Place very clean inside, no where to sit and eat. Order online and pick up was quick, staff was nice and provided wet wipes and I like the squeezable ketchup. Make it easier to eat and mess free. Got lemon pepper boneless and it was hot and fresh when it came out. Fries good and some were long which I liked. read more

Wingstop - Extremely salty - Chicken Wings Near Me - San Francisco, California

First time trying a Wingstop and probably my last. Got a classic 6pc combo (side of fries and drink) for $18.50 which seems like a ripoff. Whereas the fries and chicken were tasty, both were way over salted. Not only that, but I only received 5 pc instead of 6 which I only discovered after getting home. Considering all, there are too many options at a better price for me to ever try this chain again. read more

I do have a problem when getting wings tho. I want to try sooooo many flavors. Due to that, getting the 20 for $20 deal was the best option. For the food holiday, they were giving away a free order of 5 wings, so they credited back the mexican street ones. I've had wingstop many times, so very familiar with most of the flavors. I always get mango habanero cuz for some reason, I like that combo of sweet and spicy. Atomic is also always on the menu as I like my heat. For the no spice end, we always get lemon pepper and garlic parm since the hubby likes those two. Everything in between depends on mood and how many wings we order. But typically stay with savory and spicy and avid anything that sounds too sweet. There were twoo flavors I had not seen before, so we decided to try - mexican street and hot honey. I thin they were trying to emulate elote with the mexican street. It was okay. It's a better combo with corn. The hot honey was just not my thing. It wasn't hot enough to cut into the honey for me. When we got out order, we realized we did not get fries. I ordered thru the Wingstop website, so I had to call the location. They said they would issue a refund which they did. But the sucky thing was, I ordered cheese for the fries. And now I had two sides of cheese for no reason. Plus, when they refund stuff, I hate how tip isn't factored in, and whatever other fees are charged based on subtotal. Oh well, at least we got the wings. Wingstop is pretty consistent, so you know what you're getting when you order. Just wished I got the fries. But it didn't sound like they were open to redelivering just french fries. This is always hit or miss. This time I went in after placing my order online. The board showed that my order was ready. The woman who was standing behind the counter was just standing there and not taking orders or handing out orders that were ready. They were about 10 people waiting. She finally started asking people who they were picking up for and she got two done and then got distracted again. She kept looking past me and asking the person behind me what their name were. She finally got to me and said that my order wasn't ready yet. She handed out two other orders and I pointed out that the board shows that my order is ready and she finally found my order right at eye level. No new orders were being taken. Both registers were closed and a second employee was on the phone for quite a while. I have not yet checked to see if my order is correct but the customer service was definitely awful tonight. read more

First time at Wingstop and was pretty happy. I ordered online for pickup and it was ready when I got there. This location doesn't have any seating so you just grab and go. I ordered a 2pc chicken tenders (hot honey) and seasoned fries (cajun). The fries were not good lol, just super limp and soft. Thankfully the ketchup saved it a bit, but still pretty disappointing -- wouldn't get again. Chicken tenders were fire though, perfectly crunchy on the outside. Flavor was good, though I'm not sure if it really tasted like hot honey. Overall would definitely get the tenders again and try a different flavor. read more

Everyone knows what Wingstop taste likes so this review is more of the location's service. Mobile orders are so convenient and quick here I can order as I'm stepping out of the house or about to check out at one of the stores in Westlake and by the time I arrive, my order is ready. The staff are also nice and friendly and the location looks clean every time I go. read more

The customer service here is horrible. The same worker messed up my order on three separate occasions. The first time, they forgot my fries. The second time, they gave me ranch and cheese sauce instead of blue cheese and honey mustard sauce. The third time, they gave me ranch again instead of blue cheese. When I asked them to correct their mistake, they became defensive and accusatory. read more

