We live right across the street, and for some reason, took us almost a year to finally step inside Lost Resort, and we LOVE LOST RESORT. Couldn't have asked for a better neighborhood spot. We came to watch the Super Bowl actually and the place was wonderfully spacious, no cramped bar chaos, just a great vibe with plenty of room to settle in. Since we weren't really in a drinking mood (didn't need a monday hangover haha), we kept it simple with beers - I got a Humble Sea IPA and it was exactly what I wanted! That said, the cocktail menu looked absolutely fabulous and we're already plotting our next visit to actually dig into it properly. And the food - Lost Resort really impressed us. The burger was outstanding, the chicken sandwich was outstanding, and the fish and chips were OMG-level good. Perfectly crispy, generous, the kind of bar food that makes you wonder why more places can't just nail the classics like this :) Genuinely can't wait to come back. Having this place across the street feels like a gift!

There's nothing like a bar conveniently located near the laundromat! In between transferring clothes between washer and ryer, I was also sipping on a cute cocktail, thanks to Lost Resort.' Arrived around 1pm and we were greeted by the lovely bartender. She was super nice and personable. We put in orders for drinks that came out pretty fast. I opted for the Highland Peach and it was exactly what I wanted; fruity, refreshing and perfect for the relaxed day we were having. For food, beaux got the raw oysters while I had the baked ones. Mine were super yummy. Anything with melted cheese is a winner for me, and this was great. The place was super cute and dog friendly too. I absolutely loved the nautical vibes. It's a cute spot to grab cocktails and small bites for a snack/girl dinner. I checked it out today and I really enjoyed the drink I picked out it was a mixture of bitter, fruity and refreshing which is something I always go for so I'm glad I picked it. The server recommended it so shoutout to them haha. I think this a really cool spot to chill with some friends in this scenario I came with a group of girls and had a blast. Will definitely come back again soon
Such a cute atmosphere with nautical theming and old music videos playing on the TV. The food and drinks were both yummy, nothing spectacularly standout except for maybe the fries. They were pretty busy on a Saturday evening, but the they took our order at the table and brought the food out. Though it's a bar, it's definitely somewhere you can grab a meal and there were kids/families around too. The one thing is that there's only a single bathroom stall, so that line was really long. Probably not an issue on a quieter night. Overall, would come back if I'm in the area again but might not go out of my way for it over other great options in the city.
It's my first time here.. I'm just hungry at late night so I stop by before kitchen close , lucky me I ordered Mac and cheese, it's so good I definitely come back for Mac and cheese again. And crispy fish tacos. The service is very nice and friendly.
Great spot for drinks and some food. It's a relaxed spot with a beautiful patio in the back. The service is always kind. Our server suggested the nachos and they were great! I would highly suggest this spot and plan to come back.
I love this place. Every time I end up in the city I stop by Lost Resort, their drinks are fantastic. My go to is Flight to Boston and Lost Resort. Don't skip on their food, the chicken sando is massive and the yuzu slaw was such a good flavor!
Super cool vibe place. Was coming to San Fran for Dia De Los Muertos and was looking for a chill spot for apps and drinks before the main and this was it. The nachos were good but the fries were the business. So so good. Highly recommend for a chill Sunday night.
Went in on a Monday evening for some drinks and bites. The place was calm and not very crowded. Sat at the bar and started with the Antidote, spicy, which was delicious. I also had their oyster shots, which I feel I have not come across anywhere else in the south bay and San Francisco. Went with the Lost Resort for the second drink and it was very good. My husband had the Yacht Rock which had a subtle coconut vibe and fries chicken which was good as well. The vibe was chill and had an overall nice time.
Lost Resort is probably one of my favorite bar/bites in the city. I've been coming here since they opened and they keep getting better. Food and cocktails are both satisfying and consistent. Always a good atmosphere.
A really cute spot that's not too rowdy or crowded even for a Superbowl final! I really liked the indoor and outdoor back patio space, and the patio was still pretty warm even though it was outdoors. Good selection of drinks, unfortunately no happy hour on the weekends but reasonable prices and good service. We got a few of the cocktails (they were strong ~~)! Overall a really good time and nice ambience. Didn't drink the food but would be interested in trying it next time.

Went here for my birthday a few weeks ago, and absolutely loved the place. Great neighborhood spot for cocktails and food. Every neighborhood needs a spot like this. This place has so much going on. It makes it ideal for so many different things. Hot day? Want to bring your doggie?? They have an airy patio and a bunch of cute tables out front. The patio is covered so when it rains, it's also ideal. Feeling bougie? Order some oysters and a glass of one of their fancy cocktails. Handicapp or have kiddos? They got you covered. Need a cool place for a dinner date? There's tables inside. Have a group? Also not a problem. Feeling peckish and just need to get out of the house? Go sit at the bar, order a beer, and watch the game. Make sure to order the thrasher fries with malt vinegar salt and pepper and Dijon and black pepper aïoli. It is truly as delectable as it sounds, and by far my favorite thing there! That being said, I am a french fry aficionado. We also tried the coconut chicken sandwich which I found to be a bit different than a lot of standard fried chicken sandwiches. I did ask for the chili sauce on the side because I don't like it to be too sweet. Boyfriend loved it with the chili sauce. I liked it without. I did order a side of aïoli. Another thing I found really nice was that they use the chicken thigh rather than the breast. Most of the fried chicken sandwiches I've had use the breast and this was a very nice change. The chicken was juicy and the sandwich was super tasty. They offer all sorts of tasty delights, like fish tacos, mochicko chicken bites, mac & cheese with or without bacon and crab! Yum. If I was to make one recommendation, it would be to add another salad to the menu. Your menu offers a wonderful variety of delicious treats that are on the richer and heavier side so having another option for something on the lighter side would be fantastic. The service here was outstanding. We came early on a Tuesday, and the bartender was great. She was very helpful and excellent at her craft. The other staff members were equally friendly and so welcoming. We don't get out as much as we'd like to anymore because we have a little one so it was awesome to go out and be treated with such kindness and great hospitality. They've got a lovely cozy and casual patio in the back, with funky chairs and benches, though it was full when we arrived and thus quite loud, too many people in a small space and something about the enclosure really amplified the sound. Ordered the heirloom and kale salad which was absolutely delicious, I added grilled chicken and shrimp and look, I don't normally rave about grilled chicken, but this chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy and crisp, which is tough to do. Baked oysters tasted really good, but they were small oysters. The Mac n cheese had real crab meat (not imitation crab) and some bacon bites, but the cheese flavor was not strong enough. Cocktails were nice. Love the decor, the fish tank. Staff were very friendly, but food took a little while to arrive. read more

