We weren't given a kid's menu when we were sat, so I thought they didn't have one (it's a pub, I get it), and I tried to just order a side of mashed potatoes for my son. Our server was cool with it and was able to ring it in (because she later had to take it off the ticket) but the kitchen told her they don't serve individual sides which is very odd to me. You have a button for it on the POS, you can serve a side on an entree plate, so just put that amount on a side plate. It seems like a very easy way to cater to your customers. The sun really shines through those back windows in the evening. Some pull down shades would be a huge improvement.
