I did not have a good experience. The ambience was not there. The coleslaw tasted like the sea that is near and I found plastic in my food. It ruined my appetite. Stepping into the restaurant I was greeted by a unwelcoming young lady that was on her phone playing games. I asked if I could have all flats which she interrupted me halfway and said no. I asked if I could pay extra and she said no. Okay...No problem. She said it's "50/50". I said that's cool. Ordered a side of deep fried mushrooms, garlic fries, and onion rings totaling to $50+ dollars . I asked if I could use the restroom after paying and she said "no restroom" very bluntly. I said thank you and went to my seat and upon receiving the order she rushed it to my bag and handed it over while already taking the next order ( the only customer in the entire place that came in after me). I checked my order before leaving and noticed 3 flats from my 24 wings order! I said mam, you mentioned 50/50, what's the deal. She looked stoned face at me and asked, so do you want it or not. I said I'll keep it but can I just pay for an extra order for six piece but all flats given the circumstances of this order (pointing to the almost all drumsticks). She said no it's 50/50. Jesus. I said I don't want the order and would like a return. Otw out I saw a sign on the bathroom saying "customers only". Got my Super Bowl Buffalo Wings here! Amazing deal for 50 wings with plenty of flavor options. The spicy buffalo was my favorite. It only took 10 minutes to get my order. The food was great and still fresh when I got home. My big fur baby immediately knew it was some good eating tonight. He was hovering over the table the entire time. The dog knows what's up. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich & then had asked for a side of the sauce they use for the French dip sandwich. She said no, then I told her I can pay for it. If you do, you'll face the same disappointment in finding barely any of the extras that were supposed to come with it: avacado, 3 kinds of cheese, etc. making matter worse: they put a small flattened meatball sized piece of beef hidden in crazy load of lettuce on a bulky 8" roll of bread. There is a solid range of offerings from Burgers, Sandwiches, Salads and Sides. I think their Burgers are quite tasty and properly executed with the right level of juiciness. There are several Burgers to choose from. If you are hungry, the Double Cheeseburger will satisfy. See attached photos! I really enjoy their Onion Rings too. This is another low-key spot. Love this place, and their prices. Always good to boost places in SF where quality food doesn't have to cost so much. Definitely has that actually hole-in-the-wall, hasn't been renovated in a couple decades type vibe here. For me, and as a self appointed garlic fries enthusiast, this place has my favorite garlic fries in the city. First of all, they use steak-cut fries, which is great, and then the garlic they use is not overbearing and has a powdery texture. Garlic powder perhaps? We visited this place after a short trail in golden gate park. Tried out Garden burger and Greek Salad. We enjoyed both the items and had a good time. Ambience 4/5: The place is a little small but mantained for quick dine-in. Service 5/5: The server was very friendly and accommodated all the requests even after the order was cooked and handed over. I initially order greek salad that comes with balsamic Vinaigrette but that had a little too much olive oil after which I requested for thousand island dressing. The server didn't hesitate to hand over the second dressing which I felt was a very good gesture. Cost 5/5: Cheapest burger place in the Bay Area. Quality5/5: Quality was top notch. The paties were not very oily and the buns were nicely roasted. Only drawback is that there was no side. It would have been nice if burgers come with a small side to complement it. I recently moved to the inner Richmond neighborhood and I visit this restaurant every week, if not more since it's a short walk. There always fast, ready within ten -fifteen minutes, I've called in an order for pickup multiple times, and also just walked in and ordered, both service was the same very fast, kind, and attentive and always makes the food hot and exactly right. I noticed most people come here for the burgers. I was excited that maybe I found some hidden neighborhood gems. Was hankering for some good wings and waited patiently for my order of 12pc garlic and Parmesan wings. $10.95 sounded like a decent deal but when I opened the box and saw the wings, I could tell they were different.