Came here for a friend's bday party and the patio was reserved! Good: - The open face sandwich was so good! I liked how the dish was like a take on an avocado toast, but with a lot more flavor - Food came out quickly - The kale salad with chicken was so good - the chicken was tender and crunchy - Nice staff who checked in on us pretty often - Nice place for a birthday party Bad: - It is pretty expensive overall! Overall the experience was good, it was decent food, not good enough to go back just for the food though. read more
This place is cool and unassuming and I want to go back already. Loves: + Nice selection of drinks esp if you like mezcal. Really enjoyed the marg and last goodbye, would like to try highland peach next time + There's a tiki/nautical theme going on and it's tasteful and fun, not over the top + We did not get this but I just love that they had milk & cookies?!! + Good number of people when we went but not crazy busy + Cool and nice staff Our time here was short but I'll take that as a sign I'm meant to come back. :) read more

Stopped by for late night grub and drinks and was slightly disappointed with the food. Drinks and service were amazing, however the food was on the salty side which threw me off a little. I couldn't finish the entirety of my meal because of it. I'll most likely come by just for drinks next time. Lost Resort is located in Potrero Hill and this neighborhood never fails to amaze me. It's super quiet both day and night, but has tons of hidden gems just like this spot! The overall ambiance is very loud, as expected from a late night bar and their playlist was fire (they were playing early 2000s R&B that night). Weekends are typically packed so plan accordingly. We got lucky and were able to snag three seats at the bar top. Parking was easy, however it can get full and difficult very quickly! read more

We spontaneously stopped by this bar because it looked super vibey from the outside with its colorful neon lights and subtle tiki vibe. Imagine this spot as a saloon specializing in mezcals and tequilas, with inventive cocktails by mixologists. Or, this is a cocktail bar with a saloon feel to it. Either way it is a fun drinking spot that is bigger than it seemed , what with a back indoor-patio as well as exterior sidewalk-seating. Service was friendly and attentive as necessary. Walk-ins are fine if early and tables are available but the wait shouldn't be long. Not an out of the way stop for us though would return if in the area (adding to the rotation). Street parking is somewhat easy to find since it is located in a residential area but we took rideshare since also had dinner nearby, and being responsible and all. read more

The boys got here first and found a table inside close to the front. They already ordered, but it was pretty quick adding another drink. We only stayed for one round. I've been here before and sat in the back with a rather large group during covid. We didn't do cocktails, but we had pours / shots of liquor. It was fun. This time, having a more chill experience with cocktails was nice. I wanted something light so got the Yacht Rock. It was exactly what I expected. Not boozy and very sip-able. One of my friends apparently showed the server a picture of what he wanted. Might have been an older cocktail named Avenue. It basically tasted like the Bitter Wake. Located in Design District, Lost Resort is a cute, casual soot for drinks with friends or a quick dinner. I came around 4pm and there wasn't many people there. It did pick up quite a bit around 5:30pm. At Lost Resort, you can either sit inside-inside, inside-outside, or outside-outside. The inside-outside section was decorated nicely with Christmas decor and they have a few heaters around. I got a light beer and a chicken bites. Both were very delicious and satisfying. My friend got the chicken sandwich and WOW it looked bomb and big!! The only caveat was it took a while for us to get the check, I think because the place was so poppin. read more
When we got here it was pretty rowdy, there were some large groups that were doing lots of shouting, so that was a bit of a bummer. Our server was great though! The drinks were good, pretty typical cocktails for SF. The food was a bit of a letdown - the Brussel's Sprouts were wayyyy too vinegary and salty, the chicken sandwich was a bit dry and the slaw and pickles did not go well with the coconut chicken flavor, and the fries had way too much salt and seasoning and were a bit too crispy. Definitely wouldn't come back for food, but the inside looked nice and the drinks were pretty good. read more

Beautiful and pleasant place. I'm a salad lover, and I decided to try the Kale And Burrata Salad. The combination of burrata, apple, and the dressing resulted in a perfect flavor and harmony. The service is very good; the servers consistently ensure everything is in order. The ambiance is very marin style with many lovely details. The place is super clean, and the restrooms is in perfect condition, reflecting high hygiene standards. Thanks, team! I'll be back for some drinks that looked spectacular. read more

Are kids allowed?
We were there with a 3 yr old and no one objected. Just a guess, but I believe they don't allow under-21s in the front part of the bar, but do allow kids in the back room, which is quite nice. It is bright and even more resort/summer camp like.…

Yes, there are often kids and strollers on the patio and sidewalk tables. Menu has a lot of kid friendly options too.
Do you allow well behaved dogs?
Yes on the back patio and sidewalk tables. I go with mine all the time. 🐶
