Honestly, they care more about their to-go and Door Dash business and can't be bothered with walk-ins. So if you are going to give them a shot after this, call your order in, pay in advance, and grab your sack and leave. That's what they seem to expect from their customers. Trust me on this one...there's plenty of killer options within a 3 minute drive if here. If you're craving great Mexi and actually want to be treated with dignity, try someplace else.

I opted for the "Short Rib w/ Gravy Fries" which may have been a special as it was posted in handwriting. No cost was listed although other entrees were priced at $16. The food came out quickly and was served hot. Although the beef certainly was tender, it felt a little underseasoned. The cheese was gooey but bland. The gravy was plain and didn't have much if any spices. The fries were pale and lackluster. Hopefully I'll have an opportunity to choose something other than Sabor Cocina Moderna the next time I need some food while at a Bruery location or event. If not, I may end up tossing out food as I did today.

I was very thirsty from the chips and salsa but we weren't served any water and no servers were coming in our little area for us to flag down. Eventually a woman came to take our drink orders so I asked her for water and we ordered 2 margaritas. We tried to order our food too because it had been a long time and we knew what we wanted by now, but she said she was only here to place drink orders. The watermelon margarita I ordered came frozen (was not advertised as much) and unfortunately I really do not like frozen drinks. We weren't in a rush so we didn't mind too much, but feedback wise it would really help open up another table for a party if we were taken care of sooner. I do honestly think that the issue with service was just due to where we happened to be seated. It was around a corner so you literally couldn't see us unless you walked to the front corner area.