I was lazy, and I was going thru my tik tok and found a posting of the hot box limited edition for 4/20 to 4/25. The wings comes with a cheese spicy sauce which was amazing. The meal also comes with fries and a drink for $12.99. I also ordered the bundle which comes with 20 pieces of boneless chicken. 4 different sauces fries and you can choose 2 different sauces. For the flavors I choose lemon pepper, garlic parmasean, honey habanero and Louisiana dry spice.the wings are was so good and nicely fried. The sauce was amazing. It was not overly cheese or spicy sauce. It was really Good. It also had little orange powder. Not quiet sure what it was but it was perfect. But I ordered lemon pepper and garlic Parmasean but when I opened the box it didnt look like it was the right order. The packaging was nicely packaged. They kept the sauce boneless chicken in one box and the dry chicken in one. I asked for the fries to be extra crunchy. And when I got the order it was soggy. And I know I didn't wait to pick the order up because I got there and was waiting. And I saw the staff put it on the rack. So I know my order should have been freshed. I hope they make the hot box cheese and spicy sauce permanent. read more

Ordered online through the app and pick up was easy and fast. The wings were perfect and delicious. I went with the mango habanero which is by far the best flavor they have. Each bite is flavored with a sweet and spicy tang. If you like spice you will enjoy these. I was curious about their corn and got that as well. It was good but kinda pricy for corn. It's good to try but I don't think I'd order again. My order came with fries which I lm not really a big fan of. I prefer my fries with a bit of crunch and sometimes these come out soggy. Lucky I went home and put them in my air fryer for a bit to crisp them up and they tasted pretty good. I always check to make sure they added the ranch - one time I ordered (at a different location) and they forgot the ranch. The ranch is so rich, flavorful, and worth the hype. It taste homemade. Overall I was happy with my order, the process, and will be back when I get a craving for some wings. read more

This is for the manager or someone in charge of this store. I'm complaining because on Friday, February 27th, I went to buy food and I found that a cashier who served me was drunk and smelled strongly of alcohol. I even joked with him, telling him he was providing good service, and asked him his name. He said it was Eder. Honestly, I don't think it's fair to have staff in that state of intoxication. I would like you to take this into account. I am not satisfied with the service. read more

Wow, this is a great location with a scenic view (see Figure 1) that just recently opened, and there are lots of people ordering here. It seems popular already, and the locals are in the know. They do have the deal for 20 wings in up to 4 flavors and a large side, which is what I got. Service was great and straightforward with nice, friendly people! That made the pick up experience a good one (see Figure 2)! Yep, we got the mango habanero and the Louisiana rub. Also, the lemon pepper and Hawaiian. Chow, read more

Wingstop - Fig. 1: Great, scenic location! It's tucked away in its own unique part of town. - Chicken Wings Near Me - San Francisco, California

My recommendation is that you order for pickup or delivery. If you come by to order in person and wait, it may take you a while to wait for your order. My pup and I made that mistake the first time we visited and waited a while to get our sandwich combo. The ambiance of the place is counter, small wait area. No dine in. Clean. Service was nice. I find everything to be salty but I still enjoyed some of the wings once in a while. What I loved is that I can opt for some fresh celery sticks! This location is in a small neighborhood mall, so parking is relatively easy. read more

I personally love Wingstop for late night, easy pick up dinners or for just some fast food. They have good deals so you can get a good price. The service is pretty quick but since it is so popular there can be a long line. The ambiance is just your basic fast food restaurant look. I personally get their boneless wings deal which comes with 20 wings and fries. My three favorite flavors are their lemon pepper, Hawaiian, and garlic Parmesan. If you are looking for some good wings packed with flavor to go this is definitely your place read more

I came here for the first time It was so crowded and I thought it is going to be great experience. There are lots of people organizing food . And I ordered boneless wings with pepper lemon garlic flavor. It was not good at all . So dry and TOO salty Oh my goodness. Why you add this much salt on the food . That is ridiculous. I will never go back there . But the only 2 star I am giving is because of the employee behind the cashier. He was a young gentleman. I didn't get his name . He was so friendly , professional snd very efficient. read more

