Had their hotdog with fries. Excellent topping on dog. Soft bun and a bit of a kick from the pico.

This was the first time in my life that I've had such high-quality French fries in America. The staff is so friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the service is unbelievably fast. Usually, you have to wait a long time for food, but here everything was prepared so quickly without sacrificing quality. From the amazing food to the outstanding customer service, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had. I highly recommend Freshes to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. I'll definitely be coming back

This food truck was at the OCSC game at great park in Irvine on Sat 4/18/26. Fast and friendly…read moreservice! I got the chicken nuggets and fries box. Great taste all around! The six nuggets were unique in that they were like fried chicken meatballs if I had to explain. The box comes with choice of 3 sauces. Their ketchup is also unique in that it tastes vinegary. I enjoyed it, along with their fry sauce (idk how to explain that taste) and ranch (self explanatory). However, I was disappointed with the quantity of fries. As you can see in the pic, you could see the bottom of the box before even starting to eat. The fries were minimal, which is weird considering that's got to be a cheap item for them and it's in their business name. Food trucks are overpriced to begin with ($17 including tax and small tip), but I at least expected a lot of fries!

We came here when our family from out of town invited us when they were guests at the hotel…read more All in all, food was good (some dishes were great), drinks were very solid. Service was fine. Very slow for a not a busy night of just 2 tables including ours, but we were fine with it. One guy was working both the bar and serving all the tables. My family member left him a standard tip for standard service (15 percent and he is of the older generation and from a different country with different tipping culture), and doesn't even know the new tipping customs of the younger people of 18 to 20 percent. Ten minutes after we left, when we were going to the game room, the waiter approached our group and made a big embarrassing scene in the lobby, demanding to know what was wrong with his service, asking why the tip wasn't 18 to 20 percent like the receipt indicated, and saying things like "I just want to know." He was very aggressive, very confrontational and highly unprofessional. And he handled the situation loudly, publicly, and unprofessionally and scared our children with his rude, aggressive way of speaking. If management wants to speak to him, he had dark brown hair shaved underneath and longer on top, brown eyes, and had a safety pin styled earring in his ear. He was fine during the dinner and we didn't observe any rude behavior and left happy and impressed with the restaurant but aggressively chasing older guests down in front of family, young kids, and other hotel patrons is beyond inappropriate and should be looked into by management.

We had about 300 guests and brought out two trucks to ensure quick service. It was the right call -- the lines moved fast, no one was stuck waiting, and the entire flow felt organized and seamless. For an event where timing and guest experience really matter, that level of efficiency was huge. The food was outstanding across the board. The steak tacos were a crowd favorite -- perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. The potato tacos were incredible and didn't feel like a "secondary" option at all. The quesadillas were fresh, melty, and made to order. Everything tasted vibrant and high quality. What impressed us most was how professional and prepared the team was. They showed up early, set up quickly, and handled the volume with confidence. The trucks looked clean, modern, and added to the atmosphere of the event. If you're looking for large group food truck catering in Southern California -- whether it's vendor appreciation, corporate hospitality, or a client event -- The Lime Truck has the capacity and operational strength to execute without stress. We trusted them with an important partner, and they made us look great.

There were patient, friendly, and got all of us our orders as soon as they could(There were quite a few of us...close to 50 ppl). It was a work event, so I don't know what they charge for the items (We were just allowed to order from the menu), but just from a taste-perspective, it was pretty darn good. I tried just about everything they had on our list... Potato tacos, Brussels sprouts Steak quesadilla Seared ahi taco The items were small, but I ordered more than once. I would DEF get it if it was in the hood.

Was in town for a wedding and decided to give this place a try…read more If I could give more stars I would. Delicious! I've never had a Spam tempura and now that's all I want from now on! The bar area was cute and TV's playing sports games. We were seated quick, our food came just as quick and left with full happy bellies. Will comeback when craving a Spam Musubi and in the area!

Went here for date night last week- it has a lot more seating inside than I had expected!…read more Good service- 5/5 The ambience - 3.5/5 - the ambience wasn't my favorite, maybe it's a little better in their main restaurant area but we were seated to the left when you walk in and while there are a few booths in that area it was mostly outdoor chairs and tables and sort of odd lighting. Just very very casual and not totally comfortable. Food- 3.4/4 out of 5 - I got the Luau plate and LOVED the chicken!! Everyone else was right- that chicken thigh deserves its own plate. I also really enjoyed the coconut pudding/jello thing that came with it and the sausage link. The pulled pork was just okay, not very well seasoned but not bad. The side of "dressed greens" was just some lettuce without dressing on it, and I thought the macaroni salad was fine. The last thing that really disappointed me were the sautéed veggies :/ they were just soo oily and had no seasoning to them at all. I didn't eat any of them or the un-dressed 'salad'. My husband got the chicken katsu plate, he said the chicken katsu was fine but the fries on the side were cold and not crispy, they were kind of chalky in the mouth and didn't taste fresh. Some parts were definitely a 3/5 but my chicken thigh was so good and the portions are *huge* so I feel like they deserve a 4/5? All in all, I think I'd come back if I wanted to go out with someone but save some money and we'd split one of the plates (the portions really are huge).

(10 stars if I could)…read more El Pollo Loco in San Clemente is basically my second kitchen at this point I'm here every other day, no exaggeration. The whole family loves it, the kids go crazy for it, and honestly... it's hands down the best flame-grilled chicken around. Period. That chicken is always juicy, smoky, perfectly seasoned -- not dry, not bland, not drowning in grease. You can actually taste that it's grilled, not just cooked and slapped together. Huge difference. And let's talk about the rest of the menu because it deserves respect too. The quesadillas? Dangerous. The tacos? Solid every single time. Rice, beans, sides -- everything just works. It's one of those places where you can order almost anything and you know it's gonna hit. What really keeps me coming back though (besides the food addiction lol) is the service. Special shoutout to Jose, the general manager -- seriously one of the nicest, most genuine guys you'll meet. Always friendly, always smiling, always making sure customers are taken care of. He's hooked me up with some great specials more than once, and it's never forced or fake. Just real customer service, the way it's supposed to be. Respect. The place is clean, fast, and consistent -- which matters when you're feeding kids who are already starving and impatient Orders come out right, staff is cool, and the vibe is just easy and comfortable. If you're in San Clemente and craving something reliable, flavorful, and actually satisfying, this El Pollo Loco is a no-brainer. We keep coming back for a reason. Highly recommend. Now excuse me while I probably go back again tomorrow
