Reading other reviews on here, I have had opposite experience with the service I received today. The waitress was quick to serve us to our seats and promptly ordered our drinks. Sure service can be a little slow, but the food was great. Look at the size of those wings. I feel like you're getting exactly what you pay for. The vibes are always great at bdubs. When you consider a place for a late night dinner(9pm) always consider the ambience. If i wasn't blind to hunger pangs, I would have noticed the emptiness on this Friday night. We placed our order for unlimited appetizers and 2 orders of 15 piece of boneless wings. Which on a busy day I would understand if it took an hour. Here I am writing to you all still waiting for my food and it is 12:00am. We ordered a voodoo ranger and had to argue with the waitress to show her the difference between a blue moon and a voodoo ranger. Update: It is 12:08 and I have received food however the food received was incorrect. I dont know if the cook decided to be completely incompetent or left his/her brain cells at the door. We received tenders instead of boneless wings. 2nd update: We asked for the check and it was a complete mess. So it seems the cook has spread his/her incompetence amongst the staff. If I knew I was going to come into a pandemic I'd be wearing a mask. The table next to us asked for a manager. I have ordered from this location a couple of times and it is always the same issue. The long wait times. I placed an order for 12 wings. And came to pick it up 30 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes at the hostess stand for them to bring me the wings I ordered. It was not busy. Maybe at 30% capacity. The management of this establishment needs to be better and the workers need to be trained better. Horrible. 5:39 pm dinner. Onion Ring came out we had no napkins, ketchup was empty. Then our meal arrived. My burger and fries were on the cool side. My wife only received 9 wings vs the 10 she ordered. She had asked for ranch with the wings that never came out had to request it twice. I never received silverware the entire time. Still no napkins had to ask again. We were sitting in a booth and every time the HVAC would kick in it was so cold so we asked our waiter to adjust the temp or please move us . My wife had to cover her food with a napkin (she took a video of the napkin blowing because of the HVAC) He came back and said that the corp offices are the only ones who can adjust the temp in the restaurant. Went after graduation ceremony last night with a party of 10. Everyone at my table received their food except me! The waitress kept saying my food was coming & IT NEVER CAME! Why? Told it would be 1.5 hour wait. Ok fine so I go outside and watch from patio while I wait for my seat. The patio is filled with people who ate long before and are just sitting and ordering drinks and watching the event. There are 3 tables open nobody there that they won't seat because they have "only 4 servers" um what?! For one if a manager had even walked around he would have seen what little effort was required to maintain the patio folks and made the call to sit 3 more parties instead of making them wait for 2 hours. Yes 2 hours was how long it took to get seated. I sat at an un-bussed table for 2 hours while the people who already ate hung out and required no upkeep. I took this as maybe she is new and needed time to learn. We came back a week later and nothing has changed. The bartender is still terrible at her job and in fact she seemed to be trying to get rid of us. We barely anything to eat or drink before she tried to give us our check. After moving for two days and only snacking on food all day I finally finished after 11 so I came to buffalo in hopes for a good meal. I ordered online and waited 30 minutes. Getting to the restaurant I still had to wait because my fries were ready.(ok cool) I get home and literally all of my food was cold ( I had to put it in the oven cold) and I didn't get one single ranch. Again we ordered to go while working at the hospital and they again messed up our order. My co workers ordered traditional half and half and they make half boneless with some season thrown on top and another with no season on it at all. My husband's a great fan of buffalo wild wings. Today we tried jamming jalapeño in traditional wings and Caribbean jerk on boneless wings. They were great. The jamming jalapeño is a bit sweet one. As we both love spicy flavours, we loved Caribbean jerk. It was great. The fries were well done. We had ordered blueberry mint lemonade, it was good. All in all great friday nite dinner.
