Four stars only because they don't deliver! Clean bathroom and wings are on point. There fries are super good - I think they put sugar or something in the seasoning. Customer service is on point too I picked my order up late and they remade my fries for me so they were fresh! read more

Three stars only because the wings were good. We ordered enough wings for 7 adults and 2 children and got 5 containers of ranch/blue cheese. When we requested more, they tried to charge a crazy amount of money for the extra sauce and were not friendly when we declined. read more

Delicious every time. Super friendly staff always greets you. Can't go wrong here! The restaurant is always clean and if you crave wings--don't go to a pizza joint, go to Wing Stop. read more

Sean took the time to put together a large table for our party and went above and beyond to take our rather large order. Excellent service and amazing customer service. Sean, thank you! read more

Walked in and decided to take care of the people who called in first and the. Decided to take my order 10min after they were done with the people who called in! I just left and went somewhere else worst Wingstop ever! read more

Great wings, they do follow your instructions if you want your wings extra wet with sauce, close by and saves the drive to BWW

Came in for the first time with my gf and the place seemed clean and the cashier was polite and helpful... However we ordered 15 piece wings and it took about 10 min which was fine EXCEPT this couple came in a few minutes after us with their kids and we noticed they got their food before us and it wasn't until the cashier overheard my gf complain that the couple after us got their food first that she asked us what our order was and had to go in the kitchen and after a few more minutes came back with our food. It's not a huge deal but it's annoying to see people come in after you and get their food first, not impressed. Hence 3 stars. read more

Carlos and Yvanna, are the best. Excellent customer service and overall just good people. Order 10 wings of that Louisiana rub to go. If your looking for party with a lot of guest order by the wing, this place has it all for you. They need a raise or bonus, my experience five stars for a first timer in San Clemente. read more

Took long asf to get my food, multiple people that came in after me got my food before I did, wasn't even busy inside

The service was very friendly. Our order was all correct. However... Everything was so overloaded with salt. My blood pressure had to have shot through the roof instantly. OMG! Between four members of our family ordering two different flavors per six-piece combo, we tried six different flavors. Every flavor was so, so, so salty. Even the fries were super salty. Somebody needs to taste what they are serving before sending it out. Just wow. read more

this place is bomb!!! always great service and friendly staff. I love this place and will always come back. :)

The wings here are worth your visit. I heard the workers here deal with less than pleasant customers, or as they thought themselves, divas. For a fast sit down restaurant they handled even the most prissy customers with care. read more

I had excellent service and excellent food from Daphne. Very professional. She takes pride in her work. The ownership is lucky to have her representing them. read more

Wingstop is the place of my dreams. I come here almost all the time and I'm never disappointed! Their ranch is homemade and has the perfect consistancy. Their wings are spicy but not scolding. Customer service is beyond expectations. My order was wrong one time and I was immediately given an apology and they fixed the problem right away!! Love this place! read more

Came here with my girlfriend late at night and the service was great ! I work at fast food so i know how fustrating it is when people are complicated but the cashier was so helpful and the wings were amazong ! Defiantly be going back ! read more

This was an amazing lunch experience for us. We ordered the 20 piece boneless wings and got them for a good price. We also ordered the mild wings and are a perfect flavor is you like your wings hot but not to hot. We called it in and then in 11 min it was fresh and ready for pickup read more

First time here ordered Cajun chicken and bbq. The chicken was gross with fatty gueey substance. The chicken was tough like it was microwaved. The fries where bland. Cheap good, last time I ever eat at any wing stop. The employees were nice not their fault this franchise serves crappy food. read more

If I'm every craving wings this is the place to go. It's conveniently close and is the only place that seems to stay open late around here. This is the place if your having midnight munches. During the afternoon it's crowded with teens using at the chill spot. read more

If you are a chicken lover like me then you have to try Wing Stop. From Boneless wings, to garlic fries and everything in between! Wings stop is my Go To place especially during football season. read more

It was our first time here and we really enjoyed the wings here. We ordered 40 wings and they are cheaper if you order them by the wing. There is a charge if you want all drumsticks though. The wings were definitely better than Buffalo Wild Wings in our opinion. The boneless Hawaii ones were sweet but delicious. We would also recommend the mild and habanero ones as well. The place was clean and the guy at the front was helpful in answering our questions. We did order the wings online and they were ready within 22 minutes to be picked up. They were hot and ready by the time we got there. The homemade ranch sauce is to die for. We got the large one and it is more than enough for 5 people and then some. We would come back again and recommend the place to anyone who loves wings! read more

They charge for sauce! If u get a combo, 1 is included, if u just get wings you get nothing. What kind of wing place serves wings with no sauce than wants to charge for it? read more

