This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this location and each time it's always something wrong with my order. I called to make sure they got the online order correct Bbq wings and Louisiana rub and the bbq wings had little to no sauce the Louisiana rub taste like regular chicken no seasoning. I asked for the chicken to be fried well done and again it wasn't. 15 piece wings and they give me 14 drumsticks 1 flat. My husband ordered Wingstop online went to pick it up came back. I had ordered five tenders 81 full tender, ate my second tender halfway through realizing there was a hair in my food. The next day I called to let them know what happened because the day that I had ordered it, and nobody answered the phone so I was explaining myself to a lady and she told me to come in with the food because I had kept it for proof I came in. I have had missing items, wrong orders, and just awful customer service interactions. I called tonight to find out if they are not receiving the full orders. I was told "we put whatever is on the screen in the bag." When I called that out as not being the case for the last three months the response was "heard". I have already spoken to the District manager Andre in the past. This lack of professionalism and accountability needs to be studied. read more

The fries were not as seasoned as I'm used to at other locations, but overall, the food was hot and fresh, even the celery and carrots were cold and fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous. I believe the family was counting their cash, then finding more cash in their pockets and ordering more food.
