Tip- if you order the garlic butter parmesan wings, I found it was best to get the wings plain with the sauce on the side. The reason is because the wings are so hot out of the fryer that the butter melts to the bottom so you really don't get the full flavor and satisfaction of the sauce. We've given this wingstop more chances then I would like to admit and it's a let down every single time. Terrible customer service, the food is NEVER on time. Every time we pick up an order we have to check the entire order before leaving as they have gotten our order wrong several times. This location is better than others, but I still had some issues with it. The last time we went, we asked for some cajun spice on our fries. I think they got irritated or something by this because it looked like they purposely dropped a pound of spice on top as if trying to say 'F you guys for asking for this'. It was way too much. The wings were kind of fatty. There were also two really long blonde hairs in my boyfriend's bbq sauce which he didn't find until he ate the 2nd to last wing... Because of that I do not think we will be back. Although on the bright side, the cashier was really nice and had excellent customer service. We ate at home and Im sure if we would have ate there and told him about our issues, he would have handled it professionally. BUT customer service doesn't help much if the food sucks... Do NOT order online. We ordered online, said it would be ready by 6:40. Once we get there we had to wait in a 25 minute line to pay (thinking we would pay and pick up our food and be done). After paying, waited another 15 minutes and still no wings (keep in mind, our order was supposed to be ready 40 minutes before this). I suggest they take away their online/call ahead ordering if they cannot keep to their promised time of pickup (or at least within 10 minutes - but 40 minutes?!?!?!) If you are fine with waiting 40-45 minutes to pick up a "to go order" then this is your place. If not, stick with Hooters.. they are at least more timely. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 STARS !! worst employees and customer service ever! They messed up our order and tried to blame us and was being very rude about . The guy missed one our orders and said we didn't ask for that meal when it was clearly on the receipt and so we said well if we have to pay to get it then okay but we just need our food! Jessica(one of the managers) states that I would not be the cause of her loosing her job since I wanted them to cook my chicken just right instead of over cooking them. Very unprofessional. She argued back and forth with me and threatened to call the police. I am being very honest when I say that I was as polite as can be until she started talking reckless. Quick, Simple, AND GOOD! At times I am in a hurry at lunch. I use their app and order ahead so that my food is ready the minute I walk in. I love the Cajun, Louisiana Rub, and Mango Habanero and sometimes I mix it up with the Lemon Pepper or Garlic Parmeasean. Their fries are the best I know of. I prefer their boneless wings. Rockwall Wingstop is the BEST Wingstop in the metroplex. We did a take out order family size. Everything was hot and fresh! Rolls are the best and the ranch is to die for. I love their carrots-always crispy and I finally tried the potato salad-FAB!!! can't forget the fresh cut seasoned fries. wingstop is great !! love the fries and wings , can't beat the taste no where. My family favorite is lemon pepper and mild!! Only one problem the price keeps going up every time we go our for example our last visit regular fries price went up and portion smaller. Sad to say family of 6 get ready to spend 50-70 dollars.
