Food was fantastic! Boursin balls were spot on. All in all a great experience. Thanks.

We love crawfish and this place definitely gets a high rating from us. While exploring Belton I…read morenoticed this place on Google Maps, and confirmed their hours and location on their Facebook to make sure they were really there and open. We went here on a Sunday in late May (which is really getting to the end of crawfish season) for a late lunch when most other places had already closed for the day, we were the only ones there but saw a couple people get to go orders. They had a large covered area with picnic tables with buckets for the empty crawfish shells. We tried the "combo" (which came with 2 lbs crawfish, shrimp, corn, potatoes and sausage) to get a taste of their flavor. We did ask for no sausage in it and they said they would just sub corn or potatoes for it, but then didn't which was disappointing. However, the flavor and spice was perfect for us; lots of garlic! Lots of BIG ones too! We liked It enough that before we left Belton we went back and got 5 lbs of just crawfish to go to eat at home; unfortunately the 5 pounds we brought home were not as spicy and flavorful as the 1st batch we got; but we still really enjoyed it and it was a great value- the price per pound was less than anywhere else I've been in a while. We would definitely come back here if we pass through Belton again!

We were aware his hours said opens at 12. The guy said he would be there at 9 to have the order ready 10 as agreed. We showed up there and the guy wasn't there. We waited 45 minutes and even called many times, but no answer. I find this service unacceptable. If you are a business and you agree on something with your customers please honor it. It makes it very hard to find things at last minute to fulfill my event when I made the order in enough time for it to be ready. I don't recommend this place for events or large orders

We ordered the garlic chicken and Island Style Fried Noodles (classic local style fried saimin). Both of these plates are very flavorful and delicious. We ordered musubis as well and they were good. It was nice to see furikake being used on the rice, you don't see too many people using furikake on rice anymore, probably cause it's so expensive lol. This place also sells Aloha brand juice. The potato mac that came with these plates were amazing. They all tasted just like they should from Hawaii. Braddah Shon running the lunch truck is super friendly and helpful. Located in a little food truck lot near the Train Musuem. There is a little partly covered area to dine on as well as other food trucks, but they were closed. Not too many parking that I've seen available, but we were able to park on the streets. Don't forget to get a stamp card which you can claim a free plate after 10 plates. Will definitely be back should we come to Temple again.

I had the Chicken Katsu and my husband ordered the Island Style Noodles. We were really pleased with both. The rice that came with the Chicken Katsu was AMAZING. The food was a bit rich for me, so I couldn't finish everything, but it made incredible leftovers. Our wait was a little long considering nobody else was there at the time. We waited about 15 minutes for our orders. But, it was clearly made to order and you could taste that in every bite. We'll absolutely try this place again if it comes back to the neighborhood.
