Three stars only because the wings were good. We ordered enough wings for 7 adults and 2 children and got 5 containers of ranch/blue cheese. When we requested more, they tried to charge a crazy amount of money for the extra sauce and were not friendly when we declined. read more

Came in for the first time with my gf and the place seemed clean and the cashier was polite and helpful... However we ordered 15 piece wings and it took about 10 min which was fine EXCEPT this couple came in a few minutes after us with their kids and we noticed they got their food before us and it wasn't until the cashier overheard my gf complain that the couple after us got their food first that she asked us what our order was and had to go in the kitchen and after a few more minutes came back with our food. It's not a huge deal but it's annoying to see people come in after you and get their food first, not impressed. Hence 3 stars. read more

Took long asf to get my food, multiple people that came in after me got my food before I did, wasn't even busy inside

The service was very friendly. Our order was all correct. However... Everything was so overloaded with salt. My blood pressure had to have shot through the roof instantly. OMG! Between four members of our family ordering two different flavors per six-piece combo, we tried six different flavors. Every flavor was so, so, so salty. Even the fries were super salty. Wingstop is the place of my dreams. I come here almost all the time and I'm never disappointed! Their ranch is homemade and has the perfect consistancy. Their wings are spicy but not scolding. It was our first time here and we really enjoyed the wings here. We ordered 40 wings and they are cheaper if you order them by the wing. There is a charge if you want all drumsticks though. The wings were definitely better than Buffalo Wild Wings in our opinion. The boneless Hawaii ones were sweet but delicious. We would also recommend the mild and habanero ones as well. The place was clean and the guy at the front was helpful in answering our questions. We did order the wings online and they were ready within 22 minutes to be picked up. They were hot and ready by the time we got there. The homemade ranch sauce is to die for. We got the large one and it is more than enough for 5 people and then some. Waited a 1/2 hour for wings on a Football Sunday and they never came. What else are they making??? There was no one in the place so I just got wings at Ralphs and my own hot sauce. Way cheaper. I expected better much !! Decided to check out Wingstop based upon an article I read that week. I thought the wings would be these huge juicy flavored wings like we get in NYC at one of the many awesome wing restaurants. I was impressed by the pricing so I ordered like 15 wings. I expected full large nicely flavored wings. I also ordered 5 boneless wings. When I got home and opened the box, the pricing made sense. It's like (15) tiny, shriveled wing pieces, not whole wings. They are tiny, overcooked, the flavoring is pretty bad. I watched at the kitchen and basically they are deep frying the wings, then mixing them in a large bowl with whatever flavor you order. The kitchen seems kind of confused on keeping the orders straight. The boneless wings tasted frozen and then deep fried; they were HORRIBLE. They are not boneless wings; they are chicken nuggets. Better boneless nuggets at McD's I assume. I realized that I paid $15.00 for about 1.5 pounds (or less) of wings. I also told the cashier I did not need any sauces, then found they charged me .85 for Blue Cheese, which I did not order. I've had better wings from Albertsons, Costco and Ralphs. Wingstop does not really know the wing game, however, if people think these are the best wings in the world, then you have not really experienced really good wings. I'm not talking grocery store deli wings either, although they are SO much better then Wingstop. Overpriced, bad quality, tiny wing pieces, bad sauces and flavoring. read more

This location is great, the food was wonderfully done and just as impressive was the service! i was helped out by a pleasant individual by the name of abraham, he was cheerful, friendly, and had a sense of concern in regards to customer service and quality of food. I was really surprises and elated with the customer experience. Right when my friends and I walked through the door we were welcomed! and sometimes ill walk into a restaurant or shop and I'm greeted in which a way that makes me feel like the employee is two empty straw containers away from using the fryer to start a grease fire. this was nothing like that! even through it was 30mins before closing , the girl who helped us, DAPHNe was genuinely kind and welcoming. then as we were deliberating our order she was so patient and professional, offering suggestions and answering all of our questions. Ordered family pack to-go, which includes 2 family side dishes. Arrived home to discover I had potato salad for 2 and cole slaw single serving. Not happy--who goes back? Lesson learned--double check order before leaving. The wings are EXTREMELY dry and not very tasty. Surprised to see all the strong reviews on this site. i was craving wings and this is right down the street from my boyfriends house and didn't feel like driving to crown valley to buffalo wild wings so wingstop it was ! the wait took forever but they were nice enough to give us extra dressing for that but the wings were cold and flavorless. i've had wingstop before and it wasn't as bad as it was last night. guess i'll be making the drive to crown valley from now on. read more

Wing Stop is like the McDonalds of the recent wings restaurant popularity - the food ranges from average to inedible plus you can't leave gratuity for your servers. As someone in the hospitality industry I think not being able to tip your hard working servers is totally unacceptable.
