This is always hit or miss. This time I went in after placing my order online. The board showed that my order was ready. The woman who was standing behind the counter was just standing there and not taking orders or handing out orders that were ready. They were about 10 people waiting. She finally started asking people who they were picking up for and she got two done and then got distracted again. She kept looking past me and asking the person behind me what their name were. She finally got to me and said that my order wasn't ready yet. She handed out two other orders and I pointed out that the board shows that my order is ready and she finally found my order right at eye level. No new orders were being taken. Both registers were closed and a second employee was on the phone for quite a while. I thin they were trying to emulate elote with the mexican street. It was okay. It's a better combo with corn. The hot honey was just not my thing. It wasn't hot enough to cut into the honey for me. When we got out order, we realized we did not get fries. I ordered thru the Wingstop website, so I had to call the location. They said they would issue a refund which they did. But the sucky thing was, I ordered cheese for the fries. And now I had two sides of cheese for no reason. No workers out on the floor for more than 7-10 minutes. There was more than five pick up people behind me and none of the 3 or 4 workers that I saw were coming up to the floor to ask for any names. More than 6 pickup bag were waiting there on their rack. The lady taking orders went through like four orders and finished, then after came to take names. Not one other employee in the back came to take names. The chubby lady taking orders asked for names. I was greeted with sass. At this point there were more than 15 people waiting. I had my wife go in, she also said she was ignored and was given attitude by the same woman. My wife specifically said, That she was ignored. That the worker was asking Hispanic people for their order even though my wife had been standing waiting there for 10 minutes. She said she was ignored. When my wife gave her name and showing them the order They said they don't understand english. I was sitting in there for more than 10 minutes. So was my wife. I had ordered my food more than 30 minutes prior. We waited 40 minutes for wings. That I didn't even get. I had to call to cancel. I could not give them my money with that shit service. I was super excited when this location opened up near me. I was traveling further to the Daly City location before. I've ordered through the mobile app 4 times already and 2 out of 4 orders were either missing something or incorrect. One of the orders was missing my side of cajun corn. My second order that was incorrect was I ordered my wings "well done" and they were way undercooked and soggy. The order was also missing my side order of fries. I just tried the new hot honey rub wings and I love it! It's probably my second favorite flavor from Wingstop now! I just wish it's hotter, I wish there's like a "xxxxtra hot honey rub" flavor lol but it's still good. Love the sweetness and a kick of hotness even that's barely noticeable for me. But I like to dip them in the atomic sauce then blue cheese to get the best flavor. The lemon pepper wings are always and and probably forever my favorite, I just can't get over it. I like to dip them in the lemon pepper sauce (that's right double lemon pepper double the flavor) then atomic sauce then blue cheese, nothing compares to it. The atomic sauce is such a must have since it's the only sauce that's kinda hot (still not hot enough for me) but enough to satisfy my love to hot wings. I always prefer dry rub wings so that's why I like to get the sauce on the side. Both wings tasted fresh out of the the fryer and super crispy and fulled of aroma of fried chicken skin, it's so good. The Cajun corn is never disappointed too, juicy and not dry. I always get them with extra seasonings, then add my own lime juice, it's so good to eat it like that.
