Second time here! This is my second time eating Yummy crab the first was a DoorDash order and this recent time was a to go order made inside. The service is amazing! The employees were very nice and helpful! I got the 1/2 pound snow crab and 1/2 pound shrimp with all seasonings and mild and a lemonade. The crab meat was so delicious and soft, full of flavor. The shrimp was nice and tender not overcooked. The potatoes had absorbed all flavors and juices. The corn was nice and sweet and juicy. The butter sauce alone is so delicious!! Everything was so delicious!! The inside is nice and sea themed and is very well decorated. I will say if you want a good seafood boil for a good price Yummy Crab is the place to go. Yall let me tell you... amazing! I have never been at a seafood place where you can choose your seasoning as well as your heat! This alone makes this place amazing! I don't eat the potatoes/corn in boils because I don't like all of my food tasting exactly the same. However, the flavor was on point. Great atmosphere and wonderful service throughout the entire meal. Me: 1/2 lb clams - 1 lb snow crabs (garlic butter and high heat) Son: 1 lb snow crabs - 1 lobster tail (mixed and medium heat) I stole some of that lobstah tail and it was worth every penny!! would eat here every week if I lived closer, go and grab you some! read more

I ordered a seafood boil yesterday and overall it wasn't bad, but they definitely overcooked the crawfish. The shrimp and crawfish were somewhat bland so it seems like they just boiled them and then added the seasoning at the end. Not the best I've had but it's worth a try if you haven't had other seafood boils. read more

AMBIENCE: well decorated, relaxed environment (came in at 1:50pm on Sunday) a little warm, but not hot. So bring a fan if you have one. SERVICE: outstanding! To say the least. Mother's Day was crabby this year. Not like crabby patty moody blues, but more like finger lickin' seafood crabby. Yummy Crab comes off the checklist. We had some good food. If we ever come back, maybe we would not get the unusuals; like the shrimp fried rice. Just stick to the Cajun stuff. The menu is pretty good. The service was friendly too, but they were short staffed. There were a few things our waitress kept forgetting. Recently came here with my family for dinner - this place is definitely a must for any seafood lovers in the area! Our waitress was absolutely the sweetest person and did a great job of checking in with us and making sure we were enjoying everything (spoiler: we were!) I also really appreciated the decor, which was very much themed after a classic marina restaurant with hanging "fish", buoys, anchors, etc... a classic nautical theme! Parking is spacious (I mean, it's Temple...), and there were booths, tables, and bar seating available. I have celiac's and really appreciated that they offered boiled seafood in addition to their fried basket options. While my sister and dad each ordered a fried catfish and fried shrimp basket and subbed the fries for hush puppies, my mom and I split a combo (C1) of 1/2 lb of snow crab and 1/2 lb of shrimp with the garlic butter and a mild spice. The boiled snow crab and shrimp came in a tied off plastic bag with the most amazing garlic butter sauce that had sizable pieces of chopped garlic. I was a little disappointed with the quantity of potatoes and corn (2 small potatoes and 1/2 cob of corn), as I would have expected several potatoes and maybe a full corn cob, and that's really the only reason I reduced a star. Went here for dinner and Oh what a mistake!! Service was terrible! We walked in, sign said "Wait to be seated" there was a young girl behind the bar drawing...never made eye contact we stood there for about 8 minutes (that should've been my sign to leave) then we get seated our waitress "Haley" claimed she was new and didn't know much. We asked a few questions about the menu to no avail. Ordered cheese sticks, wings & fried rice. Cheese sticks were good, wings a complete disappointment! The buffalo wings had no color, meaning barely any sauce! Ridiculous. Shrimp fried rice was ok but $15 is quite steep for this plate! Had to walk to the bar to request my own fork - service was pitiful! Definitely wouldn't recommend! Waste of $46!! Ordering online was super easy. It was ready when I arrived. I ordered a pound of shrimp seasoned with all mixed and added corn. When the pieces of shrimp were thoroughly cooked, the food was good. Good. It could've been great if the seasoning wasn't soo buttery because all I could taste was butter and there wasn't much seasoning to dip my shrimp in to. It would've been amazing if ALL of my shrimp were cooked not just half of them. This made the shrimp taste rubbery and hard to peel. I seriously debated this place based off of previous reviews and I would say that it's a 50/50 chance your expectations will be met. I think my order would say the same. read more

We waited 45 min and then once seated waited another 20 for the raw oysters to come out... they arrived with no cocktail sauce, 2 packs of saltines for a party of 4... no utensils to put the garnishes on the oysters and when I asked for crackers, sauce and some utensils the waitress was so irritated lol. My daughter orders 1/2 pound of crab with corn/potatoes and 2 eggs- she did not receive her eggs and she asked for it to be spicy - she got no spice ‍ I ordered a half pound of snow crab with garlic butter and old bay to share with my youngest but it def was not enough to share and it was wayyyyy too salty. My husband said his shrimp and mussels were okay- the seafood was fresh I will give them that. It's just flavor- it's not there. I hope this place makes it, I really do. okay i'll admit that i've been sleeping on yummy crab, and even ventured out further in hopes of finding what i wanted, so with that being said after trying several different crab/ crawfish boils that in my opinion are my one hit wonders lol, i found just what i had been searching for in yummy crab!!! now i ordered a basic boil to go garlic butter with high hopes after failed expectations from the one hit wonders lol. only to be thoroughly satisfied with my order and the quality of sea food i was given, everything was fresh and steamed to perfection as an authentic sea food boil should be prepared, and seasoned to your liking not actually boiling everything in seasoned water, i digress, anyway i stopped eating to write this review so its definitely the truth after seasoning to my liking, cause i know it's lights out once i'm done. happily eating read more