Order was ready for pick-up right on time and friendly service from Ivana. Great spot to get wings for hosting causal gathering

I expected better much !! Decided to check out Wingstop based upon an article I read that week. I thought the wings would be these huge juicy flavored wings like we get in NYC at one of the many awesome wing restaurants. I was impressed by the pricing so I ordered like 15 wings. I expected full large nicely flavored wings. I also ordered 5 boneless wings. When I got home and opened the box, the pricing made sense. It's like (15) tiny, shriveled wing pieces, not whole wings. They are tiny, overcooked, the flavoring is pretty bad. I watched at the kitchen and basically they are deep frying the wings, then mixing them in a large bowl with whatever flavor you order. The kitchen seems kind of confused on keeping the orders straight. The boneless wings tasted frozen and then deep fried; they were HORRIBLE. They are not boneless wings; they are chicken nuggets. Better boneless nuggets at McD's I assume. I realized that I paid $15.00 for about 1.5 pounds (or less) of wings. I also told the cashier I did not need any sauces, then found they charged me .85 for Blue Cheese, which I did not order. I've had better wings from Albertsons, Costco and Ralphs. Wingstop does not really know the wing game, however, if people think these are the best wings in the world, then you have not really experienced really good wings. I'm not talking grocery store deli wings either, although they are SO much better then Wingstop. Overpriced, bad quality, tiny wing pieces, bad sauces and flavoring. read more

Waited a 1/2 hour for wings on a Football Sunday and they never came. What else are they making??? There was no one in the place so I just got wings at Ralphs and my own hot sauce. Way cheaper. BTW if you want to watch a game, your phone will have a bigger screen. I miss the pizza place that used to be there. read more

I was really surprises and elated with the customer experience. Right when my friends and I walked through the door we were welcomed! and sometimes ill walk into a restaurant or shop and I'm greeted in which a way that makes me feel like the employee is two empty straw containers away from using the fryer to start a grease fire. this was nothing like that! even through it was 30mins before closing , the girl who helped us, DAPHNe was genuinely kind and welcoming. then as we were deliberating our order she was so patient and professional, offering suggestions and answering all of our questions. VERY IMPRESSED with the staff here but DAPHNE was definitely a standout employee!! read more

I love this place. Amazing experience each time. The choices in wings are fabulous and always so hot!! The celery and carrots are so fresh. The ranch may I add, is so delicious!!! read more

This location is great, the food was wonderfully done and just as impressive was the service! i was helped out by a pleasant individual by the name of abraham, he was cheerful, friendly, and had a sense of concern in regards to customer service and quality of food. Never have i ran into an employee who is concerned about the quality of service and food the way this individual was, they just dont make them like that anymore...Ive never had a bad experience here, orders are always done correctly and even if there were a mistake, i would not mind because customer service here is awesome! read more

Really great service and fairly quick time to order considering they make it as you order. The food was all really good despite a couple easy to pick out chunks of fat in a few pieces. Other than that, super good and the fries are great. read more

Ordered family pack to-go, which includes 2 family side dishes. Arrived home to discover I had potato salad for 2 and cole slaw single serving. Not happy--who goes back? Lesson learned--double check order before leaving. The wings are EXTREMELY dry and not very tasty. Surprised to see all the strong reviews on this site. Perhaps they are inconsistent and/or have new people who are not very well trained. Either way, bad experience. First time there and probably the last. read more

Miguel was awesome as is the food! Love how the season their fries. Keep it up guys :)

This place is the worst they always mess my order up and usually forget to include something. if you order more than one thing just double check before you leave read more

i was craving wings and this is right down the street from my boyfriends house and didn't feel like driving to crown valley to buffalo wild wings so wingstop it was ! the wait took forever but they were nice enough to give us extra dressing for that but the wings were cold and flavorless. i've had wingstop before and it wasn't as bad as it was last night. guess i'll be making the drive to crown valley from now on. read more

The cashier Alonso was very helpful! (: & made sure I got what I asked for! Great service keep it up!

We love wing stop the employees are really friendly, we ordered some wings for dinner friday and they did not look like wings they were more like drumsticks they were big and seems like they were wings on steroids, some ppl might like them like that but we like the small natural wings and seems like everyone has changed to those steroid looking wings. read more

Stingy staff not willing to give a small sample of sauce. Unfriendly people. The tables were not clean all times I went over there. Wings were smaller than other places. I would not recommend this plade at all. read more

Wing Stop is like the McDonalds of the recent wings restaurant popularity - the food ranges from average to inedible plus you can't leave gratuity for your servers. As someone in the hospitality industry I think not being able to tip your hard working servers is totally unacceptable. I hope they go out of business and are replaced with better quality food and managment. read more