Came here today and got the 30 pieces chicken wings(bones in) meal. Damn, it's expensive.. hahaha.. They are small as heck and dried. Got the bbq, garlic and one other flavor which I totally forgot what it was. The bbq was ok but nothing special. The garlic has no garlic and not much flavor. It came with fries which had a nice flavor to it. Place was clean but small. No table so take out only. The cashier that helped us was really really nice. Lots of kids come here and they were very respectful to other which is always good thing. 3 stars cuz the cashier was nice and the fries tasted good but the Chicken wings is a no no for me. Normally, I don't review chain places let alone sing their praises, but you gotta give credit where credit is due. So Wingstop recently opened up in my neighborhood and only recently did I reluctantly order from them. I was hankering for some wings but given how late it was and the limited places still open, I said why not. I was more than pleasantly surprised not only at the value of the meal but the taste and quality of their wings. Have you ever had ridiculously overcooked wings that resembled jerky? Then you know there is a certain amount of finesse and care in properly cooking them. It's something I didn't know they could do but they sure showed me otherwise. Got an order of the cajun wings - well seasoned, a little bit of heat, paprika-y, sweet, crispy, and moist. Winner. And an order of the garlic parmesan - again well seasoned, the familiar smell of garlic and parm was expected, but the melted parm was a first and made me a fan of that flavor. Now I know this place is still new and they maybe trying a little harder because of it, but regardless of the reason take advantage of how good Wingstop wings can be. And with upcoming Niner games, Warrior games, and World Series, I know I will. read more

I was super excited when this location opened up near me. I was traveling further to the Daly City location before. I've ordered through the mobile app 4 times already and 2 out of 4 orders were either missing something or incorrect. One of the orders was missing my side of cajun corn. My second order that was incorrect was I ordered my wings "well done" and they were way undercooked and soggy. The order was also missing my side order of fries. I'm going to stop coming to this location since they can't get my order right and go back to the Daly City location. Good luck with your orders! read more

Do not go to this wing-stop location! Sloat Lakeshore They don't care to greet customers. Came in and already a group of people in line and waiting for pick up. No workers out on the floor for more than 7-10 minutes. There was more than five pick up people behind me and none of the 3 or 4 workers that I saw were coming up to the floor to ask for any names. More than 6 pickup bag were waiting there on their rack. The lady taking orders went through like four orders and finished, then after came to take names. Not one other employee in the back came to take names. The chubby lady taking orders asked for names. I was greeted with sass. At this point there were more than 15 people waiting. I had my wife go in, she also said she was ignored and was given attitude by the same woman. My wife specifically said, That she was ignored. That the worker was asking Hispanic people for their order even though my wife had been standing waiting there for 10 minutes. She said she was ignored. When my wife gave her name and showing them the order They said they don't understand english. I was sitting in there for more than 10 minutes. So was my wife. I had ordered my food more than 30 minutes prior. We waited 40 minutes for wings. That I didn't even get. I had to call to cancel. I could not give them my money with that shit service. At that point I wasn't even hungry. This was my second time at Wingstop, and I will never go back again. Horrible service. read more

I just tried the new hot honey rub wings and I love it! It's probably my second favorite flavor from Wingstop now! I just wish it's hotter, I wish there's like a "xxxxtra hot honey rub" flavor lol but it's still good. Love the sweetness and a kick of hotness even that's barely noticeable for me. But I like to dip them in the atomic sauce then blue cheese to get the best flavor. The lemon pepper wings are always and and probably forever my favorite, I just can't get over it. I like to dip them in the lemon pepper sauce (that's right double lemon pepper double the flavor) then atomic sauce then blue cheese, nothing compares to it. The atomic sauce is such a must have since it's the only sauce that's kinda hot (still not hot enough for me) but enough to satisfy my love to hot wings. I always prefer dry rub wings so that's why I like to get the sauce on the side. Both wings tasted fresh out of the the fryer and super crispy and fulled of aroma of fried chicken skin, it's so good. The Cajun corn is never disappointed too, juicy and not dry. I always get them with extra seasonings, then add my own lime juice, it's so good to eat it like that. Veggie sticks are pretty fresh too, palate cleansing. I don't really like the Louisiana rub sauce, it's the first time I got it, but I don't know if the wings with that flavor would be good, so I might try it in the future. They did give me the wrong drink, I hope they can be more careful next time. read more

First time coming here. Was really excited since it's been years since I've had Wingstop. Location is way better than Daly City, especially with all the parking spots. There isn't anywhere to sit but that's honestly fine with me. Rather eat it at home anyways. So I gave 3 stars since the food lacked seasoning all around. The fries were soggy, despite seeing them bring out the bag from the kitchen. I had three different kind of flavor wings; lemon pepper, hot honey, and Louisiana rub. I couldn't taste the difference between the wings honestly. All just tasted like original chicken without any seasoning. Guess it may be good for my sodium but that was why I treated myself x :( read more
