If I could give a zero star I would. My family and I went to Wingstop on a Sunday afternoon. My husband googled what time they opened and it stated 10:30am. We proceeded to the restaurant,the open sign was on and the door was open. Upon walking in we say they restaurant was dirty with even a dirty mask on the counter. I told my husband that I didn't not want to eat there. About this time a staff member came from the back yelling that they were closed and that we need to get out. My husband was trying to tell her that Google said they were open and the door was unlocked but she kept charging at us to leave and yelling that it scared my kids. Good evening Store #1100 in Belton Texas is in desperate need of improvement. They rarely answer phone calls, they close earlier than posted on their signage and orders are almost always incorrect. This evening I called 5x no answer. I then went into the establishment and placed an order and heard the phone ring 5 separate times. When dialing you will hear the phone continue to ring, however while in the store the employees let it ring a few times and then place it on silent. There was 6 employees there this evening. While placing my order it was placed incorrectly by which I was over charged and it had to be corrected twice. I am writing this in concern for fellow customers as well as the owner of this establishment. From a business standpoint there has to be a huge amount of revenue that has been lost, not due to Covid, but lack of management and skill. I go to this establishment quite often and have witnessed first hand the decline of services. I have call logs and pictures if needed. It is my hope that the necessary improvements are made. Worst wingstop I have ever been to. I definitely understand the wait..it's Sunday and there's football on, but we waited an hour and got nothing but cold food and bad service. The manager on duty was shouting out rude things at the workers and there was no music playing in the building so you can hear the manager being verbally abusive to the staff. My order came with wings and corn with fry seasoning. Instead we got my food thrown in a bag with the corn with was supposed to be the fry seasoning because my boyfriend has a sensitive stomach having extra Cajun seasoning on it. I've been to many wingstops but this one was by far the worst...will not be back. read more

I came to this WingStop before a concert at the Expo center. We were with a group of 7 people so we ordered a 40 pack of wings with some dinner rolls on the side. The food itself was decent. We got garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, and Hawaiian flavor wings. I thought the wings were cooked and seasoned well. The celery and carrots had a nice crunch and tasted fresh. The fries were a bit undercooked for my liking. I prefer my fries a little crisper, but to each their own. My main complaints here were the time it took to get our order. There were only a few other people in the restaurant who I think all already had their food and it still seemed like it took a long time to get our order. My other complaint would be the wings themselves are on the small side. I rarely dine at WingStop's so both of these complaints may be for WingStop in general and not necessarily anything against this particular location. read more

This is a new location in Belton near the Walmart. The food is amazing and the staff have been amazing. We walked in and was greeted with a smile and helped right away. The food was very well made and perfect temperature. They checked on us periodically and were very attentive to make sure customers were happy. If they keep it up this way I will be a regular customer. read more

We will take our business elsewhere. Do not support this business, or never leave without checking your order. Buffalo Wild Wings delivers and is much better. read more

2 stars is probably generous. I continue to order wings from here only because there are no better options. They get our order wrong about 90% of the time. Often times the cashiers are rude. Don't try calling, you will get put on hold for long periods of time. Anyway, I'll probably order some wings from there today. read more

I ordered wings and fries to-go via the website and specified 7:30pm as the time I'd pick it up. I got there about 7:25pm and the food was sitting on a cart with several other to-go orders...but not under any sort of heat lamp. The bag didn't feel hot at all and the wings were just barely over room temperature. The fries were just in a basket in the bag...not even in a box like the wings, so they were barely room temperature. If a customer is able to specify a time for pick up, then that's when the order needs to be ready...not 5 or 10 minutes before that. I'd much rather have to wait another minute or two and get hot food. I know this is a new location so I hope that they'll get it together soon. I'll probably give them another chance at some point. read more

Great experience. Demeshia was very helpful, explaining which flavors she thought I would enjoy based off what I told her I liked. She was right on point. Wings were fresh, she told me about a combo I didn't know mattered and saved me money. Will definitely go back, and hopefully demeshia is there to help me again. Great job demeshia. And in response to people on the wait time. Order beforehand. Never made sense to me that people will order there then complain about the wait. Wings were gummy and not crispy. Barely any sauce . It's was pretty much like eating plain wings.

I read the reviews and they are all the reasons we don't go there any more. They take forever and the staff does not seem to care at all that it's like this. I would give them zero stars if I could. A few weeks ago I ordered online and the website said it was ready about 10 minutes later. We went in to get the food and not only was it not ready, but we overheard customers in line ahead of us saying that they had been waiting 2 hours for their order. After hearing this, we went to the register to cancel our order and the worker said my refund would be on my card within a day. Long story short it wasn't so we went in again and found out from the manager we had to wait 3-5 business days. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten refunded. Staff was friendly but it must have been everyone's first day. After waiting for 20 min or so I asked about our order and was told it was about to be sauced. Finally after 40 min we got the order only to get home and discover that it was wrong. At least the fries were good but the wings were dryer than leftover thanksgiving turkey. I will not return to a place that can only do fries well. Recommend that you avoid the Belton location. read more

This is a restraunt I would least / last visit ever. I would not even want to push it on my worst enemy. To think I even ate there twice. I am glad I get tested often and cleansed. Your Belton store has some Major customer service issues ! I ordered a family pack of 75 online. Asked for it to be ready by 4:15(I put the ordered around1:50pm). Pulled in right at 4:15pm and food was not ready until 4:30. I didn't check my order because there was two bags full and figured it surely would be correct. I get home and relieze the order was missing several items . 15 lemon pepper wings, cheese fries and the honey mustard sauce I ordered . I called the store and spoke with the manager who assured me the would have the missing items ready by 5:15... As I was getting ready to walk out the door to drive back up I get a call from the Belton wing stop telling me I must bring the entire order back up in order to get my missing items. The problem being is 1.) my family had already starting eating the wings we received, I had been home for 20 minutes before the store called back . 2.) why did the manager not tell me this during the original phone call . 3.) what the is they point of me bringing the food back? 4.) why would I the customer make up the lemon pepper and fries being missing? I could have easily made up a better story and definitely feel as I was being accused of making it up . The rudeness and inexperience of the staff at the Belton store definitely shows . They will be getting back the bags with the eaten food tomorrow since they were so concerned about it !
