Tenders... not boneless wings... also a side note... tenders don't come sauced.

When you consider a place for a late night dinner(9pm) always consider the ambience. If i wasn't blind to hunger pangs, I would have noticed the emptiness on this Friday night. We placed our order for unlimited appetizers and 2 orders of 15 piece of boneless wings. Which on a busy day I would understand if it took an hour. Here I am writing to you all still waiting for my food and it is 12:00am. We ordered a voodoo ranger and had to argue with the waitress to show her the difference between a blue moon and a voodoo ranger. Update: It is 12:08 and I have received food however the food received was incorrect. I dont know if the cook decided to be completely incompetent or left his/her brain cells at the door. We received tenders instead of boneless wings. 2nd update: We asked for the check and it was a complete mess. So it seems the cook has spread his/her incompetence amongst the staff. If I knew I was going to come into a pandemic I'd be wearing a mask. The table next to us asked for a manager. We also asked for one just so we can get an idea of what happened. 3rd update: The manager is MIA, someone send team seal six, Rambo, Arnold Schwarzenegger, anyone at this point. The table next to us just took their loss and they left. I am feeling the same, I can't wait for another 2 hours just for some wings. Conclusion: I sit at home, disheartened by a meal of bland, uninspired tenders--left questioning the choices that led me here. Thank you, Buffalo Wild Wings of Temple, Texas, for an experience as forgettable as the flavor on my plate. Next time I find myself in a small town where only one out of thirty locals chooses a particular restaurant, I'll take it as a quiet warning... and dine elsewhere.

    Mac & Cheese

This is the worst meal I've had in a long time.. ordered through DoorDash and this is just unacceptable you can tell the cooks do not care at all!! Macaroni is 70% cheese 30% noodles just terrible

Great service and great food. My 10 piece traditional and fries was great. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. I'll be back.

Got naked tenders for $13 and this is what I got! These tenders were super small! Looked like they cut one full tender into 3 pieces

    Rotten, slimy celery.

Sent rotten celery sticks. Slimy and gross! What employee thought "yea, these are ok" worst part...we paid extra for it.

    Asian zing boneless wings

Absolutely delicious boneless wings. The Asian zing is the best flavor but honey barbecue is awesome as well. The carrots are crisp and crunchy. The ranch is creamy and flavorful as well. The flavor of Asian zing is sweet with a dash of spicy heat that tantalizes the tastebuds in a delightful flavorful dance. The Thursday specials are great for boneless wings as well!

Horrible. 5:39 pm dinner. Onion Ring came out we had no napkins, ketchup was empty. Then our meal arrived. My burger and fries were on the cool side. My wife only received 9 wings vs the 10 she ordered. She had asked for ranch with the wings that never came out had to request it twice. I never received silverware the entire time. Still no napkins had to ask again. We were sitting in a booth and every time the HVAC would kick in it was so cold so we asked our waiter to adjust the temp or please move us . My wife had to cover her food with a napkin (she took a video of the napkin blowing because of the HVAC) He came back and said that the corp offices are the only ones who can adjust the temp in the restaurant. I'm not making this up. The waiter was one of the worst we have ever had. We will never visit a BWW again. I'm surprised they have a 2 star at this location

Ordered Wild Burger via Doordash. Sadly disappointed with an undercooked Burger.

Service is always lacking. Last 2 visits my wife and I have walked out after not being waited on for over 10 minutes.

We were excited to come back to 3West when they finally reopened after the tornado, but…read moreunfortunately our first trip back had room for improvement. My Think Pink drink was good, but overpriced. They don't have prices on the cocktail menu, and this felt more like a $9 drink than the $12 it turned out to be. My husband's beer was very well priced, I thought, at $6.50 for an IPA. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It wasn't tossed in buffalo sauce, just unevenly drizzled on top so the full sandwich wasn't covered. He asked for a side of sauce to finish the job and we were charged $0.50 for it. He was also charged $0.50 for a side of ranch for his fries. In general, I just don't agree with charging for condiments. I had the Alehouse Burger and it was fine. It had a bacon tomato jam so I thought it would be okay without condiments, but it was dry. It needed pickles. None of the burgers on the menu had pickles. Burgers should have pickles. We weren't given a kid's menu when we were sat, so I thought they didn't have one (it's a pub, I get it), and I tried to just order a side of mashed potatoes for my son. Our server was cool with it and was able to ring it in (because she later had to take it off the ticket) but the kitchen told her they don't serve individual sides which is very odd to me. You have a button for it on the POS, you can serve a side on an entree plate, so just put that amount on a side plate. It seems like a very easy way to cater to your customers. The sun really shines through those back windows in the evening. Some pull down shades would be a huge improvement. It's a beautiful view, but not when the sun is setting and blazing into your retinas. Overall, food was mid, prices were a little too high across the board, service, as always, was great.

