Fried Chicken Sandwich with pickled shallots and lemon slaw including the side of fries (and mimosa in the back)

I had a great mimosa brunch day at Copper. It's really the only intimate cocktail-focused bar in the Castro (your vodka soda doesn't count), which gives it extra points, but that wasn't my focus that day! The bartender was really friendly and welcoming. The space itself is surprisingly festive and bright during the day, even further toward the back of the bar. I was here in its previous iteration as Wicked 6 which was nice, but I've liked the changes they made. Fried Chicken Sandwich: It's crunchy and topped with pickled shallots and lemon slaw. It was delightfully lemony! I chose the french fries which were thin and had an interesting seasoning. It makes a substantial brunch meal. Bottomless Mimosas: What can you say about these? 90 minutes and an attentive bartender. It's a perilous combo.

We love this bar! Upon walking by, there happened to be window seats available! The bartenders were friendly and provided menus right away which included their specials and happy hour selections. Settling on 4 drinks, all were tasty and priced well. We didn't get any food but from what we saw, all of it looked good. Planning to return soon!

I had a great experience here. The bartender Paul made me something special with a touch of sweetness. It was so good. Paul is also a sweetheart. He makes us happy and feel welcomed. I will come back and try more stuff. The place is also cute with a fashion of high class. The lighting is romantic enough to bring your dates here. Great place.

We came to one of their trivia nights and had a great time! They have fun cocktails and a good selection of beers on draft. The service was quick and the food was good too! Really cute bar area and perfect for a night of trivia. Definitely a small interior but we had a party of 3 no problem.

Chicken and waffles, copper Benedict, bottomless miomosa

We tried to find somewhere near our SF Airbnb and this was a recommended place for brunch! Looked at the menu beforehand, but our server/bartender Paul, was very informative also. The food was amazing. I got the chicken and waffles. The spicy and sweet combo was spot on. The red chili flakes paired with the maple syrup was phenomenal. My partner got the copper Benedict and we were both really impressed with the Hollandaise sauce! The bottomless mimosas and their "cheers queers" beer (as a non-beer drinker, this was a fantastic beer. Super light and didn't have the aftertaste you sometimes get from beer) were amazing, and paired with the ambiance and the views from the street window, we were so happy! What a great start to our vacay! Thanks Paul and Cooper Bar for a warm welcome to San Francisco

We had such a great time!

Fun atmosphere, outside tables are great people watching too. We have the drink specials.

Vibes: amazing Drink: strawberry smash - super tasty Food: came here around 1015p on a Friday and the kitchen was still open. Ordered the burger (medium rare) with fries and when I tell you it was absolutely phenomenal, I mean, it was everything I absolutely needed. Cooked perfectly! The fries were perfectly crispy. Service: beyond exceptional! Super nice bartenders. 10/10 recommend !

The escape room is Alice In Wonderland themed and includes three drinks as part of the experience. Arrived on time for our reservation but were held in a waiting room for about 30 min before we could start. Didn't seem like anyone else was doing the escape room but it was also the week of their biz anniversary so maybe they were just super busy. Phoenix led our escape room and was such a delight. Friendly, great banter, helpful throughout the escape. The escape game is split across multiple rooms with a good diversity of puzzles. Don't want to spoil too much here but they were good challenges. Drinks we incorporated throughout and presented like test tubes that were drinkable in a gulp, kind of like a cocktail shot. Personally, I found the first two drinks to be a bit too sweet, but I liked the third, which was coconut forward. The price is definitely a bit more costly. It was $100/person for a party of five. I understand that it was an escape room + the staff + the cocktails. If you max out the party size, it's about $85-ish per person which I think is pretty solid. Still very unique and fun and glad I got to try it

The atmosphere is so lovely, there's good music that gradually turned into old school hiphop as the night grew longer. The servers were so kind and came by all the time to refill water and make sure everyone was happy. Little shoutout to the server that took care of us all night Kimberly! She was so amazing and had the best service. (: It may be a bar but the food is so good, we got a little of everything to share. As a regular of lounge-style bars, this place has good lighting if you like taking pictures of your drinks, a good surprise! I really appreciate all the staff for being so kind and attentive on a busy Saturday night. We had a party of 12 that took up a little two-couch area with no issues at all! If I can make a recommendation for anyone that reads this, get the Thunderbird!

Everyone in the bar was weirdly attractive and dressed well for San Francisco and that added to the vibes for sure too lol. Friendly bartender and good cocktail menu, they also have a kitchen for small bites. I am definitely coming back!
