with me and there's concerns for COVID-19. BUT Marlina and Amanda only came up with this excuse AFTER they refused me the refund and they called their higher-ups to figure out how to handle the situation. Arrived when food was supposed to be ready, called and the lady said "I'll come find you when it's ready"...25 mins later call again and a new person says your food has been ready. If I could give a zero star I would. My family and I went to Wingstop on a Sunday afternoon. My husband googled what time they opened and it stated 10:30am. We proceeded to the restaurant,the open sign was on and the door was open. Upon walking in we say they restaurant was dirty with even a dirty mask on the counter. I told my husband that I didn't not want to eat there. About this time a staff member came from the back yelling that they were closed and that we need to get out. My husband was trying to tell her that Google said they were open and the door was unlocked but she kept charging at us to leave and yelling that it scared my kids. Good evening Store #1100 in Belton Texas is in desperate need of improvement. They rarely answer phone calls, they close earlier than posted on their signage and orders are almost always incorrect. This evening I called 5x no answer. I then went into the establishment and placed an order and heard the phone ring 5 separate times. When dialing you will hear the phone continue to ring, however while in the store the employees let it ring a few times and then place it on silent. There was 6 employees there this evening. While placing my order it was placed incorrectly by which I was over charged and it had to be corrected twice. I am writing this in concern for fellow customers as well as the owner of this establishment. From a business standpoint there has to be a huge amount of revenue that has been lost, not due to Covid, but lack of management and skill. I go to this establishment quite often and have witnessed first hand the decline of services. I have call logs and pictures if needed. It is my hope that the necessary improvements are made.