We were the only ones there for awhile so I was getting nervous as to why lol ... but the place filled up pretty quick . They had some giveaways on the Super Bowl, who doesn't like free stuff ! Nashville hot wings were HOT and bangin!!! The pulled pork fries were good too !! Our bartender was quick and friendly , the manager came around a few times to check on us and she was cool as well. Decent beer selection. I'd come back another time as they have a lot of beer, some mixed drinks and what seemed to be a pretty big menu ! Big place. Lots of seating. Lots of TVs. A huge 4 section 1 at the bar for game time

You have the preference to pick lakeside, so we chose that and were seated outdoors with a view of Belton Lake. Upon getting seated, we orderered the Calamari, the Crab Cakes, the Fried Catfish, Shrimp and Grits, Salmon Salad, and the burger. I also got their Sunrise Tequila cocktail (as they were out of the sunset margarita that I had initially wanted to try). I loved my shrimp and grits! The dish was super tasty, and the grits were cheesy and delicious. The fried catfish was also great, and the calamari appetizer was shared amongst the four of us. I do not think I liked the crab cake as much, but it was still pretty good. My personal preference at least. My boyfriend ordered a soda, and it was nice that they let you get a collectible cup for your soda to go as well! Would come again!

This restaurant has SO MUCH POTENTIAL yet it falls short every time I go. This last time we went…read more(6/20/26) it was for a new reason. It was in the mid 80s and over 50% humidity outside. We were wanting to sit outside for the amazing view. We are led to the table closest to the back door. The misters were on like an indoor sprinkler fire suppression system. I'm talking soaking wet everything. Our table was getting misted and the chairs on the mister side had puddles of water on the seats. This is because the humidity outside was too high for misters to be effective (they cool air via evaporation- it was too humid for this to occur). We asked our waitress (who was great) if we could get the misters turned down or off since they were not making it any cooler and just getting everything soaking wet and she said she didn't want to get in trouble. I said they could be mad at us and just tell the manager the misters are getting everything wet. She gave the impression that she'd asked this several times before and management denied customer requests to turn them off. It was so soaking wet the floor had a "caution wet floor" sign on it, which means management was aware of the state of the situation and did nothing. ? Management, if the misters are resulting in wet surfaces, that means the mist is not evaporating, and the misters are not working. This is a very simple concept. There are other things that could be improved. Once the sun started setting we were getting blinded so we all moved to the other side of the table facing away from the sun (and the lake). This is an easy fix- install some shades! This is a double solution as they can be used to retain warmth in cold weather. Overall the food was really good. The gumbo was weirdly gelatinous and did NOT TASTE LIKE traditional gumbo- I'm from southeast Texas, from a long line of Cajun cooks. It tasted more like gravy and had a gravy texture. Not really edible. The snapper was delicious. The basil cream sauce was a smart choice, but it also was way too thick and had a goopy, non-pourable texture. Seemed like too much cornstarch was added. I ordered a bahama mama and asked for the alcohol on the side because I've felt the drinks are skimped here in the past, and they only gave me 1 shot of rum when the menu says there is a light and a dark rum shot in the drink. Waitress said the drink already had the coconut rum in it- definitely didn't taste like it. Plus, I've asked for this before and they did bring out 2 shots, so I think I just got skimped which is per usual. There was also a 6-ish y/o little boy who spent about 20-30 mins running and stomping up and down the deck right alongside our table. He was enjoying himself stomping in the mister puddles. Not his fault that he wasn't being supervised or contained; his parents were somewhere way far away out of eye and earshot. I saw waitresses notice, but no one made the effort to get this child's parents to corral him back to their table. We love kids so this wasn't as big of a deal as it could have been. So much potential, so many oversights. I believe in this place and I know they can improve!
